The expansion of the World Wide Web, electronic communications, the advancement and widespread use of information technology has provided a proper platform for business, economic and financial relations. Electronic service is one of the forefathers of the IT world, according to which all business, banking and credit activities are transferred from the traditional platform to the electronic platform. For this reason, the use of electronic systems in the commercial enterprises of the world is rapidly growing and the number of users of electronic services is increasing day by day. The use of this technology has been led to the development of business, facilitating the communication of economic agents, providing business opportunities for enterprises, improving productivity, reducing costs and saving time. Online group shopping businesses are a new generation of electronic business models that have been well uncounted by their audience in recent years. Although these models have unique features that differentiate them from other e commerce models, comprehensive research has not been conducted in Iran to determine their specifications so far. Get PDFEl nuevo contexto impone a las instituciones la necesidad vital de disponer de adecuadas infraestructuras de comunicación que les permitan la obtención de datos necesarios. Los repositorios institucionales juegan un papel importante debido a la necesidad de almacenamiento que ha surgido a través del tiempo, es decir, el gran cúmulo de documentación, por lo que la confección de estos facilita un buen desempeño en las actividades diarias de sus usuarios. Este tipo de repositorio permite conocer la producción científica de la institución, da a conocer sus investigadores, y actúa como conservador de la actividad de la organización. El presente trabajo aborda la utilización de la herramienta informática Dspace para la gestión de información electrónica en instituciones, tiene como objetivo fundamental implementar un repositorio en la Facultad de Informática y Ciencias Exactas para lograr una búsqueda y recuperación, rápida y eficiente. Como fundamento teórico metodológico para la implantación del repositorio institucional se asumieron los siguientes elementos: etapas de selección, procesamiento, almacenamiento y recuperación de información; los principios para la construcción de repositorios institucionales en Cuba y la guía técnica para hacer repositorios. El software constituye una herramienta eficaz para la gestión de información, brinda a las instituciones una solución integral para la gestión, tramitación y resguardo de documentos electrónicos y/o digitales, a partir de la construcción de un repositorio, que agilice la búsqueda y recuperación de la información. In the case of a member like the head, it should be stated that if the head is alien to the larger one and that would amount to the total amount of head injury, retaliation is done throughout her head and if the head is smaller, it will be as retaliation, in case the crime is lost as much as possible, in this case, (due to the lost sight) will be paid and retaliation does not come to the forehead or neck or ears. In-depth injuries are based on the total head due to the difference in heads and the likelihood of the injury by the area-based injury. Family Physician Financing: Developing versus Developed countries
Get PDFConsidering the role of family physician in rising public access to general practice under a referral system on one hand and its impact on the reduction of health cost on another hand, we compare family physician in ten countries with the following inclusion criteria: different regions of WHO, a well-known or specific health financing, at least a country similar to Iran in terms of socioeconomic situation and Gross Domestic Production (GDP), at least one of the countries in the list of 1404 Iran Vision Document, and the availability of data. The required data were gathered through valid databases, important documents as well as the famous website with the focus on financial function of family physician. Finally, data was analyzed by comparative tables. The findings revealed that most resources in selected countries are collected from public revenues. Besides, family physician is not funded separately and all countries finance family physician under the primary health care. The results of this study also showed that purchasing family physician services in different countries is based on contracts and its payment mechanism is a mix of salary, capitation, bonus, fee for service or pay for payment, however, reimbursement to Iranian urban family physicians is mostly through capitation. The experiences of different countries in the implementation of family physician shows that the mechanisms of collecting resources is different across different countries due to their various context. This study suggests that more emphasize on public resources and suitable pooling may be a good solution to improve family physician financing

A Review of Solvent Uses in Petroleum Industry
Get PDFOil is known as a major source of energy and an economical source of the word. However, depleting world”™s crude oil resources has caused increase attention toward heavy oils and bitumen to supply the demand for fuels and petrochemical feedstock. Different techniques have been employed to extract crude and heavy oil with high possible efficiency. As conventional recovery methods currently used have become less efficient, solvent extraction seems to be a suitable alternative and a most cost-efficient recovery process for all recovery methods which requires no water and the solvent is recoverable and reusable. Solvent extraction followed by adsorption also has been found to be one of the competitive processes for recycling of used lubricating oil. Basis of solvent extraction is injecting diluents like naphtha or light oil and some vaporized hydrocarbon solvent, usually, ethane, propane, or butane to the pump to reduce the of the heavy oil to make pumping easier. The petroleum solvents are light section produced from crude oil which is containing paraffinic and aromatic hydrocarbons of petroleum in different ratios. It is obvious that solvent costs and availability are two important factors that determine the economics of such processes. Factors Affecting Discharge against Medical Advice (AMA), among Inpatient and Outpatient Patients of Shahid Rasi Hospital of Shahindej
Get PDFIntroduction: Discharge against Medical Advice (AMA) is a process where the patient leaves the hospital, sooner than the stipulated time and before completing the course of treatment, which may indicate some problems in the hospital or the quality of provided healthcare. Hence, in this study, the causes of discharge against medical advice at Shahid Rasi Hospital of Shahindej have been studied.Methods: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted to assess the reasons of discharge against medical advice, among inpatients and outpatient patients of Shahid Rasi Hospital of Shahindej. Sampling was done by a systematic randomized method, and 111 patients discharged against medical advice were selected as sample, since 21 March 2017 to 21 June 2017. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which its validity and reliability was verified. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20, and the statistical tests, t-test and one way ANOVA at a significant level of P <0.05.Results: In this study, among 111 patients, 93 patients (83.8%) referred to the emergency department, 35 (31.5%) were male and 76 (68.5%) were women. The factor of patient-related reasons has the most score (18.75), and show that its higher impact on discharge against medical advice and hospital-related reasons has the lowest scores (9.26). Among the factors related to the patient, the most score related to the questions of enough satisfactory feeling and the willingness to continue home therapy at home is with the mean of 2.67, and frustration with the current condition and improvement of the disease with the mean of 1.97. Gender, education, and residence had a significant relationship with discharge against medical advice.Conclusion: discharge against medical advice is associated with various factors, knowing these factors reduces side effects and re-costs, and conducting targeted counseling leads to reasonable decision-making from patient

The relationship of expressed emption with mental health in the families of bipolar patients
Get PDFBackground and aim: The high level of expressed emotion is a part of the family\u27s negative attitude toward the patient. This study is conducted with the aim of determining the relationship of expressed emption with mental health in the families of bipolar patients. Methods: This study is a clinical trial with random sampling. 40 people were selected based on the inclusion criteria, out of which 20 were randomly assigned to the intervention group and 20 to the control group. Family training sessions were conducted in 10 sessions each week for 2 hours. In this study, the level of expressed emotion questionnaire created by Cole and Kazarian was used. The SPSS ver.24 software was used to analyze the data. Findings: In this study, the mean age of subjects obtained as 39.05 years with a standard deviation of 5.62 years. The mean age of the disease was 2.37 with a standard deviation of 0.92. Before performing statistical analysis, the natural distribution of expressed emotion score was evaluated (p = 0.001). Based on the findings, there was no significant difference in the control group between the mean scores of expressed emotions before and after the intervention (P=0.84), but there was a significant difference between the two groups in the intervention group (0.000), which indicated the impact of education in the target group. The analysis of covariance was used to investigate the difference between the sub-scales of expressed emotion. Based on the results of this analysis, we found that there is a significant difference between post educational intervention and before training.Conclusion: Psychological training is effective in reducing the level of expressed emotions in families of bipolar patients
