Reengineering of Software Processes in Municipality for Construction Permission Requests
The software processes associated with some administrative procedures sometimes can undergo a process of re-engineering especially when an emerging technology demands a new organization of the whole process. Also, there are some legal changes of the administrative procedures. For that reason, we present the old and transformed process with re-engineering of the software processes within the municipality. These processes support a specific topic which is part of the administrative document issues within the municipal sector of urban and communal planning. Instead of a classic software tools, web based solution have to be made. The whole solution is separated in two main parts: for public citizen service and the appropriate public administration institutions responsible for services. Our research's aim is to gain knowledge of administrative processes that need to be supported by applying software based solutions within municipality in the Republic of Macedonia by the local public administration
The influence of food intake and physical activities on blood glucose level
Providing patients with convenient health facilities at a low cost has always been a great challenge for health service providers. Moreover, the fast changing life style of the modern world and the problem of aging society pose an urgent need to modernize such facilities. The emphasis has to be paid on providing health monitoring in out-of-hospital conditions for elderly people and patients who require regular supervision, particularly in remote areas. One of the health parameters that need to be controlled is blood sugar. Out of control blood sugar levels can lead to serious short term problems such as hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, or diabetic ketoacidosis. The recommendation algorithm evaluated in this paper incorporates collaboration and classification techniques in order to generate recommendations and suggestions for the physical activities that the users should carry out in order to improve their health. In this paper we have shown how the proposed algorithm can be implemented in real-world situations and we have successfully evaluated it using generic data based on realistic modeling of food intake influence over the blood glucose level
Usage of Virtual Communication Tools in Business Communication and Negotiation – A Factor of Increased Efficiency
The adaptation of new technologies and their proper usage in business negotiations is essential for further development of this field. With an analysis of face to face and e-negotiations and by utilizing a combination of research methods such as: experiment, survey and interviewing, this paper proves that the usage of virtual communication tools in business negotiations influences the individual perception of the negotiation process, influences the ethics of the negotiators and the mutual trust, but also demonstrates the need of getting these tools professionally closer to the Macedonian business negotiators that lack sufficient interest for investing in such technologies.\ud

Visual systems for supporting decision-making in health institutions in R. of Macedonia
everyday, managers look for better ways to access data in order to discern changes more effectively. Dashboards today are the preferred tool for managers. They offer the managers to support critical decisions with information obtained from dashboards. With them managers can follow the plan and its execution.\ud
The aim of this paper is to show which data managers want to see in dashboards. For instance the pilot visual system for supporting the decision making in health institutions, will be demonstrated. The benefits of visual systems for managers will be presented with specific dashboards – the data of which are shown, for which type of managers and for which part of the operations they can be used, will be explained
USING CLOUD COMPUTING IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Information Technology today is becoming an integral partner in modern higher education. We are witnessed of the changes that occurred by using of this technology in the classroom. But, despite the constant improvement of performance and price, the total cost of IT is still going upwards, mostly because of the need of teachers and students of the newer and more powerful machines, and audio-visual aids. Working in times of financial crisis and in conditions of steady growth needs, universities are facing with difficulties in providing necessary information technology (IT) to support education, research and development activities. In these conditions educational institutions very quickly embraced cloud computing strategies and acceded to their implementation to their own needs. Although there are still obstacles to the full implementation of the cloud model, the potential benefits greatly outperform other risks that arise. Changes that occur require a new way of managing with information technology and also staff with responsibilities. As this model is developed and the risks are lower, most institutions are more intensely to adopt and implement according to their needs and conditions. The purpose of this paper is to present alternatives to the use of information technology in order for university to improve the overall educational process by reviewing the methods of using the model in higher education
Evaluation of Taxonomy of User Intention and Benefits of Visualization for Financial and Accounting Data Analysis
In this paper we evaluate the taxonomy model for multidimensional data visualization for accounting data analysis. This taxonomy takes into consideration users’ intentions and also, the benefits of visualization for analysts, businessmen and managers who use financial and accounting data. We also explain the proposed taxonomy as well as the taxonomic framework which contains three groups of attributes. They are classified according to visual techniques and their capabilities. We have analyzed several multidimensional and multivariate visualization techniques, each presented in a table according to the proposed taxonomy. This table will determine their capability and capacity to solve specific visual problems. \ud
Evaluation of this taxonomic model for visualization of multidimensional and multivariate financial or accounting data implies the possibility for introducing an automatic selection of a visualization techniques and the best visual representation

THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS AN INSTRUMENTAL VALUE OF THE CIVIL – LIBERAL SOCIETY AND SOME INSTITUTIONAL DETERMINANTS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT
One of the challenges of the current transitional time is finding the correct and\ud
shortest way to overcome the brakes that hold our steps towards the new.\ud
The historical period in which we live is a challenge for the professional profiles from\ud
different domains of the human activity. The new technologies, the different legal\ud
regulations, the establishment of modern economic directions, the disclosure of the old\ud
ideological assumptions, the establishment of new political views, routes, criteria, defining\ud
the different objectives in the education – all these are fields of interest and work of our\ud
contemporaries.\ud
We are going through a process, not an event that will pass and then we will continue\ud
as before. The measure of our rejection of the negative baggage from the past, is a measure of\ud
approximation to the new - it takes time, but is filled with thought steps that will lead us in\ud
the desired direction. One of those steps certainly is the thought and planned socialization of\ud
the new generations through activities and programs that will ―breathe‖ with the new time.\ud
Affirmation of the need for incentives and entrepreneurship development, understood as a\ud
value of the new era, should be universal commitment and primary task of all agents of the\ud
socialization. Certainly, primarily are the families and educational institutions that educate\ud
and enable the new generations.\ud
This paper represents a summary of the approach, structure, working principles, as\ud
well as the results from the evaluation of the internal project and an attempt for designed and\ud
institutionalized approach in direction of encouraging and developing the entrepreneurial\ud
awareness and culture among children of 9-14 years age, entitled ―Creative - entrepreneurial\ud
workshops‖, experimentally applied and tested in the primary school Slavko Lumbarkovski -\ud

The Individual Values of the Public Administration Employees From Southwest Macedonia
For a long time it has been talked about a crisis. Among others, about a value crisis, which surely, if not the most\ud
important, it is among the most important, because the function of the values is inspiring, because they are\ud
standards and criteria for assessment, because they are cognitive representation of the connotative, as well as\ud
because, according to many, they are the most important force for the success or failure of the individuals in\ud
societies. In this paper the issue about values and their structure is stated, from the perspective of their individual\ud
preferentiality, in a broad category of persons “public administration employee”. In that matter, the results obtained\ud
using the scale of individual values of Vid Pogachnik are presented, applied on 370 employees in the administration\ud
(public, state, local, judicial administrations, and other public institutions) in Southwest Macedonia, including the\ud
municipalities of Bitola, Prilep, Ohrid, Resen, Kavadarci, Kichevo, Makedonski Brod, Krushevo, Demir Hisar,\ud
Novaci, Mogila, Krivogashtani, and Dolneni.\ud

Taxonomy of User Intention and Benefits of Visualization for Financial and Accounting Data Analysis
We propose а new multidimensional and multivariate taxonomy for information visualization. This taxonomy takes into consideration users’ intentions and the benefits of visualization for analysts, businessmen and managers who use financial and accounting data. To explain the proposed taxonomy, a taxonomic framework has been defined. The framework contains three groups of attributes classified according to visual techniques and their capabilities. We have analyzed and coded several multidimensional and multivariate visualization techniques. Creating this kind of a taxonomic model for visualization of multidimensional and multivariate financial or accounting data implies a possibility for introducing an automatic selection of a visualization technique and the best visual representation
