Get PDFLa integración de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación como herramientas en los procesos formativos están sufriendo un desarrollo vertiginoso y la educación no es una excepción. Se presenta una investigación efectuada en la Dirección de Gestión de Información Científica de la Universidad de Camagí¼ey “Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz, conjuntamente con el dpto. de Ciencia de la Información, se propone una alternativa a partir de la articulación de la docencia, la investigación de los procesos que se encargan de garantizar la calidad efectiva de educación en los egresados a los centros laborales de nuestro país, acorde a las necesidades sociales del territorio teniendo en cuenta prioridades en el desempeño de sus funciones. Los métodos principales fueron la observación no participante y la entrevista no estructurada. Los resultados están centrados en una propuesta de cursos para diferentes herramientas que permite contribuir a la formación de conocimientos prácticos básicos con utilización de las infontecnología. Se concluyó que los egresados adquirieron conocimiento en los servicios de información, creando habilidades en su propio beneficio y en el de la institución donde están insertado
Evolución y perspectivas de desarrollo de los sistemas de Gestión documental y Archivística para el Sistema Nacional de Archivos de la República de Cuba
Get PDFEn estudio realizado por especialistas del Archivo Nacional de la República de Cuba (ARNAC), se constató que las herramientas que conocemos hoy sobre la gestión de documentos en las organizaciones y sus sistemas de archivos se desarrollaron a partir de la concepción norteamericana denominada Records Management. Partiendo de las limitaciones conceptuales de este modelo, el ARNAC asume el enfoque de archivos totales que define la implantación de sistemas integrales de tratamiento de la documentación que se ocupen de la producción, conservación, uso y explotación, y eliminación, atendiendo a las necesidades de cada tipo de usuario, ya sean los propios productores o los investigadores. La Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas y el ARNAC han formalizado sus relaciones de trabajo y acordado el desarrollo de proyectos de I+D, que permitan la integración de las soluciones de softwares desarrolladas por la casa de altos estudios, de acuerdo a los documentos técnicos normativos vigentes en el país. El objetivo del presente informe es exponer las características que se tendrán en cuenta para el desarrollo de una Plataforma de Gestión documental y Archivística para el Sistema Nacional de archivos, a partir de los requerimientos funcionales aprobados para este tipo de sistemas informáticos. Determining the marketing capabilities of small and medium-sized industries for the international market
Get PDFToday, competition in the current conditions of the export market, forces the organizations to adopt strategies to confront this competition in order to achieve higher export performance, but achieving higher performance is something that some researchers consider as the result of paying head to and this has become more important in manufacturing and service organizations.The research method is descriptive survey. The data collection method is in two sections: library and field studies. Given the fact that the size of the statistical society of the industries of automobile industrial park of Bam Special Economic Zone is 1606, the sample size of the desired Morgan table should be at least 210. To analyze the data, Excel software for data recording and data analysis, and SPSS and AMOS statistical software were used to test the hypotheses of the research. The results show that internet marketing capability has a direct and significant effect on access to information, access to information has a direct and significant effect on the international strategy, internet marketing capability has a direct and significant effect on the international pivotal strategy, the international pivotal strategy has a direct and significant effect on the international business, internet marketing capability has a direct and significant effect on the international network capability, the international strategy has a direct and significant effect on the international network capability, the ability of the international network have a direct and significant impact on international business in Bam automotive companies in special economic zone there. Therefore, it is suggested that managers should create structures, processes and new methods for doing business and develop an export strategy in all sectors and enhancing interact among the marketing capabilities and developing the international market, in order to create the value of the market of exporters industries
Las competencias gerenciales y el desempeño laboral: de las autoridades de las Instituciones Estatales de Educación Superior del Cantón Ambato
Get PDFLa ley de Educación Superior establece las formas de selección de sus autoridades, quienes deben ser verdaderos líderes en las universidades e institutos tecnológicos, requieren de compromiso para resultados efectivos. El estudio es cualitativo – cuantitativo, bibliográfico, de campo, descriptivo y exploratorio, se establecieron competencias necesarias en las autoridades, se aplicó el denominado Test de Rueda de efectividad de las competencias gerenciales y un Test de evaluación 360 grados que determine el nivel de desempeño laboral a 89 autoridades, se obtuvieron como resultados en aproximadamente entre el 75 a 80% de población estudiada un nivel alto en competencias gerenciales y entre un 15% a 20% con rangos medios y bajos, con respecto al desempeño laboral
Comportamiento de la competencia de expresión escrita en el género discursivo de la Médicina
Get PDFFundamento: la expresión escrita en el género discursivo científico, es la herramienta a través de la cual los egresados perfeccionan su discurso escrito en aras de socializar los conocimientos científicos adquiridos en el resultado de las investigaciones.Objetivo: diagnosticar el comportamiento de la expresión escrita en el género discursivo en los estudiantes de 2do año de la carrera de Medicina y en los profesores de la asignatura Metodología de la Investigación y Estadítica de la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Camagí¼ey.Métodos: se realizó una entrevista a los profesores, los estudiantes fueron encuestados y se le aplicó un Test a una muestra piloto. La población estuvo constituida por 329 estudiantes y los 10 profesores. A través de un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, la muestra quedó conformada por 178 estudiantes la cual se determinó con el programa Epidat 3.1 y se tuvo en cuenta el porcentaje relacionado a aquellos que investigan, se le aplicó un test a 89 de ellos. Los resultados se expusieron en tablas y gráficos.Resultados: se les aplicaron a los profesores catorce variables en estudio, 13 de las cuales tuvieron una respuesta positiva para un 92, 8 %, mientras, en los 178 estudiantes se obtuvo una respuesta negativa para un 28, 57 %. Se pudo constatar que al aplicar el test 66 tuvieron una evaluación de mal y 23 regular.Conclusiones: se constató que los profesores fueron evaluados de excelente, mientras que los estudiantes obtuvieron mal con respecto al conocimiento sobre la expresión escrita en el género discursivo de la Medicina
Investigating the Mediating Role of Organizational Innovation and Learning Orientation in the Relationship between Market Orientation and Business Performance
Get PDFThe study aim was to investigate the mediating role of organizational innovation and learning orientation in the relationship between market orientation and business performance in Khuzestan Province. The statistical population of this research consisted of senior and middle managers of medical equipment companies in Khuzestan Province. Finally, 177 samples using the random stratified sampling methods were selected as a statistical sample. They were questioned through a standard questionnaire with 48 items. The analytical tools in this study were SPSS and LISREL software and by using these two tools, descriptive and inferential tests were performed on the data. It should be noted that in this research, structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. Finally, the results of the research led to confirmation of some hypotheses and rejection of others. It should be noted that this research in terms of purpose is applied research and in terms of approach is descriptive-survey and is of causal study type
Investigating the Effect of Electronic Banking Acceptance Components on New Services Development and financial performance of the Maskan Bank of Lorestan province
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of acceptance of e-banking on the development of new services and financial performance of the Maskan Bank of Lorestan province. The present research was applied in terms of purpose, nature and method in the field of causal research and in terms of field performance. The statistical population of this study was the employees and customers of Mashkan Bank in Lorestan province. 254 questionnaires were analyzed using available sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. After confirmation of its validity and its reliability (Cronbach\u27s alpha coefficient 80 percent), the sample was distributed among the sample. Structural equation and LISREL software were used to analyze the data. The results of the research indicate that perceived security, perceived trust and quality of e-banking services have a positive impact on the acceptance of e-banking. And acceptance of e-banking has a positive impact on the development of new bank services, and on the other hand, the development of new services has a positive impact on the financial performance of the bank

Esta se realizó tanto para el término “Comportamiento Organizacional”, como para su traducción al inglés “Organizational Behavior” y su aparición en el título de la referencia. La búsqueda se realizó, para ambos términos tanto en Google Académico como en Scopus. Esta búsqueda en Scopus permitió constatar la complejidad del tema objeto de estudio de indicó el limitado nivel de investigaciones sobre esta temática en el mundo de habla hispana.Se llegó a la conclusión que el investigador en CO enfrenta como alternativas:a) Formular un modelo que tome en cuenta como variables independientes las que estén a nivel del sistema grupo e individuo y como variable dependiente aquellas que influyan en el rendimiento de la organización, como productividad y ausentismo.b) Tomar en cuenta un modelo orientado hacia la Innovación, es decir que considere el cambio necesario para desarrollar la Empresa en la Sociedad del Conocimiento, tomando en cuenta la Orientación hacia el mercado y hacia el aprendizaje como Organización
Investigating the Impact of Administrative Health on Work Process Improvement (Case Study: Staff Members of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences in 2017)
Get PDFThe present study aims to investigate the role of administrative health in improving the work process in Yasuj University of Medical Sciences. This is an applied research in terms of purpose, a correlational research in terms of the nature and a cross-sectional research in terms of method. The study population includes the managers and staff members of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences in 2017, with a total number of 961 people, among whom 276 people were selected as the sample size using Morgan Table. The data collection tool used in this research was a questionnaire the reliability and validity of which were confirmed in a preliminary study. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis) were used for data analysis. The data were processed using the SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between administrative health and the improved work process in Yasuj University of Medical Sciences, and all dimensions of administrative health (transparency, electronic systems, accountability, administrative discipline, meritocracy, legality) are significantly associated with improvement in the work process. Also, the regression analysis showed that the transparency and meritocracy variables have had the highest contribution to the work process improvement in Yasuj University of Medical Sciences with a beta of 0.35
