Get PDFEl trabajo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer las experiencias en la educación de usuarios de las facultades pedagógicas de la sede “Félix Varela” de la UCLV “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas para propiciar la formación de un profesional competente en el manejo de la Información Científico Técnica, teniendo en cuenta que el papel del profesor es esencial por ser el protagonista de los cambios que se deben operar en el trabajo de las instituciones escolares, de ahí la necesidad de que en su formación inicial se propicie la preparación suficiente de estos, de manera que puedan enfrentar de forma satisfactoria los nuevos desafíos que imponen las actuales condiciones a partir de las posibilidades que ofrecen los servicios de la Universidad integrada, en estas experiencias se les ofrece las vías por la cuales pueden acceder para gestionar la información y de esta forma desarrollar en ellos habilidades informacionales para garantizar la formación de usuarios competentes y entrenados para explorar en el mundo de la información, a través del desarrollo de habilidades, destrezas y actitudes para gestionar esa información que necesita, con eficacia. Para realizar este artículo se llevó a cabo un trabajo intenso de búsqueda, específicamente en la bibliografía relacionada con la temática, donde se pudo obtener información precisa y actualizada de la misma a través del análisis y la síntesis, la inducción y la deducción, la observación y la revisión de documentos

Get PDFEncontrar respuesta al estado de las revistas indexadas de un país constituye un reto dada la existencia de diferentes fuentes de información ya que en la variabilidad de las mismas se encuentran también diferentes indicadores e interpretaciones. Métodos: en el caso de Ecuador desarrollamos un estudio descriptivo con empleo de diferentes fuentes de los sistemas SCopus, SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR), Web of Sciencie, Latindex entre otros con indicadores estandarizados Cienciométricos y Bibliométricos; nos sirven de sustento estudios anteriores que connotan la importancia de su utilización. La metodología destaca el análisis y comparación de los indicadores de las fuentes en los cuales determinamos un reducido número de revistas de mayor impacto, la Revista Chasqui y la Revista Ecuatoriana de Neurología, así mismo se identifica un total de 182 revistas vigentes en Latindex. Objetivo: Exponer la cobertura de revistas del Ecuador y su nivel de indexación en correspondencia con el listado de revistas aprobados por la Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e innovación (SENESCYT). Conclusiones: Con la utilización de la plataforma MIAR y el indicador ICDS es posible aunar esfuerzos para seleccionar de las 75 revistas de mayor visibilidad internacional, de acuerdo con los resultados de interpretación del indicador. Al plantear el posicionamiento de las revistas ecuatorianas es posible emplear la información por la comunidad científica para asumir estrategias que deriven en el reconocimiento de las mismas para publicar y lograr la difusión de los resultados de investigación acordes con las necesidades del desarrollo socioeconómico que se plantean en el plan Nacional de buen vivir 2017- 2021

A classification is given of active methods of legal education (traditional teaching methods (problem lectures, academic discussions, classes with brainstorming elements, scientific and practical conferences); game methods (role-playing games, business games, educational, industrial, educational games, organizing games); non-gaming methods (case study, simulation exercises, training). The technology of the formation of the legal competence of the bachelor of pedagogical education, including methods of active legal training and focused on the actualization of the process of the formation of knowledge and skills that predetermine the student”™s legal behavior, is substantiated.El artículo aborda el problema de la formación de la competencia legal de la licenciatura en educación pedagógica. Se proporciona una clasificación de los métodos activos de educación legal (métodos de enseñanza tradicionales (conferencias de problemas, discusiones académicas, clases con elementos de intercambio de ideas, conferencias científicas y prácticas); métodos de juegos (juegos de rol, juegos de negocios, educativos, industriales, juegos educativos, la organización de juegos); métodos no relacionados con el juego (estudio de caso, ejercicios de simulación, capacitación). Abu\u27l-al-Ma\u27ari as an Egyptian thinker and Muhammad Taqi Bahar, as an Iranian critic poet, are both a place of cognition that their poems can be compared by contemplating on Nahj al-Balaghah. The comparison between these two poets has never attracted the attention of the scholars. but This article, by asking whether the Arabic classical poet, Abu al-Ala al-Ma\u27ari, as a humanistic personality with the libertarian poet of the Constitutional era, can create a comparison on Nahj Al-Balagh perspective? That this thesis considering that divide such comparison to special social cases for the government in four separate sections with the titles of dealing with the peasants, The attention to the ignorant rulers , reminding of the world\u27s vanity to the rulers , and the way of the rulers paid attention to the people. And conclude that the adversary\u27s thoughts of Abu\u27l\u27Ala Ma\u27ari and Mohammad Taghi Bahar in these cases quite similar and unanimous to Nahj al-Balagha

Hence, successful implementation of knowledge management process can affect the performance of organizations. According to theoretical and theoretical issues, knowledge management is considered as factors influencing the development of new products.The existence of these connections in the theoretical discussions led to the study of the relationship between the dimensions of the knowledge management process (production and acquisition of knowledge, the storage and organization of knowledge, sharing and dissemination of knowledge and the use of knowledge) with the components affecting the development of new products. For this research, a three-part questionnaire (demographic information, effective factors on the development of new products and knowledge management process questions), which was confirmed by experts, was used. And 97 employees of an organization were selected as the statistical sample and responded to the questionnaire questions. The results of data analysis showed that knowledge management dimensions have a positive and significant effect on the components affecting the development of new products

Correlation of spirituality inorganizational environment and attitude towards virtual world mediated by managers”™ citizenship behavior in private companies
Get PDFThe present research delved into the correlation of spirituality in workplace and people”™s attitude towards the virtual world mediated by the organizational citizenship behavior. Due to the extended meaning of the spirituality concept, Liu and Robertson”™s(2011) three-factor scale, Podsakoff”™s (2000) questionnaire for measuring citizenship behavior and Kim et al.”™s (2005) seven-factor virtual worldquestionnaire were used. The present research population was comprised of 342 managers of private companies all over Iran. To analyze the data, firstly the reliability was assessed through Cronbach”™s alpha and then the required statistical analyses were run to estimate the correlation coefficients. The findings revealed a statistically significant causal relationship between spirituality in organizational environment and attitude towards virtual world mediated by citizenship behavior
The Study of Induced Demand Done CT scan Services in Imam Reza Hospital 2015

Aim: this research was done in order to study of induced demand done CT scan services in Imam Reza hospital in 2015. Materials and method: this research is a type of descriptive-sectional research. To collecting data, all the accomplished CT scan services separation by its type and member of CT scan for patients, extracted from HIS system of hospital in 2014. Finally the data analyzed by SPSS 20 statistical software and calculated the Chi-square test. Results: all the people who used the CT scan services during 2014 to 2015 was 9078 that most prescription of CT scan is related brain by a number of 3260. And least prescription was related to spinal member including (spine, hypo phis, gullet) by a number of zero. Total number of normal CT scan was 3805 case and total number of abnormal CT scan was 5273 cases. Conclusion: to preventing from using this service verily, considering to it exceeding expense on both patient and insurance, commanded that identified the impressed factors of improper and incorrect use of this service, and trying to eliminate them by necessary training and present the replaced encourager to doctors and personnel of photography unit

Get PDFLa transferencia y asimilación de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, en la actividad educativa posibilita la transformación de una enseñanza tradicional pasiva centrada en la trasmisión del contenido, el profesor y el estudiante; a una más personalizada y participativa en alcanzar aprendizajes diversos. Es imprescindible entonces, paradigmas para promover experiencias innovadoras en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, desarrollar cambios de estrategias didácticas de los docentes, en los sistemas de comunicación y distribución de los materiales de aprendizaje. La introducción de los objetos de aprendizajes en el ámbito educativo en especial en las Universidades abre nuevos desafíos para los profesores, investigadores y estudiantes y principalmente como apoyo las actividades presenciales, semi-presenciales y la auto-preparación. Se parte de la base de la existencia del Centro de Recursos para el Aprendizaje y la Investigación en la Universidad de Pinar del Río la cual posee servicios web disponibles a la comunidad. La iniciativa pretende abordar las principales características de los objetos de aprendizaje, la cual desde el punto de vista conceptual pueden ser construidos, distribuidos y reutilizados en un nuevo entorno y se propone un plan de acción para la gestión de los objetos de aprendizaje. El proceso investigativo se realizó bajo una concepción dialéctica, con la utilización de los métodos análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción, sistémico-estructural, el análisis documental, la encuesta y la entrevista. Los resultados obtenidos permiten perfeccionar el proceso de enseñanza que se desarrolla a tono con los momentos actuales y las políticas educativas establecidas
