Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tematik di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Izzuddin Palembang
Get PDFThis research is entitled the implementation of thematic learning in Integrated Islamic Elementary School Izzuddin Palembang. Thematic learning is given with the intention of unifying curriculum content in intact units or units and making learning more integrated, meaningful and easily understood by elementary school students. This study aims to determine the implementation and inhibiting factors and support for thematic learning at SD IT Izzzuddin Palembang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely explaining what it is, with data collection tools, documentation, observation, interviews. This research can be concluded first, the implementation of thematic learning in SD IT has been implemented by some teachers, but it has not been optimal as expected, because some teachers who teach in class II do not understand in a comprehensive manner about the implementation of thematic learning. In addition, there are also teachers who have not implemented thematic learning, due to delays in designing thematic learning, there are even teachers who do not make plans for implementing thematic learning. Second, the supporting factors in the implementation of thematic learning include learning resources, learning media, teachers, students, environment, facilities and infrastructure, student comfort. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of thematic learning is the difficulty of the teacher in dealing with students who cannot read, when in making lesson plans (RPP), the teacher must gather, face noisy students when the learning process takes place, adjusting the theme of the lesson with the student

Dalam penelitian kali ini, penulis mencoba untuk membuat penelitian tindakan kelas dalam bentuk eksperimental dengan mewujudkan model pembelajaran picture and picture pada materi pembelajaran mobilitas sosial dengan menggunakan media gambar kelas VII-2 di MTS Negeri 1 Balikpapan. Pengentasan Degradasi Minat Belajar pada Siswa Remaja
Get PDFPermasalahan yang sering terjadi pada siswa remaja yaitu degradasi minat belajar, kebanyakan dari siswa mempunyai minat belajar yang tinggi pada saat masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar sampai sekolah menengah pertama yang pada saat itu masih memikirkan belajar saja, Berbeda dengan siswa pada usia remaja yang sudah mulai terpengaruh oleh beberapa faktor. Kajian dari studi literature ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang apa saja yang menyebabkan degradasi minat belajar pada siswa remaja dan bagaimana upaya pengentasan yang akan dilakukan agar minat belajar pada siswa remaja dapat meningkat sehingga menghasilkan prestasi yang lebih baik. Dari kesimpulan studi literatur ini, faktor-faktor penyebab degradasi minat belajar yang berasal dari faktor internal seperti tingkat intelegensi dan panca indra, kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, dan adanya sifat malas, Sedangkan faktor eksternal seperti faktor lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Selain dari faktor degradasi minat belajar, ada juga dampak yang diperoleh dari degradasi minat belajar siswa sehingga hasil belajar siswa menurun, selain itu juga, peran orang tua juga sangat penting dalam kegiatan belajar yang berhubungan dengan psikologi siswa, dan adapula beberapa pembahasan terkait upaya atau motivasi yang dilakukan dalam pengentasan degradasi minat belajar siswa pada lingkungan sekolah

Get PDFThe implementation of legislation either nationally or internationally linked to the implementation of restorative justice as one of the alterntif in the process of implementation of conviction against children in conflict with the law had been applied, but the case has not yet been thoroughly and still limited at the law enforcement officers and observers who are committed and integrity as well as having the attention to this problems. The implementation of restorative justice which is applied at each level of the process of criminal justice in the form of taking back the children to their parents, versioned by handing the children to Panti Sosial Marsudi Putra (PSMP), and the implementation of social integration through giving CB, CMB, and PB for children who are already serving imprisonment. Some obstacle factors the implementation of restorative justice as one of the alternatives in the implementation of conviction against children in conflict with the law, including physical building facilities and non-physical facilities and legal substance. It is because restorative justice has not been expressly regulated, even though in the law nomer 11, 2012 concerning about the Child Criminal System has been regulated but until now it has not been declared valid. Legal Protection for Hajj Pilgrims Through Regional Regulation
Get PDFThe Law on the Conduct of Hajj Pilgrimage mandates the management of the Hajj pilgrimage is organized by the government. This management includes the coaching, service, and protection of the pilgrims from Indonesia, in Saudi Arabia, to returning to the homeland. This law also stipulates that the authority to conduct Hajj pilgrimage management is not only vested to the Ministry of Religious Affairs but also may involve the local government. This article aims to look at the role of local governments in providing service assistance and legal protection to the conduct of Hajj pilgrimage by means of regional regulations or bylaws. Using a normative approach, this article analyzes the extent to which the importance of bylaws in helping implement services for pilgrims. The results of this study confirm that there are 3 important arguments for why the local government must issue regional regulations to provide legal services and protection for pilgrims. First, philosophically, the pilgrimage journey does not depart from Jakarta only, but through the origin area which is still in the corridors of power of the local government. Second, sociologically, it is a form of the local government responsibility to the local people who perform the Hajj pilgrimage. Third, juridically, bylaws should regulate technical matters in order to provide optimal service in the conduct of the Hajj pilgrimage which is pursuant to the Law and regulations on Hajj pilgrimage in Indonesia.Keywords: legal protection, hajj pilgrims, regional regulation
Analisis Manajemen PAUD Berbasis Standar Akreditasi PAUD dan PNF di Kutai Kartanegara
Get PDFAchieving the objectives of Early Childhood Education is needed by an institution that deserves good quality and educational services. Then a quality assessment is needed in the feasibility of conducting education in an education unit called accreditation. The aim of the study was to describe PAUD management based on the National Accreditation Agency Standards in Kutai Kartanegara (Standard Levels of Achievement of Development, Content Standards and Process Standards). The methodology of this research uses qualitative research methods based on postpositivism philosophy or interpretive, naturalistic qualitative research methods whose processes are inductive, the data obtained are qualitative data, which will later be interpreted so that the meaning is understood. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten was considered very Complete for Standard-based administration of the National Accreditation Agency, from 3 (three) standards, namely Standards for Achieving Child Development, Content and Process Standards, almost all documents owned. From the results of this study Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten has run its management management based on PAUD and PNF National Accreditation Standards as it should, from the 3 (three) standards it can be proved the administrative completeness of Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten so that it deserves A level of accreditation given by PAUD and PNF National Accreditation Agency in 2016. It is appropriate for the administration of documents from planning, implementation to evaluation to be carried out continuously not only at any time so that all management of the institution can be carried out professionally with the achievement of the level of development of students who are very good
Strategi Pendistribusian Zakat, Infak, Dan Sedekah (ZIS) Di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kota Tangerang Selatan
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme dan strategi BAZNAS Kota Tangerang Selatan dalam upaya mendistribusikan dana ZIS, dan bagaimana aplikasi distribusi ZIS di BAZNAS Kota Tangerang selatan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua hal yang dapat mengidentifikasi pendistribusian pada ZIS, yaitu mekanisme dan strategi pendistribusian. Dalam mekanisme pendistribusian ZIS, BAZNAS Kota Tangerang Selatan melakukan kegiatan bebas riba dan gharar dan menentukan proporsi dalam pendistribusian ZIS dari UPZ, BAZCAM, dan UPZ Instansi sebesar 20% dalam bentuk zakat fitrah, dan 94,5% dalam bentuk zakat maal. Dalam strategi pendistribusian, BAZNAS Kota Tangerang selatan melakukan penetapan strategi dengan menyusun kekuatan dan kelemahan internal melalui RAKER, Implementasi strategi berdasarkan kegiatan dari RAKER, dan mengevaluasi dari rencana pentasarufan untuk tahun berikutnya, serta menganalisis SWOT, yaitu melakukan pendekatan personal kepada masyarakat dan menggunakan fasilitas yang ada di BAZNAS Kota Tangerang Selatan. Sedangkan Aplikasi pendistribusian ZIS di BAZNAS Kota Tangerang Selatan mempunyai tiga jenis pendistribusian yaitu, konsumtif tradisional, produktif tradisional, dan produktif kreatif. Jenis pendistribusian ZIS tersebut dituang ke dalam tiga program pokok, yaitu Program Tangsel Cerdas, Program Tangsel Modern, dan Program Tangsel Religius untuk lima asnaf, yaitu fakir, miskin, gharimin, muallaf, ibnu sabil dan fisabilillah
