Mining operations as an activity play a role in environmental changes, which by utilizing new technologies, it is possible to decrease and minimize the environmental damage, while exploiting them principally. The reclamation of the mine is the most important plan to restore the mined land to the original state, and then to restore the area in different ways. When a case study was conducted in Choghart iron ore mine, the species were selected according to the suitability with initial factors of the reclamation plan including the type of mined land reuse, the climatic conditions, and the nature of the soil. Then, the secondary factors (criteria) were determined, and the decision matrices were obtained based on the questionnaires completed by the experts, and the plant species were prioritized based on the regional spectacle criteria, resistance against disease and insects, power and growth, access to plant species, economic efficiency, soil conservation and water supply and prevention of various types of pollution, by multi-criteria decision-making methods. It should be noted that the weights of the criteria are compared by Fuzzy AHP method and general prioritization of the options by PROMETHEE and Fuzzy TOPSIS methods. The most suitable plant species in the mining range and tailings dam obtained in order of priority in PROMETHEE method are tamarisk (0.78), palm (0.11), eucalyptus (0.04) and pine (0.85), respectivel

Nowadays, it is always a good place to be searched by customers for doing their business and financial affairs and their decisions are constantly changing and comparing with various questions of themselves and the viewing and touching services and advertisements by banks in order to focus on financial and banking activities. Banks are attracting customers\u27 satisfaction by providing effective and creative services and advertisements and focus their loyalty towards themselves. The effective factors on the effect of advertising on customer loyalty were tested and the mediator variable of brand preference was analyzed for a more in-depth study. A questionnaire was distributed among banking customers in Isfahan in order to test the hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed by path analysis model. Advertising and brand preference were identified as effective variables on customer loyalty to the bank. The Positive Role of the mediator variable of the brand preference on increasing brand loyalty was confirmed using the route analysis model, SmartPLS 3.2.10, the partial least squares method. According to the results of this study, although advertising can be introduced as an effective factor in relation with the effect of brand preference on brand loyalty, but the customers distinguish satisfaction with banking services and professionalism of the bank on its advertising. In this way, bank advertising in the long run can”™t guarantee customers loyalty

One of the burning issues of the Russian system of higher education is lack of mechanisms for interaction with the labour market. Both employers and university graduates have noted a tendency of job placement irrelevant to the degree field. Many Design Studies graduates, due to high competition in the labour market, choose to go in for teaching. An academic university, in contrast to a teacher training higher institution, can offer only a limited part of the curriculum for teacher training of students. In this regard, the problem of forming a cluster of pedagogic competences among academic students at the stage of professional training is important nowadays. It includes acquiring professionally important skills, personal qualities, theory, professional skills and developing a system of values essential for a teacher. The system of values as part of teacher training of students of non-teacher training institutions consists in promoting the formation of integral personal characteristics that act as direct indicators of the formation of their pedagogic competences. The authors of the article have conducted a study to determine the content and conditions for the formation of a cluster of pedagogic competences in the system of values of Design Studies undergraduates of Kazan Federal University, related them to similar values of teachers working in the field of general education, suggested ways to optimize the process of providing teacher training for academic students and grounded the leading role of teaching practice in the matter

Today, organizations are faced with many environmental changes. The changes occur so rapidly that if organizations are not prepared for dealing with them, their survival will endanger. One of the new tools that help organizations in today\u27s dynamic environment to have an appropriate situation is the use of social intelligence. Present study aimed to evaluate effect of business intelligence on innovative performance of employees of Moghan Agro-Industrial & Livestock Company (MAILC) during 2014. The research”™s population included 450 employees from MAILC, which according to the Morgan table, 205 employees were selected. In this study, two standard questionnaires of social intelligence and innovative performance were used and their reliability was conï¬rmed by Cronbach\u27s alpha test. The analysis of data was conducted using SPSS. Before testing the hypotheses, first we used Kolmogorov test to check the normality of data, which according to the results their normality was approved. The results of linear regression test showed that social intelligence has significant effect on innovative performance. The results of testing sub-hypotheses showed that all the four dimensions of social intelligence, i.e. social skills, social awareness, data processing and social desirability, have signiï¬cant effects on innovative performance. Finally, some suggestions are presented based on results obtained from testing the hypotheses

Energy consumption is one of the priorities of security on the Internet of Things. It is not easy to find the best solutions that will reduce energy consumption, while ensuring that the security requirements are met. Many of the issues that have been presented so far have covered the basics of security, such as the basic principles of encryption, extension environments, target applications, and so on.This paper examines one of the most effective energy-efficiency mechanisms for providing Internet-based security services. By studying techniques that enable the development of advanced energy-efficient security solutions, we take a closer look at the ideas that have already been introduced in this area. In this study, not only the security issues, but also the energy impacts on solutions have been considered. Initially, the amount of energy related to security services is introduced. Then a classification is proposed for energy efficient mechanisms on the Internet of Things. Finally, the main drivers of the impact of energy saving techniques are analyzed for security solutions
