Muslim migrants in the Tatarstan Republic: religious solidarity or social exclusion?
Get PDFThe inflow of migrants from Central Asia to Russian Federation and their accommodation are examined via a specific case of the Republic of Tatarstan with significant numbers of Tatar population historically adhered to Islam and often called ”˜the Muslim Republic”™ of Russia. Hypothesis on a greater loyalty and tolerance of ethnic Tatars towards migrant fellow believers, the role of common Turkic and religious identity of local residents and newcomers is explored on a basis of empirical sociological data. It is argued that there is a great similarity in the attitudes of the ”˜Muslim”™ (Tatar) and ”˜Christian”™ (Russian) population of the republic towards migrants; they are characterized by high degree of negativism and latent xenophobia. The numbers of Tatars with positive and inclusive opinions is small, yet multicultural Tatarstan with local Muslim believers and numerous mosques is taken by migrants from Central Asia as a rather comfortable place to work and stay
Analogs of the conjunctions in the compound sentences
Get PDFIn the article such conjunction particles as tak (so), vse-taki (after all), vse zhe (still), vse ravno (all the same), tem ne meneye (nevertheless) the meaning of which are connected with a culturological tendency of modern Russian language are studied. Viewing the analogs of the conjunctions with the account of this aspect causes the relevance and novelty of work. The purpose of the research is to describe compound sentences with the analogs of the conjunctions in the light of current trends of changes in the language system. Drawn conclusions: 1) the category of uncertainty peculiar to the Russian mentality at the syntactic level is expressed by undifferentiated relations; 2) undifferentiated relations are marked by the analogs of the conjunctions (tak (so), vse-taki (after all), vse zhe (still), vse ravno (all the same), tem ne meneye (nevertheless)) appearing owing to the replacement of double clamps with single; 3) polypredicative formations with the analogs of the conjunctions (in many cases capable to be replaced with coordinate conjunctions) can\u27t be referred to the sphere of the coordination as these analogs mark a post-positive part of the formations as dependent; therefore it is logical to define relations in such formations as being out of the opposition "coordination – subordination"; 4) one of the causes of undifferentiated relations are current trends of changes of the language system: a) the staticizing (fragmentary) prose leading to the destruction of subordinative constructions, b) emergence of the newspeak accompanied with "diffutisation" and "secretion" of new word formations and meanings of the known words and expressions

High capacity of handicraft industry, e.g. Ziloo (a type of Iranian rug) making, to produce new job opportunities, especially wort-at-home jobs, and its high potential to create economic growth in unhealthy economy of deprived areas revealsits high capability in wide variety of economic, social, and cultural spheres of rural areas. Carpet industries present ample opportunitieson the way to sustainable development, namely practicality and high added value, provision of raw material from local resources, need for small investment, simple work tools, simple marketplace, and the complementary role it plays in industries like tourism. The objective to conduct the present study is to examine challenges and opportunities presented bya circular economyforZiloo making. The results show effective factors contributing to an unfortunately unprosperous Ziloomarket as well as ever increasing price ofZiloo as insufficient representation and incomplete production cycle of this industry and its marketing-related difficulties. Surviving the ancient craft of Ziloo making requires support from civil authorities to save this ancient work of art, tied to Iranian history and identity, from obsolescence and disappearance.

El lavado de activos y las empresas de seguros en el Ecuador
Get PDFEn este trabajo se establece mitigar el riesgo de lavado de activos, dentro de las empresas del sector asegurador, apuntando a aumentar conciencia en los directivos y administradores tanto de las empresas públicas como privadas sobre los efectos adversos que posee, y las implicaciones legales que afectarían a su reputación y existencia. Se plantea como objetivo, analizar el impacto que ocaciona el lavado de activos en las empresas de seguros, haciendo encuestas para recopilar información que ayude a análizar los diferentes perfiles de lavadores del dinero, y los escenarios creados por ellos para cometer delito, con una muestra censal de 30 integrantes de la Unidad Análisis Financiero Económica (UAFE) llegando a la conclusion que en las empresas de seguros existe un ambiente regulatorio contradictorio; por lo que un incremento de leyes regulatorias para prevenir el lavado de activos tendra un impacto negativo, ya que los negocios se reducirían.La UAFE no regula ni capacita al bróker de seguros, requiriendo certificacion de personas que desarrollen programas que prevean el lavado de activos, compromiso de las empresas de de control para disminuir el riesgo a términos razonables garantizando así un sistema de gestión eficiente y acorde a las exigencias del medio asegurador
Explaining the Indicators of Good Governance in the Health System

In this study, we have first discussed the general concept of good governance and the governance of the health system and then, we have explained the indicators of good governance that are considered in the field of public governance and the health system governance. Although, in good governance, a series of principles and basic features related to good governance are considered as international and for all countries and governments, it should be noted that the implementation of them in different countries is different and that what needs to be done and prioritized in an specific country is a matter that needs to be studied. Hence, countries must recognize and identify their national and domestic models of good governance, and to do so, identifying the historical experience of a country, its culture and its domestic values is essential
La dinámica empresarial y el emprendimiento, factores determinantes para el desarrollo del ciclo de vida de las pymes
Get PDFActualmente en el Ecuador las pequeñas y medianas empresas son el sustento básico de la economía; sin embargo, los desafíos a los que estas se enfrentan son titánicos y van más allá de la recuperación de la capacidad de financiación, sino también de la implementación de mejoras en la gestión operacional que incida en su eficiencia, su dinamismo y soporte institucional. Por tal motivo el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo, indagar sobre la dinámica empresarial y el emprendimiento como factor determinante en el desarrollo del ciclo de vida de las PYMES de la zona III. El estudio se apoya en la investigación de campo, con la aplicación de encuestas a 384 emprendedores, con la cual se pudo conocer la situación actual del emprendimiento, evidenciando la necesidad de las PYMES de abrirse campo en nuevos nichos de mercado, pues la elevada competitividad empresarial, obliga a la conformación de industrias con alta productividad, sostenibles y sustentables. Una vez analizados los resultados se propone una guía de prácticas de gestión, apoyadas con estrategias de marketing digital para las Pymes de la zona III. La proyección nacional e internacional permitirá ampliar el nicho de mercado y en consecuencia impulsará el crecimiento del sector, a través de la implementación de la digitalización con canales de venta, logística, procesos organizacionales y tiempos. Se propone medidas de fidelización de clientes con la utilización de herramientas tecnológicas que permitan visualizar los productos, precios, promociones. Con la firme decisión de captar la atención de más clientes

Get PDFEste artículo se propuso analizar la problemática general de los derechos humanos y sus implicaciones para la educación, proponiendo un enfoque de aprendizaje que pudiera resultar adecuado en la docencia de esta temática. La investigación fue de carácter exploratorio a partir de una revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema de los “derechos humanos” y “educación y derechos humanos- Los derechos humanos han sido investigados desde distintos puntos de vista y empleando las posibilidades existentes en el Google Académico, se determinaron las búsquedas temáticas reportadas:Se concluyó que el tratamiento formal de los derechos humanos es un peligro que puede conducir a que en la educación, estos sean tratados de forma esquemática limitándose a lo establecido o declarado, ignorando la complejidad implícita en la sociedad actual en el cumplimento de los mismos.Una aproximación creativa y no formal al tema de los derechos humanos parte de tomar en cuenta que se trata tanto de aspectos inherentes al ser humano, como que constituyen una garantía ante los posibles abusos del poder. El otro aspecto que no puede ser ignorado es considerar los aspectos morales implícitos en los derechos humanos.Se propone considerar el Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas (ABP) como un enfoque que puede facilitar que los derechos humanos no se traten formalmente. La discusión de los factores que impiden el cumplimento de los derechos humanos es un campo natural para la aplicación del ABP

The result of the research work has been the formed concept of ensuring human life safety in a risk situation. Application of the research results is possible with the solution of the tension associated with technological threats and capabilities of the nanotechnologies control which necessarily requires the management of nanosafety. The conditions for ensuring the safety of anthropogenic activity have been specified, and an algorithm and an activity tool for relatively unpredictable objects have been developed
Producción científica sobre los servicios de información en el ámbito archivístico a partir de la base de datos Scopus en el período 2012-2015: Análisis desde su comportamiento métrico
Get PDFEl presente trabajo constituye estudio métrico descriptivo con una perspectiva mixta pues se obtuvieron resultados cualitativos a partir de datos cuantitativos, el cual tiene como objetivo analizar el comportamiento de la producción científica sobre los servicios de información en el ámbito archivístico a partir de la base de datos Scopus en el período 2012-2015. Se realizó una búsqueda en la categoría Library & Information Sciences de la base de datos Scopus. Los registros recuperados fueron exportados a ficheros en formato “.ris” y posteriormente al gestor bibliográfico EndNote el cual facilitó el proceso de normalización. Se recuperaron un total de 8000 registros todos pertenecientes al período de tiempo establecido; sin embargo, después del proceso de normalización el análisis se redujo a 175 registros los cuales fueron sometidos a una exhaustiva normalización y análisis. El análisis e interpretación de los datos numéricos obtenidos a través de las técnicas métricas aplicadas a las investigaciones sobre el tema, procedentes de Scopus en el período 2012-2015, ratifica el bajo nivel de desarrollo científico-investigativo en la temática de servicios de información en el ámbito archivístico
