Comparative study of Algeria and Tunisia Islamic Movement in thought and historical transformation
Get PDFThe issue of the role of groups, Islamic movements and their attitudes towards Islam, and that pragmatic attitudes or ideological attitudes have always been considered in various Islamic societies, but this issue has been of great importance in the last decade. This is particularly true of the Islamic movements of Algeria and Tunisia. The main characteristic of most of the Islamic movements of Algeria has been to Islamist parties and currents since the formation of what before the revolution to drive out foreign invaders and after the revolution to eliminate tyranny, which caused the deviations formed in the 1962 revolution to Islamism in Algeria, which was a pioneer in the struggle against French colonialism, began this massive campaign against the tyranny of the military this time and after two decades. Investigating the Relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and the Competitive Advantage and Financial Performance of Small and Medium-sized businesses in Gachsaran City
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between corporate social responsibility and gaining competitive advantage and financial performance of small and medium-sized businesses in Gachsaran city. This is an applied research in terms of purpose a descriptive-correlational research in terms of nature and method of research, and a cross-sectional research in terms of time. The study population consists of the managers and experts of small and medium-sized businesses in Gachsaran city in 2016, with a total number of 145 people. Due to the limited number of the population, all of the 145 people were selected as sample size using the complete enumeration method. The tool used in this study for data collection was a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed in a preliminary study. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The data were also processed using SPSS software. The results showed that all dimensions of corporate social responsibility are associated with gaining competitive advantage and financial performance of small and medium sized businesses in Gachsaran city. According to the results of this research, it can be said that further development of corporate social responsibility in the small and medium-sized enterprises of Gachsaran city will help these businesses gain more competitive advantage and improve their financial performance. Moreover, the regression analysis showed that philanthropic responsibility, with a beta of (0.375) has had the greatest role in the competitive advantage of small and medium-sized businesses in Gachsaran city
Investigating the Impact of Information Technology on the status of Health Tourism in Mashhad, Iran
Get PDFThe impact of information and communication technology (ICT) and tourism industry on economic growth is on obvious fact. This study investigated the relationship between information technology (IT) and the status of health tourism in Mashhad.This applied study was conducted during 2016-2017. The first population included all the hospital heads, managers and experts in five regions (north, south, east, west and center) of Mashhad, among which 120 individuals were selected. The second population was an infinite one; thus, Cochran\u27s sample size formula was used and 384 individuals were selected as sample. The construct validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability was confirmed with a high (> 0.7) Cronbach\u27s alpha coefficient. The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and mathematical models in SPSS 21 and LISREL 8.50.The factor analysis results showed that there was a relationship between IT and the status of health tourism in MashhadProper planning in the area of IT enhancement can help expand health tourism sector of Mashhad and this will in turn contribute to the development of regional economy
Making Comparison between the Impact of Family-based Empowerment Model and Collaborative Care Model on the Quality of life among Little Children Infected with Major Thalassemia
Get PDFPurpose: Children are regarded as the future architectures forevery society and their growth and health guarantee should be one of the major concerns for all societies. Since thalassemic children suffer from the most problems in their life quality dimensions, this present study has brought about making comparison between the impact of Family-based Empowerment Model and Collaborative Care Model on the Quality of life among Little Children Infected with Major Thalassemia. Materials and Methods: This present research has been implemented as clinical trial over 90 major thalassemic children who had the criterions to enter in our study. Samples were divided randomly and simply into family based tests group, collaborative care and control group (30 children for each group). Demographic questionnaires and life quality of children (peds Qol) have been completed before intervention and for the whole three groups and the family based empowerment model and collaborative care model have been implemented for test groups during 4 sessions each was 45 minutes. By the usage of statistic tests and SPSS software, the average scores for life quality has been compared in 1/5 month after intervention with information received before intervention. Findings: Based on the acquired results, there is a meaningful statistic difference for the all life quality dimensions (physical, emotional, social and educational) and the total score for the life quality after intervention for the family based test group and for the child and parents report (p<0/001). There was a meaningful statistical difference for the total life quality dimensions among collaborative care test group except the social dimension and we were also witness for the existence of a meaningful statistical difference for the physical and educational function in parents report. There was also a meaningful statistical difference for the emotional, social and educational dimensions in control group and child and parents report (p<0/001). Discussion and Conclusion: with regard to the improvement of the life quality for the major thalassemic children, it seems that the implementation of the family based empowerment model is more effective than collaborative care model, for that reason, it is suggested for the nurses working in this domain, to take advantage from this model
Colon cancer as tow histopathological and molecular different type of cancer such as right and left
Get PDFBackground: Colon cancer is the second common cancer among men and the third among women, histopathological categories for anatomical assessment of colorectal carcinoma has not been defined properly. However, considering colon embryonic origination from mid- and hindgut, suggests the idea that there is histological and molecular differences between these two parts. Material & Method: From March, 2005 up to March, 2015, two hundred and ninety-one patient underwent curative surgery were included. Cases were studied for their age, gender, tumor location, site of tumor metastasis, tumor TNM classification, k-ras marker status and survival. Result: Right sided colon cancers were 100 cases and left sided were 129. Most of the patients with right sided cancers were young and female. Right sided tumors were significantly larger in size, presenting in higher grades than left sided tumors. However, the stages were the same in both sides. Right sided tumors K-ras mutant expression was approximately 1.5 times more than the left. Patients suffering from a right sided colon cancer had a less survival rate (RCC=22%, LCC=31.78%, P-value=0.001). Conclusion: It seems that there is clinical, histopathologic, and molecular difference between right and left sided colon tumors that they can be categorized in two separate groups. In our study, right sided tumors have more unfavorable characteristics rather than left sided ones. So, involved side (right side of tumor), older ages and stage of the tumor (higher stages) might be considered as independent poor prognostic factors of colorectal carcinoma

On the other hand, given that common life requires understanding of individual differences and adaptation to everyday situations, marital life itself may be viewed as a form of tension that requires the use of rational and efficient thinking methods as well as appropriate expressions Emotion will appear. The purpose of the current study is to "compare the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on mind-aware and emotional-couple therapy couple on reducing irrational beliefs and emotional divorce in married women referred to counseling centers". The statistical community of this study included all married women in Tehran (eastern region) in 2017 that referred to counseling centers and psychotherapists. Also, according to the sample size and research design formula, a sample size of 45 people was calculated and the sampling was done in an accessible way. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire and the required data were analyzed by SPSS Software. The results indicate that cognitive therapy based on mind-aware and emotional-couple therapy is effective on irrational beliefs and has a good sustainability over time. Emotion-based cognitive therapy has been effective on emotional divorce, but this effect has not been sustained over time. Also, according to the results, the difference between cognitive therapy based on mind-awareness and emotional-therapeutic couple therapy in emotional divorce was not accepted

Algunos objetos llegan a permanecer en el tiempo siendo representativos de sus creadores y de su época. Estos objetos (como la encuadernación) son los que especialmente portarán la esencia del pasado que reflejará la historia.Objetivos. Caracteriza cómo ha sido el trabajo sobre las encuadernaciones en la Biblioteca Nacional de Cuba José Martí y el Sistema Nacional de Bibliotecas Públicas, para garantizar la autenticidad de los fondos que atesoran.Metodología. El estudio se caracterizó por seguir una perspectiva metodológica mixta con la aplicación de métodos en los niveles teórico y empírico.Desarrollo. Fue el amor al libro lo que dio lugar al nacimiento y desarrollo de la encuadernación, con el fin de protegerlos del deterioro causado por el tiempo o por el mal uso. El no tratar al libro encuadernado, sea cual sea esta, con respeto y dignidad unido al poco conocimiento que tenemos de la arquitectura de estos objetos, es que se hace cada vez más necesario desde las bibliotecas un profundo respeto para poder llegar a garantizar la autenticadas de las colecciones atesoradas en las instituciones bibliotecarias. Conclusiones. El trabajo sobre las encuadernaciones en la BNCJM y en el Sistema nacional de Bibliotecas Públicas ha sido el saber hacer una encuadernación nueva, no así su conservación. Ahí la necesidad de respetarla para garantizar la autenticidad de las colecciones atesoradas en las biblioteca

Theatricality in the English literature of this period becomes the significant art category. This research has focused on the issue of investigating the necessity of Islamic government interference in the implementation of religious jurisprudential judgments and it has discussed the relationship between jurisprudence and government and paid special attention to the relationship between government and implementation of worships.
