The role of political parties in transferring power from Qajar to Pahlavi
The present article examines the role of political parties in transferring power from Qajar to Pahlavi. The main question of this article is that what was the role of political parties in transferring power from Qajar to Pahlavi? In response to this hypothesis political parties, especially in the fifth parliament, have played a major role in transferring power from Qajar to Pahlavi. The parliament played an unparalleled role in the reform process of Reza Khan . The parliament was the site of the day of the country, and were legal activities of the political and intellectual currents. Obviously, the parliament and political factions within it enjoyed a dominant and dominant role in this cycle. It can be said that the reign of Reza Khan did not come solely through violence, military force, assassinations and military conspiracies, but it was made through an open coalition with various groups inside and outside the fourth and fifth congresses. These forces were: The conservative reformist party, the reformist reformist party, the radical socialist party and the revolutionaries of the communist sect. The fifth parliament, which opened in 1303, was the second pillar of Reza Khan\u27s reach. The type of research methodology will be descriptive-analytic
The psychological approach of prof. A. Aleksandrov to the study of children\u27s speech
This article analyzes the study by the outstanding Russian linguist, a representative of the Kazan Linguistic School, Professor A. I. Aleksandrov (bishop Anastasia) “Children”™s Speech”, published in 1883. This article aims to reveal the role of A. I. Aleksandrov”™s work “Children”™s Speech” in the formation of psycholinguistics. The topicality of the article is to popularize the scientific and spiritual heritage of the Kazan Linguistic School and the Kazan Theological Academy, important for the development of psycholinguistic research. The analysis of A. Aleksandrov”™s article made it possible to come to the following conclusion. Being an adherent of the Kazan linguistic school, A. Aleksandrov viewed the language as a psychosocial entity manifested in speech activity. A. Aleksandrov”™s language understanding as a combination of physical and mental principles furthered his interest in child speech, in the study of which A. Aleksandrov developed I. A. Baudouin de Courtenay”™s concept on a phoneme and the theory of alternations of N. V. Krushevsky”™s sounds, and also revealed specific linguistic means in the children”™s speech that are significant for studying the development of speech in modern child psychology, mainly for the purpose of teaching the mother tongue and developing speech in case of pathology. The means of language for speech communication noted by A. Aleksandrov are as follows: a greater number (in comparison with the speech of adults) of onomatopoeias and figurative words, the use of irregular forms according to regular patterns, occasional word formation. The study of A. Aleksandrov facilitated also in solving the issue on the main laws of children”™s speech - the formation of grammatical and semantic generalizations and the rules of their functioning. The examples of ontogeny of a number of the most important semantic categories (temporality, aspectuality, possessiveness, personality) given by A. Aleksandrov resulted in the development of functional grammar (“the grammar of the speaker”) allowing scholars to abstract from the level fixation of the linguistic phenomenon and to consider functional semantic fields as the unity of means for performing a certain function

Reviewing Kant\u27s View of God\u27s Existence and Status in Religion
Throughout history, the main and most important subject of metaphysics, namely, God and, consequently, religion, has been at the focus of attention of philosophers and thinkers. In the philosophy of Greece and the Middle Ages, philosophical thinking began from God and led to a discussion of nature and man. But this changed in the Enlightenment era, especially in Kant\u27s philosophy. The distinction between Kant\u27s thinking was that he began from mankind and then began to think of God as one of the concepts of human intellect. Indeed, from the eighteenth century onwards, with the critique of pure reason and practical reason in Kant\u27s philosophy, the concept of God, and consequently religion and religiosity, became subject to fundamental change, and this fashioned the modern approach to the concept of God and its functions. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of God and its place in religion based on Kant\u27s reading. Because in the thought of Kant, the origin of the concept of God is not reason (pure reason) and nor is verifiable by pure reason; therefore, in the critique of practical reason, he proposes and proves the concept of God as the guarantor of ethics, and therefore the above-mentioned concepts In Kant\u27s philosophy differ fundamentally from the conventional point of views. According to the discussed issues, the purpose of this study, which is a descriptive study, is to study Kant\u27s view on the existence and status of God in religion. The present study also aims to explain Kant\u27s religious thought, to explain and prove the existence of God according to pure reason, the principles of the existence of God, and according to religious commonalities

Climate Change and Global warming overview; Assessing Climate Change and Global Warming in local scale
The purpose of this research is to identify climate change in Iran. For the purpose of this research, daily precipitation data, temperature (day and night) (1437 synchronic, climatic and rain gauging stations) were used during the period from 16/9/1966 to 16/9/2016. The data were interpolated using the Kriging interpolation method in cells of 15 í— 15 2 km, and a matrix was created in the size of 15706 í— 7187 days that was placed on the rows of the day and placed on the columns of the cells. With the help of the 27 Climate Change Indicators introduced by the Climate Change Identification and Climate Change Expert Team 3, a study was conducted to explore the climate change in Iran. The results of this study showed that the 4 (g) SU of summer days (SU25), hot days (TX90p), hot nights (TN90p) and night nights (TR20) are increasing during the study period. While the cold-frost indexes trend, including freezing days (FD), ice days (ID), cold nights (TN10p) and cold days (TX10p), are down and decreasing. It has been prolonged and, conversely, cold waves have become shorter. Increasing the nightly temperature rate compared to the daily temperature has led to a decrease in the temperature range of the night. Also, the results of this study showed that the frequency of rainfall is increasing.
