Peran Guru Ta’limul Muta’allim dalam Membentuk Akhlakul Karimah Siswa Kelas 1 MTs An-Najah I Karduluk Pragaan Sumenep
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the crucial role of teachers in students' education at school. However, some children still exhibit behaviors that do not reflect good morals or the formation of akhlakulkarimah. This study aims to gain deeper insights into the role of Ta’limulMuta’allim teachers. The researcher employs a qualitative field approach, utilizing methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The data collected from these methods are then processed and analyzed to obtain information. The subjects of this research include Ta’limulMuta’allim teachers, students, class guardians, and the school principal. To ensure data validity, the researcher uses source triangulation and technique triangulation.
The findings indicate that teachers provide knowledge, serve as role models, and establish routines for students. This enables teachers to facilitate students' needs, deepen their understanding of the lessons taught, and assess their progress toward embodying akhlak that reflects the values of AkhlakulKarimah, such as increased faith and improved worship practices.
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh seorang guru yang berperan penting dalam pendidikan siswa di sekolah akan tetapi meski demikian ada beberapa anak yang masih menunjukkan sikap atau watak yang tidak mencerminkan akhlak yang baik atau perilaku yang di perlihatkan tida menunjukkan terbentukya akhlakul karimah. Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang peran guru Ta’limul Muta’allim ini, maka peneliti menggunakan pendektan kualitatif lapangan, adapun metode yang digunakan ialah metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.dari metode ini kemudian peneliti olah dan analisis untuk memperoleh data tau informasi. Subek penelitian ini di ambil dari guru Ta’limul Muta’allim, siswa, wali kelas serta kepala sekolah.untuk keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tekhnik. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwasanya gruru memberikan pengetahuan, menjadikan diri sendiri sebagai contoh dam melakukan pembiasaan pada siswa, sehingga nanti guru dapat menfasilitasi kebutuhan siswa, dan dapat memahami lebih lanjut pembelajaran yang akan di ajarkan, serta mampu menjadi penilai bagi siswa agar memiliki akhlak yang lebih baik yang mencerminkan nilai Akhlakul Karimah seperti bertambahnya keimanan, serta mampu melaksanakan ibadah yang lebih baik

The focus of the research includes: 1) How is the mechanism for determining the selling price at the Elit Tanggul photocopy and printing business? 2) How is the review of the selling price determination at the Elit Tanggul photocopy and printing business from an Islamic economic perspective. Research objectives: 1) To find out the mechanism of determining the selling price at the Tanggul Elite Photocopy and Printing. 2) To find out how the Islamic economic review of the selling price determination mechanism at the Tanggul Elite Photocopy and Printing. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the approach used in this study using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this study is a data analysis technique with an inductive method.
The conclusion of this study is: 1) the selling price determination mechanism in thus printing company has a habit ofrounding prices. ANALISIS PERKARA PENOLAKAN IZIN POLIGAMI DI PENGADILAN AGAMA MUNGKID ( Terhadap Putusan Hakim Nomor : 1469/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Mkd )
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the legal considerations behind the rejection of a polygamy request by the Mungkid Religious Court, based on Decision No. 1469/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Mkd. Although the applicant fulfilled several formal requirements, including the first wife’s consent, the request was denied because its primary motive was to legalize the status of a child from an extramarital relationship. The research uses a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach to the court’s decision. The analysis reveals that the request was considered unlawful as it failed to meet the legitimate religious and legal grounds defined in the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The judge concluded that polygamy must be based on substantial reasons, such as the wife’s inability to fulfill marital duties, serious illness, or infertility. This case highlights that spousal consent alone is insufficient without valid legal justification and evidence of the husband's financial and social capacity. Therefore, the court plays a crucial role in ensuring justice and protecting the rights of women and children

Get PDFPerkembangan zaman yang semakin maju telah mendorong banyak perubahan dalam lingkungan masyarakat, termasuk di kalangan siswa SMA Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang di Indonesia. Salah satu perubahan yang signifikan adalah maraknya penggunaan media sosial. Tanpa disadari, penggunaan media sosial dapat mempengaruhi pembelajaran yang diterima oleh siswa. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh media sosial terhadap tingkat belajar siswa SMA Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang. Pendampingan Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) adalah siswa SMA Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang yang yang masih dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitin ini, peneliti akan mengunakan pendekatan penelitian secara kualitatif. Karena penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dimana dimana dalam prosesnya menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata atau tulisan dari orang pelaku yang diamati. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kreatifitas menulis dan tingkat belajar siswa SMA Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan menulis, semakin tinggi tingkat belajar siswa. Implikasi dari pendampingan ini adalah pentingnya memberi motivasi dan pendampingan dalam untuk berkarya dalam bidang penulisan di kalangan siswa SMA Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan mereka. Increasingly advanced developments have encouraged many changes in society, including among Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang High School students in Indonesia. One significant change is the widespread use of social media. Without realizing it, the use of social media can influence the learning received by students. This assistance aims to investigate the influence of social media on the learning level of Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang High School students. Accompanying the Scientific Writing Training (KTI) training are Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang High School students who are still in the learning process. In this research, researchers will use a qualitative research approach. Because the research is qualitative in nature, the process produces descriptive data in the form of words or writing from the perpetrators being observed. The results of this training show that there is a significant relationship between writing creativity and the learning level of Tahfidz Assaidiyah Sampang High School students. This condition indicates that the higher the intensity of writing use, the higher the student's learning level. The implication of this assistance is the importance of providing motivation and assistance in working in the field of writing among Tahfidz Assaidiyah High School students in Sampang to improve the quality of their education

No full textAnak merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan nasional, sehingga memerlukan perlindungan hukum yang maksimal dari berbagai ancaman, termasuk penyalahgunaan narkotika. Penyalahgunaan narkotika tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek kesehatan, tetapi juga menimbulkan persoalan sosial dan hukum yang kompleks, terutama bagi anak sebagai korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk rehabilitasi anak korban penyalahgunaan narkotika dalam perspektif Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, serta mengkaji pelaksanaan kebijakan rehabilitasi dalam praktik penegakan hukum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara normatif, anak korban penyalahgunaan narkotika berhak mendapatkan rehabilitasi medis dan sosial sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 54 Undang-Undang Narkotika. Namun, implementasi di lapangan belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip keadilan restoratif karena masih ditemukan praktik pemidanaan terhadap anak korban. No full textPerkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam cara perusahaan melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Penggunaan AI memberikan berbagai keuntungan, seperti proses yang lebih cepat, hasil penyaringan kandidat yang lebih tepat, biaya yang lebih hemat, serta kemampuan mengolah data dalam jumlah besar untuk membantu perusahaan mengambil keputusan yang lebih akurat. AI juga membantu perusahaan menemukan kandidat yang paling cocok dengan menganalisis kompetensi, perilaku, dan potensi kinerja secara lebih objektif.Namun, penggunaan AI juga menimbulkan beberapa tantangan. Misalnya, masih ada risiko bias dalam algoritma, kemampuan AI yang belum mampu memahami konteks dan emosi manusia, kurangnya transparansi dalam cara kerja sistem, serta kekhawatiran kandidat mengenai keamanan dan privasi data mereka. Karena itu, perusahaan perlu menerapkan penggunaan AI secara etis dan tetap melibatkan peran manusia dalam pengawasan proses rekrutmen. Secara keseluruhan, AI memberikan peluang besar untuk memperbaiki kualitas rekrutmen dan seleksi, tetapi tetap membutuhkan regulasi, evaluasi berkelanjutan, serta kombinasi kerja antara manusia dan AI agar hasilnya optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam manfaat dan tantangan penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research
