Index of difficulty which is an Effective Factor on especial Skill Formation in Basketball Free Throw: Index of learning difficulty hypothesis
The purpose of this study is to examine the specific memory representation in special skill of Basketball Free Throw in distances (a “set shot”) except 4.5 m distance. It is aimed to examine the role of the Index of Difï¬culty (ID) in creating the specific memory in other distances except the distance of penalty shoots. Fifteen skilled basketball players (M age = 21.6 years, SD = 2.45 years) were chosen from sixty players; they performed 70 trials from 7 different distances on the first day (10 SHOTS from each distance toward the basket). The next day, each player performed 10 SHOTS from each distance, but this time, it was different in terms of the baskets”™ sizes and their quantities. The result of linear regression on trials score on the first day revealed the representation of special skill in penalty point and on the second day, representation of special skill was seen in 3 different distances from the ring (manipulated ring). These results indicate that Index of Difï¬culty protection can be a factor of private memory representation in distances except 4.5 m distance.
Robustness and Reliability Evaluation of a model for firm performance
Giving and seeking help are basic individuals”™ needs; currently helping in the workplace is a subject of great interest. This research aim is to evaluate the reliability and robustness of a model for firm performance, through the variables of seeking and giving help for a good business performance. This research has a qualitative-quantitative approach of correlational, explanatory, cross-sectional type, in five Ecuador-China collaborative work companies. As a tool for data collection, a survey was used, which was later validated by experts using the Murayama\u27s method, a pilot test was carried out and after that the reliability was determined by the Cronbach”™s Alpha method. Finally, the theoretical model prepared has the reliability and robustness to be applied in the analysis and projections of the studied companies all this is confirmed by statistical methods. These methods are used in their evaluation and it was concluded that when there are quality interpersonal relationships (RQ), seeking help (HS) is more frequent or probable. In labour relationships, the relationships of hierarchy (HR) together with the mediator for help seeking (HS) are effectively correlated. It was shown that when Hierarchy Relationships (HR) are satisfactory, it is more viable to provide help (HG); however, the model showed that these variables have no significant relationships on firm performance

The effect of family-centered empowerment model on the level of death anxiety and depression in hemodialysis patients
Background: The final stage of kidney disease is a severe form of chronic kidney disease, and the inelastic reduction of renal function is the result. Hemodialysis is the most common form of treatment. Despite the increase in life expectancy, there are psychological disorders and pressures such as death anxiety and depression. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of family-centered empowerment on the level of death anxiety and depression in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 30 patients undergoing hemodialysis referring to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Zabol city were randomly selected and divided into intervention and control groups. Data were collected using Temple death and Beck Depression Inventory. At first, the questionnaires were completed by samples and then the intervention group received a family-centered empowerment model in 2 3-hour sessions within a week; no intervention was performed for the control group. One week after the intervention, the questionnaires were completed again. Mann-Whitney U and Wilcoxon test were used for data analysis. SPSS software version 22 was used. Findings: According to the findings, there was a significant difference between the level of anxiety of death before and after the intervention in the intervention group (P = 0.001). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the control group (P = 0.21). There was a significant difference in the death anxiety variable (P = 0.014) before the intervention and the intervention group (P = 0.014). After the intervention, this difference was significant (P = 0.001). The findings showed that there was a significant difference between the level of depression in the intervention group and intervention after intervention (P = 0.001). However, the control group did not show a statistically significant difference (P = 0.86). Also, there was no significant difference in the depression variable before intervention between the intervention and control groups (P = 0.051), but after intervention, this difference was significant (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Several studies suggest death and depression anxiety in hemodialysis patients. Therefore, considering the positive effects of family-centered empowerment model on the level of death anxiety and depression in hemodialysis patients, nurses should be advised in this study. To increase the level of mental health and thus improve the quality of life, it is important to pay more attention to the role of families in empowering these patients

Troubleshooting Prospective Problems Associated with the Implementation of Communicative Language Teaching in the EFL Context
In this era of practical language learning, the communicative language teaching (CLT) appears to be the perfect teaching model. The significance of using the CLT increases remarkably in the context of using the language as a medium for communication. The implementation of the communicative approach in teaching English as a foreign language is, however, pervaded with a number of prospective problems that are potential hazards in achieving favorable results. These anticipated issues may affect the learning outcome and make it not as efficient as expected. The current study aims at examining the potential problems that may have a negative impact on communicative language teaching in EFL contexts and the author intends to present the possible solutions for such problems. One of the aims of this study is to promote the consciousness concerning the prospective problems of implementing CLT and present practical solutions to facilitate it for both EFL teachers and learners. In order to efficiently use CLT as one of the most productive teaching methods in EFL, it is essential to provide informed ideas on the successful management of teaching and learning activities
The Mediating Role of Self-Criticism in the Correlation Between Well-Being and Mental and Physical Vulnerability
Self-criticism is often associated with major depression disorder and some psychological problems. Whether patient or normal, everybody knows the evaluation sense and does criticism in a routine basis, however the rate of this habit is different in each individual. This study examines the impact of self-criticism on well-being and vulnerability”™s levels.255 samples (115 male, 140 female) from convenient sampling were included and responded to the scale of Self-criticism, SCL-25 and Ryff scale of Psychological well-being. A central point emerging from the literature review are mediated by the self-criticism role between well-being and mental and physical vulnerability. Both forms of Self-criticism negatively affected mental and physical vulnerability while just internal form of self-criticism lowered the well-being levels. Moreover our data shed light on the roles of Self-efficacy and human agency on the self-criticism levels and support the importance of human agency on well-being, life satisfaction and vulnerability. This findings have implication for future research to considering cultural and marital status of the participants in front of these variables and also examine the interventions of self-efficacy on vulnerability, well-being and the level of psychological problems
