Anatomical and Histological Structure of Reproductive Organs in Male Flying Squirrel Hylopetes Lepidus (Horsfield, 1822)
Flying squirrel (Hylopetes lepidus) is an Eutherial mamal (placental mammal), belong to the order Rodentia and belong to the family Sciuridae. Hylopetes lepidus had gray cheek as its unique characteristics. The reproductive organs are the key to success in maintaining the new descendants. Male reproductive organs will produce the male sex cells or spermatozoa. The purpose of the research is to examine the anatomical structure, morphometry, histomorphometry, and histological structure of male reproductive organs (penis, testicle, vas deferens, bulbouretralis gland, prostate and seminal vesicles) of Hylopetes lepidus. The method used in examining histological characteristics is Hematoxyin–Eosin staining method. The histological structure of reproductive organs were observed using optilab microscope. The results of the study showed that the adult male flying squirrel weighed 104.28 ± 0.64 gram. Anatomically, it has oval white reddist testicle. The testicle is located side out of the body cavity in the scrotum. Morphometric observation testicular showed that the right testes has volume 0.35 ± 0.07 ml, and the left has volume 0.35 ± 0.07 ml, weight of the right testicular 0.19 ± 0.01 gram, weight of the left testicular 0.18 ± 0.01 gram, diameter of the right testicular 6.35 ± 0.21 mm, diameter of the left testicular 6.35 ± 0.21 mm, short diameter of the right testicular 3.45 ± 0.21 mm, and short diameter of the left testicular 3.45 ± 0.21 mm. The diameter of tubulus seminiferus 261,4 ± 0.14 μm. The conclusion of this study compared to rodentia other testicular Hylopetes lepidus has a unique testicular bound by the connective tissue in the scrotum so that testicular included in class permanent descending testicular. The rhombus of the prostate gland are blunt, while histologically the sertoli cells in the seminiferus tubule shaped elongated, while in morphometry penis Hylopetes lepidus relatively longer than Mus musculus
Comparative Anatomy of Axial Skeleton of Red-eared Turtle (Trachemys scripta elegans, Wied 1838) and Softshell Turtle (Amyda cartilaginea, Boddaert 1770)
Red-eared turtle and softshell turtles belong Cryptodira Suborder which has a different characteristic in neck length and head movement. The aim of this study was to determine of the axial skeleton anatomical structure including vertebrae, carapace and plastron of the red-eared turtle (Trachemys scripta elegans Wied, 1838) and softshell turtles (Amyda cartilaginea Boddaert, 1770) females. This research was carried out for five months starting from September 2013 to January 2014. The methods used in this study were the X-Ray method, boiled bone and Alizarin Red S-Alcian blue staining. The result of research was analyzed descriptively comparatively by direct observation using a digital camera. Based on the results of the study the Red-eared turtle tortoise has a number of 7 cervical vertebrae, 9th vertebrae, sacral vertebrae 1 segment and vertebrae caudalis 27 segments. The anterior and posterior zygapophysis of the cervix elongate thus affecting the limited lateral movement. The thoracic center of the vertebrae adjusts the shape of the carapace. The sacralis vertebrae have 1 centrum segment extending on the lateral side attached to the carapace called the lateral pars, the caudal centrum is short and there is a shortened anterior zygapophysis structure. Whereas softshell turtles have slender and long centrums. The anterior and posterior zygapophysis are smaller and allow the softshell turtles to perform more lateral movements. Centrum vertebrae of the thorachalis have a flat shape adjusting the shape of the carapace. Sacralis vertebrae have 2 centrum and 2 lateral pars extending and meeting each other to form a hole sacralia pelvina, centrum vertebrae caudalis extends and there is a neural spinal structure. Carapace of the red-eared turtle consists of fused pieces. Whereas the carapace in the softshell turtles consists of pieces covered by cartilage. The constituent component of carapace and plastron of the red-eared turtle consists of true bones completely, while the constituent components of the carapace and plastron of softshell turtles consist of true bones and cartilage on the sides and connective between the carapace and plastron
Checklist of Riparian Vegetation Potentially as Phytoremediators in the Upper Gajah Wong River, Yogyakarta
This study aims to determine the types of plants in the upper reaches of the Gajah Wong river which have the potential as phytoremediation agents and provide information about the function of riparian ecosystems. Inventaritation of vegetation at the river level conducted in three villages upstream of Gajah Wong river found 84 types of plants consisting of 28 types of floor plants (herbs), 23 types of bush plants, 13 types of shrubs, and 21 species of trees. Whereas for phytoremidiator agents 30 plants were found that were able to reduce pollutants based on previous research. The village that has the highest diversity is Wedomartani and Sadonoharjo villages with 41 plant species. Whereas for Hargobinangun village where the place is higher, only 37 species of plants are found
The Implementation of Mimosa Pudica Root Extract for Anthracnose Disease On Red Chili to Increase Productivity
Red chili is one of the important horticultural crops, both for domestic consumption and export commodity. Referring to the Indonesian agricultural information sistem (2016), the national consumption of red chili increases 2 % annually. Problems that occur in the cultivation of red chili plants in Indonesia is a disruption of pests and diseases. One of the diseases found in red chili plants is anthracnose disease caused by the fungi Colletotrichum sp marked spots. To control this disease, farmers usually use liquid chemical fungicide which is sprayed on red chili fruit continuously. A permanent use of the chemical fungicides can lead to pathogenic resistance, environmental damage and is harmful to consumers’ health. It means that we need to establish a sustainable agriculture of-which the developed products are not only renewable but also environment friendly. Therefore, in this research have a purpose to analyze the effect of Mimosa pudica root extract for anthracnose disease on red chili to increase farmers productivity. This research use method field study, which conducted on the chili land owned by farmer in Sukoharjo, Central Java. Which is done by giving Mimosa pudica root extract to the chili affected by anthracnose marked by spots, then compare after giving Mimosa pudica root extract. The study was conducted by spraying the extracts of Mimosa pudica root extract with concentration 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% (repeated 3 times) to the chilies. These results showed that the concentration of 25% was best result, proven by the results average spotting size before being given Mimosa pudica root extract is 2 cm then after being given Mimosa pudica root extract reduced to 1.3 cm. So the conclusion is Mimosa pudica root extract with concentration 25% can be an alternative vegetable fungicide to control anthracnose disease in red chili to increase productivity
UPAYA PENERAPAN SIFAT WAJIB RASUL DI ERA DIGITAL MELALUI PEMANFAATAN KRIPTOGRAFI DALAM PENGIRIMAN PESAN
Seiring berkembangnya zaman, semakin berkembang pula teknologinya.
Face Mask Wearing Detection Using Support Vector Machine (SVM)
As an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19, various countries have implemented health protocol policies such as work-from-home, social distancing, and face mask-wearing in public places. However, monitoring compliance with the policy is still difficult, especially for the face mask policy. It is still managed by humans and is costly. Thus, this research proposes a face mask-wearing detection using a soft-margin Support Vector Machine (SVM). There are three main stages: feature selection and preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. During the first stage, the dataset of 3833 images (1915 images with face masks and 1918 images without face masks) was prepared to be used in the training stage. The training stage was conducted using SVM added with the soft-margin objective to overcome images that could not be separated linearly. At the final stage, evaluation was conducted using a confusion matrix with 10 folds cross-validation. Based on the experiments, the proposed method shows a performance accuracy of 91.7%, a precision of 90.3%, recall of 93.5%, and an F-measure of 91.8%. Our method also worked fast, taking only 0.025 seconds to process a new image. It is 7.12 times faster than Deep Learning which requires 0.18 seconds for one classification
Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm to Solve the Shortest Route Problem with Fuzzy Arc Weight
The shortest path problem usually assumes a clear value (crisp) for the weights of each route. However, the crisp weight sometimes ends up ambiguous in practice in the daily life. The number of arc weights is calculated using fuzzy logic, α-cut fuzzy numbers. The Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm that adopts bee behavior in food searching is used to solve the shortest path problem. This study discusses how to solve numerical problems to find the shortest path using the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm if the arc weights are fuzzy numbers. The algorithm starts with finding the initial solution using Algorithm 1 and then calculated each distance using the sum of α-cut methods. After that, do a local search for each initial solution using the genetic algorithm mutation operator, then searched the distance amount using the same way then compared using the result of distance . The next step was to calculate the fitness value of each solution that would be used to calculate the probability value. The final step was to improve the solution, and an improved solution is said to be a solution if it does not improve again anymore. The calculation process was done repeatedly from the second step to the maximum iteration, i.e. when iteration had reached the limit or the iteration limit fails. Based on the calculation process using ABC algorithm in the case of numerical example, delivery of clean water supply in Gunung Kidul Regency, obtained the shortest route, that is route 1,2,3,5,6 with interval distance equal to 459, 9142
Limitations of Correlation Analysis in Analyzing The Relationship of God\u27s Close with His Servant
Human relationship with God can be described by human weakness and desire to serve the greater one. Weak humans need a protector and a place to complain about all problems. Not infrequently the problems of crushing life, despair, loss of hope and so on cannot be resolved alone. A place to complain about all the problems of life, without Him humans may lose their direction and purpose in life. It has become human nature created by Allah SWT, for the purpose of worshiping God. The human relationship with God is as a servant, so humans are obliged to worship Allah throughout their lives, because everything that humans do will be accounted for in the future. Correlation analysis is a statistical tool that can be used to determine the degree of linear relationship between a variable and another variable. Correlation can be positive or negative. Correlation analysis can only explain one correlation value, when the r value is positive then the relationship is positive or when the r value is negative then the relationship is negative, the r value cannot be both. Where as in Islam, the relationship between Allah and His servants can be positive or negative

Analysis of Erosion Hazard at Gagakan Sub-Watershed, Blora District, Central Java Province, Indonesia
Availability of soil erosion data is crucial for recovering carrying capacity of a degraded watershed. This study aims to analyze the level of soil erosion hazard in Gagakan Sub-Watershed, located at the downstream of Solo Watershed. Slope steepness of this area vary from very steep at the upper part and flat at the downstream. The dominant land cover is teak forest which consists of young and old stands. The level of soil erosion hazard was calculated by USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) and then analyzed spatially using GIS (Geographic Information System). The degree of erosion hazard was classified into five classes, i.e very slight, slight, moderate, severe, and very severe. The results showed that erosion hazard level of Gagakan sub-watershed ranged from very slight to very severe. The dominant is very slight (69%), while the others classified as slight (11%), moderate (15%), severe (1%), and very severe (4%). The countermeasures of soil erosion should be focused on the area with severe and very severe level of erosion hazard
