Get PDFBased on their mission and vision, companies choose different indicators to measure their performance. Indicators that are important in the oil, gas, refining and petrochemical industries include safety, health, environment, energy, production, quality, cost, income, exports, stress, risk, maintainability, reliability, availability, replacement cost, commitment, motivation, and profitability. The actual situation assessment and comparison with the target indicators allows identification and analysis and plan the required necessary refining actions. Assessment and control are one of the stages of roadmap for continuous improvement. In this paper 1- Based on key indicators of determining the sensitivity of equipment and their coefficients by Delphi method and the questionnaire and classification of critical equipment in Tabriz petrochemical industry based on it.2- Performing RCM stages on four critical equipment. 3- Looking at maintenance from the perspective of Balance Score Card(BSC). 4- Developing assessment and interview questions based on the resistive maintenance model (Number of questions is 130), the number of questions varies based on the experiences of assessors, the type of activity, and the size of the organization
Efectos educativos de la animación de Hollywood (lenguaje persa) en los componentes de la socialización de los niños (estudio de caso de estudiantes de la escuela primaria Boyshehr (hombres), 1996-97)
Get PDFThe behavior of the child is one of the important dimensions of his mental health and will have significant consequences in his future life. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching Hollywood animations on the components of children\u27s socialization. Using cluster sampling, 30 male students of elementary school in Bushehr city were selected. The instruments used in the study included Gersham and Elliot Social Skills Questionnaire (1990). The executive protocol also lasts for 12 sessions (2 90-minute sessions per week) including three Walt Disney Company, Pixar, and DreamWorks (2013-2016) animations, taking into account socialization factors including personal hygiene, party conventions Or collecting personal belongings. The analysis of covariance showed that there is a significant difference between the mean post-test scores of the experimental group and the control group\u27s post-test, in terms of the degree of socialization, namely, cooperation, self-expression and self-containment. Therefore, the teaching of Hollywood animations can be used for the socialization of children.El comportamiento del niño es una de las dimensiones importantes de su salud mental y tendrá consecuencias significativas en su vida futura. El propósito de este estudio fue investigar la efectividad de enseñar animaciones de Hollywood en los componentes de la socialización de los niños. Mediante el muestreo por conglomerados, se seleccionaron 30 estudiantes varones de la escuela primaria en la ciudad de Bushehr. Los instrumentos utilizados en el estudio incluyeron el cuestionario de habilidades sociales de Gersham y Elliot (1990). El protocolo ejecutivo también tiene una duración de 12 sesiones (2 sesiones de 90 minutos por semana) que incluyen tres animaciones de Walt Disney Company, Pixar y DreamWorks (2013-2016), teniendo en cuenta los factores de socialización, como la higiene personal, las convenciones de la fiesta o la recolección de pertenencias personales. El análisis de covarianza mostró que existe una diferencia significativa entre las puntuaciones medias posteriores a la prueba del grupo experimental y la prueba posterior del grupo de control, en términos del grado de socialización, es decir, cooperación, autoexpresión y autocontención. Por lo tanto, la enseñanza de las animaciones de Hollywood se puede utilizar para la socialización de los niños

Investigation of the Relationship between Mental Health and Academic Burnout with Epistemological Beliefs of Students of Islamic Azad University, Garmsar Branch
Get PDFThe objective of this research was studying the relationship between mental health and academic burnout with epistemological beliefs of students. Statistical population of this research includes all students of Islamic Azad University of Garmsar branch. 147 people were selected by convenience sampling method as a sample. The necessary data was collected using standard inventories of mental health, academic burnout, and epistemological beliefs. Then, data were analyzed using Pearson statistical test and stepwise multistage regression. Results showed the direct and significant relationship between total score of mental health and certain knowledge component. In addition, results showed the direct and significant relationship between anxiety symptoms components of mental health and certain knowledge component and quick learning components of epistemological beliefs. In addition, results showed the significant relationship among emotional exhaustion components, innate ability component, emotional exhaustion component, and quick learning, educational self-efficacy component, and quick learning. Therefore, results showed that anxiety symptoms significantly predict innate ability components of students”™ epistemological beliefs. Thus, it can be stated there is a relationship between mental health and academic burnout and epistemological beliefs
Development of a hybrid methodology (MCDM) for ERP system selection (Case study: Mahan Airlines)
Get PDFIncreasing importance of software systems for organizations converted organization resources systems into one of the main priorities for companies. The aim of organization resources planning systems is to integrate, synchronize and concentrate. Usually, ERP are considered as vital tools to be successful in rapidly changing global markets for companies. Due to its high acquisition, selection of ERP systems is important and difficult decision and since there is a vast tangible and intangible criteria which shall be considered, it is often decided as multifaceted nature of problem. Due to varying nature of problem, in this research, a three stages hybrid methodology is suggested. This process started with identification of most prevalent criteria and then because of importance of variables, fuzzy analytic hierarchical process is applied to obtain importance and relative weighed criteria. Then, the weighted criteria are used as inputs for ranking priorities by similarity with ideal solution to rank decision alternatives. The proposed methodology is suggested as a descriptive method in real world in order to select ERP systems in Mahan airlines. Because of collaborative and systematic nature of methodology, this process is highly satisfactory and trustworthy for decision makers
Investigating the information literacy skill of students in Kermanshah University of medical science based on information literacy standards of ICRL in 2000
Get PDFIntroduction and goal: the emergence of information era, modern technologies in the field of information, unpredictable growth on information and storing technologies, organizing, retrieval and access to information require necessary skills of information literacy. The main aim of the study is to determine the skill of information literacy of students in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. Materials and methods: this study is applied survey type and the tool of gathering questionnaire has been proposed based on 5 standards of information literacy of higher education of Association of College and Research Libraries. The sample of statistical population includes 242 students of Medicine, Para medicine, Nursing, and Hygiene faculties in different majors and grades of internship and training courses in Imam Khomeini hospital in Kermanshah in 2017. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics of Mann Whitney Kruskal Wallis & Spearman in statistical software of SPSS-22. Findings: information literacy of statistical population, 3.10 ±0.415, upper than median limit. There was a significant difference between the score of students”™ information literacy mean and gender in all standard indicators of information literacy to the superiority of males according to Mann Whitney test (P<5%). Discussion and conclusion: students”™ information literacy is upper than average limit among the universities of country. It was less in girls in all standards. The reason of that is likely lack of computer facilities and the tools of accessing to internet in dormitories and pavilions of students and also the limitation of commuting to coffee nets. The investigation is recommended to be done with more sample volume and also the reason of information literacy shortage to be studied in gender

El proceso investigativo se cataloga como un análisis de campo, el mismo que pretendió recolectar la mayor cantidad de información confiable, ya que el investigador estuvo en contacto con la empresa donde se origina el problema y quien utilizó la técnica de observación directa y encuesta al personal operativo administrativo El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en analizar los resultados que se obtienen a través de los contratos psicológicos respecto al compromiso organizacional orientado en las industrias encargadas de la producción de productos alimenticios; para lo cual se ha guiado el estudio en la empresa Bioalimentar ubicada en la ciudad de Ambato. La capacidad de productividad dentro de una organización contribuye directamente en el desarrollo de la misma, por tal motivo se ve inmerso el compromiso organizacional, que permite mantener niveles considerables de interacción en el alcance de expectativas mutuas entre los colaboradores y la empresa.
The effect of changes (time, profession, etc.) on the position of women entrepreneur

Purpose: this study has investigated the effect of changes created (time, profession, etc.) on position of women entrepreneur in Comprehensive Center for Women and Family Empowerment and Entrepreneurship.Method: statistical population of this study consists of managers, experts and women entrepreneur in Comprehensive Center for Women and Family Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. The size of population is infinite. Using sampling method and according to Krejcie-Morgan table, a minimum number of 384 people are introduced for the study and about 215 users responded. The method applied in this study is descriptive-survey method in kind of applied research and correlation. Required data was collected and was classified in Excel file as reference data. Moreover, the hypotheses are tested using LISREL equation structure software. Results: obtained results showed that professional positions (job and learning) of the current age can affect position of women entrepreneur according to traditional methods of entrepreneurship, knowledge and the knowledge development in a growing business, meeting personal needs of women and promotion of use of information communication technology (ICT) to facilitate affairs
Contacto lingí¼ístico entre el español andino y la lengua kichwa
Get PDFEl contacto entre lenguas se ha incrementado de manera constante con el pasar del tiempo. Dominar una lengua aborda varios factores aprendizajes previos que van desde los netamente fonéticos para la oralidad, hasta los semánticos y sintácticos para la escritura; más aún cuando se quiere desarrollar pureza de la lengua en medio de la comprensión de otras. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar el contacto lingí¼ístico entre la lengua kichwa y el español andino. Para la obtención de la información se entrevistó a 10 profesores bilingí¼es kichwa – español hablantes de la zona alta de Pilahuín de la provincia de Tungurahua, y 10 profesionales indígenas de otras zonas con la finalidad de indagar sobre las posibles mezclas lingí¼ísticas expresadas en la cotidianidad en la población. Se utilizó una entrevista semiestructurada, con un interrogante guía, en caso afirmativo, los docentes y las docentes debían especificar algunos ejemplos. También se aplicó una encuesta a 50 personas profesionales entre kichwa hablantes como español de la zona central del Ecuador. El convivir entre comunidades indígenas kichwa y español hablantes implica el contacto de lenguas. Cuando este contacto se da, suelen aparecer nuevas maneras que no son ni una ni otra lengua, sino una combinación de ambas. La mezcla de lenguas ha sido considerada en el tema de bilingí¼ismo social debido a la aparición de nuevas formas que se puedan presentar
Diagnóstico de la Gestión Administrativa de las Juntas de Agua Potable y Saneamiento del Cantón Ambato
Get PDFLa gestión administrativa es el proceso de diseñar y mantener un entorno en el que trabajando en grupos los individuos cumplen eficientemente objetivos específicos, una de las dimensiones cruciales en el ejercicio de las funciones es la de tener un diagnóstico administrativo hacia el logro de un plan de mejoras que ayude a la toma de decisiones adecuadas con el fin de cumplir los objetivos y que exista un control de las distintas actividades de las juntas administradoras de agua potable y saneamiento del cantón Ambato. El estudio se realizó en 74 juntas de agua potable del cantón Ambato a las cuales se aplica una encuesta validada por alfa de Cronbach, diseñada para describir los procesos de gestión administrativa de los directores de las juntas. En el diagnóstico de la gestión administrativa no se cuenta con el apoyo de los niveles superiores además existe una carencia de conocimientos en los directivos de las jutas y escasa comunicación en dicha estructura organizacional
