Get PDFThis paper considers the aspects of the translator”™s communicative competence within the scope of its analytical and synthetic abilities which were chosen as the subject of study by the reason of their tremendous importance for a person”™s development in whole, and, translator”™s professional competence, in particular.It is revealed that the analytical ability as one of the components of the translator”™s communicative competence is based on perception process as penetration of the communication participants”™ cognitive world and the hermeneutic observation connected with a thorough understanding of the communicant”™s language identities and the temporal states determined by the interaction environment of each communicative act.The degree of freedom of an interpreter when choosing linguistic means of harmonizing the communicative intentions of partners depends on the knowledge of conformity, as well as on the necessary methods for achieving modal congruence.When, at the stage of detection, a perception image is created, the final stage can be fulfilled, which, in fact, can be considered as a stage allowing the translator to “compensate” non-concurrence of the communication participants”™ cognitive models. Analytical and synthetic abilities must be viewed as a basis for a translator”™s communicative competence, and perception as a shaping component of its information and analytical component

Get PDFLa nueva generación empresarial debe precisar con exactitud y cuidado la misión que regirá a la empresa del siglo XXI, por cuanto se entiende que esta representa las operaciones a ejecutar para lograr diferenciación ante el mercado meta. El presente trabajo fue desarrollado para describir el entorno de empresas de calzado del sector cuero de la provincia de Tungurahua. Además, se pretende concentrar aquellos objetivos posibles de lograr, en el negocio o unidad de negocio, en compendio con las oportunidades y amenazas que presenta el entorno. A diferencia de otros estudios del sector, este realiza un análisis de brechas estratégicas (GAP) que contribuyen a la planeación con conocimientos de causa de las estratégicas mal implantadas. En tal virtud se observa la relación causa efecto de las decisiones tomadas por la alta dirección en contraste con las respuestas del mercado. La esencia de este trabajo es la cuantificación y parametrización de los objetivos estratégicos traducidos a los planes operativos, en este sentido la empresa tomará mejores decisiones en el presente para impulsarse al horizonte estratégico.
The Relationship Model between the Misconduct with Motivation Coaches Elite Female Athletes
Get PDFThe aim of this study was to present a model of the relationship between coaches\u27 misconduct and the progressive motivation of elite female athletes. The method of the study was a factor analysis and in terms of implementation, it was a field study. The population of the study consisted of all elite female athletes composed of two team-based and two individual sports including cycling and rowing who were invited to the national team camp in 2016. The total sample size of 190 athletes were selected. Data was collected using questionnaires including Bloorizadeh”™s examination of the experience of misconduct (2013), Lange and Frisch\u27s progressive motivation (2006). Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to predict the change and method of factor analysis, and T-test was used to examine the fitness of model and determining the effect was done by statistical softwares such as SPSS, Excel and SMART-PLS. The results of the study indicated that there were multiple relationships between the components of misconduct and the progressive motivation of elite female athletes. The components of misconduct explained the progressive motivation. Goodness of fit indices (NFI, SRMR), with their interpretation, showed that the model did not have a fairly suitable fitness and the indices should be interpreted with caution in SMART-PLS

Get PDFAt the present stage we observe the great interest to foreign languages as a mean of intercultural communication. All spheres of our life need interaction. And to understand the representative of different cultures we use special linguistic-cultural dictionaries. And we have allocated students as members of a certain socio-cultural community who work closely with such type of dictionaries. So the purpose of this article is to identify in the process of value formation of members of a certain social cultural community (students) through linguistic-cultural dictionaries. It can be possible to be done through the examination of the mechanisms of sense and notion formation of culturally-marked vocabulary of linguistic-cultural dictionaries. These mechanisms correlate with the lexicographical process which consists of two stages. The maximum concretization of not only the object, but also of the addressee (student) of the linguistic-cultural dictionary will make it possible to approximate the lexicography of nationally-marked vocabulary to the real condition of intercultural communication
Climate Change And Global Warming Forecast Of Vital Signs; Impact on Temperature And Precipitation In Future In Local Scale
Get PDFIn this study, the climate conditions of Iran in the decades 2000, 2025, 2050, 2075 and 2100 were modeled using the output of two general models of atmospheric HadCM2 and ECHAM4 and with consideration of 18 IPCC emission scenarios. The MAGICC-SCENGEN model was used for microscopic analysis of low-power data from general circulation models. In this research, the results of two models of HadCM2 and ECHAM4 have been reviewed and compared. Based on this, the results of the HadCM2 model indicate that Iran\u27s precipitation has fallen by 2.5 percent by the 2100s, while for the same period in the ECHAM4 model, our rainfall has increased by 19.8 percent. Regional analysis of the results of the HadCM2 model shows that in the coming decades, the provinces of Mazandaran, Golestan, North Khorasan, North Khorasan Razavi and Semnan, Tehran, and parts of Guilan and Qazvin will increase precipitation, while the ECHAM4 model predicts precipitation reduction has done for these areas.. Also, the HadCM2 model for southeastern regions of our country, including the provinces of Hormozgan, Kerman, Bushehr, southern Fars, and parts of Sistan and Baluchestan, has predicted a decrease in precipitation, but in the ECHAM4 model, these areas will increase in precipitation during the same period. Based on the studies, the results of both models indicate an increase in temperature in all of our provinces in the coming decades. The two models predict the average temperature rise of 3 to 6.3 degrees Celsius for our country by the 2100s, which in these two models the spatial distribution of temperature rise, is consistent
Implementación de un prototipo de medidor de energía eléctrica residencial considerando la reducción de pérdidas no técnicas por hurto
Get PDFSe desarrolló un prototipo electrónico inteligente de medición del consumo eléctrico a través de módulos de adquisición y procesamiento de voltaje, corriente, potencia y energía (APVCP&E), tiene la capacidad de detectar perdidas no técnicas por hurto de energía eléctrica en las acometidas. El prototipo se implementó con un Arduino MEGA 2560 y una pantalla de cristal líquido (LCD) que permite visualizar información de voltaje, corriente RMS, potencia activa y el valor a pagar por consumo de energía, este último con la finalidad de incentivar al usuario en ahorro energético. El medidor inteligente permite la comunicación bidireccional vía internet entre la empresa proveedora de energía y el medidor, suministra información en tiempo real del consumo efectuado y si se está accediendo al servicio en forma legal. De forma remota la empresa puede conectar y desconectar el servicio a través de un software de control. Como resultado de las pruebas se concluye que el sistema puede medir valores RMS reales de voltaje con un error de ±0.1 V y errores en corriente de ±0.3 A, presentando una sensibilidad para corrientes AC despreciables. Se determinó que el prototipo puede sensar a distancias variables de hasta 30 m sin presentar alteración en sus medidas lo que asegura una detección correcta de las pérdidas no técnicas ocasionadas por hurto de energía. Se recomienda diseñar una página web para administrar en base de datos la información que recopila el prototipo, que permita evaluar el consumo histórico del cliente y originar respuestas inmediatas frente a problemáticas que se presente
Differentiation of small and medium enterprises based on headcount
Get PDFIn order to solve managerial tasks related to the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to provide them with the necessary assistance and support, as well as to improve their operations, there must be information on how SMEs are broken down in terms of headcount. The purpose of this study was to analyze the patterns and trends characterizing the differentiation of enterprises with different headcounts, as well as employees working in these enterprises. Official statistical information was used as input data. This study was based on an analysis of how much the enterprises with a particular headcount account for in the total number of enterprises and how much the employees working in such enterprises account for in the total workforce. It was demonstrated that the high quality of input data approximation is ensured by power and exponential monotonically decreasing functions. It was discovered that the segment of enterprises with a headcount of up to 250 people is predominated by those where there are maximum 5 employees. It was also discovered that during the period from 2010 to 2013 the proportion of such enterprises increased

We will analyze the views of the two philosophical schools - Confucianism and Taoism. The way out to the problem of fate in ancient Chinese philosophy will be realized through a person. In our study, we will also talk about those terms through which the concept of "fate" - Tao, Heaven and Nature - is transmitted. This analysis is necessary for the subsequent understanding of the human behavior strategy in the world. In addition, this analysis provides an opportunity for subsequent historical and cultural comparison of Western European and Chinese civilization
Estrategia institucional para perfeccionar la dimensión comunicativa en la red de bibliotecas médicas de Villa Clara
Get PDFUna de las funciones de las instituciones de información en su gestión es la comunicativa, pues la transferencia de la información entre sus productores y sus destinatarios ha requerido con el tiempo, por el crecimiento y complejización de la producción de la información y el conocimiento, que se hagan necesarias instituciones como las bibliotecas y centros de información que asuman de manera especializada y profesionalmente esta importante función. El objetivo del trabajo es diseñar una estrategia institucional para el uso de la dimensión comunicativa de la información en la red de bibliotecas médicas de Villa Clara. Con la ejecución durante dos años de un proyecto de investigación se diagnosticó la situación actual que existe en el uso de la dimensión comunicativa en la gestión de las bibliotecas que integran el sistema de salud de la provincia de Villa Clara, y se propuso una estrategia institucional de comunicación que contribuya a mejorar el funcionamiento de esta importante dimensión. Fueron empleados métodos empíricos y teóricos como: el análisis documental, la encuesta, la entrevista; el analítico- sintético y el sistémico-estructural. A partir del diagnóstico obtenido se elaboró una estrategia institucional para el uso de la dimensión comunicativa de la información en la red provincial de bibliotecas médicas que se aplica actualmente para su validación. El diagnóstico realizado y la estrategia de comunicación elaborada constituyen dos herramientas valiosas para la toma de decisiones en función del perfeccionamiento organizacional de la red provincial de bibliotecas médicas
Predicting External Control Source Based On the Obedience Schemas, Self-Sacrifice and Seeking Acceptance
Get PDF Investigating the role of early maladaptive schemas on external control source as a component of factors associated with personality traits that manifest itself in all areas of life and social relationships of individuals can provide a clearer understanding of potential and important changes. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the contribution of obedience schemas, self-sacrifice and seeking acceptance to explain the changes of external control source. The statistical population of the research consisted of all referring to the Qom Counseling Center of the meaning of life in 2016-17. Based on the Morgan table, 110 people were selected using available sampling and were responded to Incompatible Schema Questionnaire of Yang (2001) and Rutter\u27s External Control Source (1966). The factual and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by expert opinion. Cronbach\u27s alpha coefficient of the research variables was obtained higher than 0.7, which indicated the internal coordination of the items and confirmation of the reliability of the questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS software was used for data analysis. Findings showed that only obedience schema had a positive and significant relationship with external control source. In such a way that for each unit increase in the obedience score of the external control source score increases to 0.311 on the basis of the standardized beta coefficient, and this increase is significant. In the case of self-sacrifice and seeking acceptance schemas, the significant level was higher than 0.05%. Therefore, the relationship with the external control source was not significant
