Design of First Generation of Sunan Kalijaga’s High Power UV-LED Fluoerescence Spectroscopy System
Research on design of the first generation of Sunan Kalijaga’s high power UV-LED fluorescence spectroscopy system has been done. The purpose of this research was to make the first generation of Sunan Kalijaga’s high power UV-LED fluorescence spectroscopy system. This research was done in two steps, designing and manufacturing of the system. The result showed that a fluorescence spectroscopy system has been made succesfully using high power UV-LED of waveleght 365 nm as excitation source and webcam M-Tech WB100 as sensor. The data acquisition software was successfully created using LabVIEW
Study of Trabekular Anatomic Structures on Biawak Water Bone (Varanus Salvator)
Asian water lizards (Varanus salvator) is one of the species that is widespread in the region of South Asia and Southeast Asia, one of which is in the territory of Indonesia. One of the characteristics of water lizards is having a tail that serves to maintain the balance of his body when moving. This study aims to determine the anatomical structure of the trabeculae in the tailbone of the Asian water lizard (Varanus salvator). Trabeculae are derived from the aquatic biawaks tailbone, which is neutralized with chloroform and then dissected. The coccyx is taken and prepared for observation of trabecular anatomy by sanding part of the coccyx. Then observed the structural parts of the trabeculae using a microscope. Bone trabeculae can be seen as small, porous and porous tissue elements, which consist of trabekulated tissue. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the trabeculae of the monitor lizard\u27s tail bone consist of thin lattice elements and form spongy bones. The trabecular structure is thicker and denser to withstand external loading that is optimally regulated to withstand loads in functional activities such as jumping, running and for body balance. So that the dense trabecular structure of the monitor lizard\u27s tailbone can function optimally for the balance of the body of Asian water lizards in moving and doing activities
Comparative Study of Homogeneous Class and Heterogeneous Class of Participation Level and Result Learning in System Reproduction Classes of SMA/MA
The study is intended to determine how the differences between classes of homogeneous and class heterogeneous on the level of participation and the results of learning in class XI of the system of reproduction. The research is including field research with the approach of quantitative use study comparisons. Intake sample used technique purposive sampling and using three classes. the class is heterogeneous, class homogeneous male (M) and class heterogenous female (FM). Instruments retrieval of data using the data test multiple choice (posttest) and questionnaire level of participation. Mechanichal analysis of the data using a test statistic one way ANOVA and test Tukey as the test continued. The results of the study indicate that 1) the level of participation in class heterogeneous, class homogeneous male and class homogeneous female is not there differences in views of the value of the significant of 0,122 which means 0,122 > 0,05 and Fcount of 2,185 <Ftable. 2) The result of study on class of heterogenous, class homogeneous male, class homogeneous female there are differences in view on the value of significant of 0,000. Wich means that 0,000 <0.05 and Fcount amounted to 52,657> Ftable, based on test Tukey class that has the value of the results of studying the best is the class of homogeneous male
Oil Field Development Scenario to Increase Oil Recovery Using Reservoir Simulation
Field “X” is an oil field located in the South Sumatra Basin. The field is located in an onshore area with reservoirs dominated bysandstone. Based on existing data, the average porosity of each layer is 18.9% and the average water saturation is 50.3%. The oil reserve calculate using volumetric method, from these calculation known the value original oil place (OOIP) is 23.454 MMSTB. Then, the calculation of recovery factor is done by using the JJ Arps. Methods. Based on this method, the RF value of each productive layer is known to be, A1 layer of 37.64733%, A2 RF layer at 38.01293% and A3 layer by 41.3509%. From these JJ. Arps, it can be estimated theproductivity of reservoir from the initial oil reserve (OOIP condition). Field X first produced in 2016 and the field has a 30-year contractduration until 2047. In this field, the optimization of oil production is done by field development scenario of 5 step scenarios using the CMG Reservoir Simulation. The scenario consists of basecase by adding the infill wells, pressure maintenance, and waterflooding injection on the field X. From the simulation, it can be obtained the cumulative production, and recovery factor from each scenarios. On basic scenario or basecase condition or scenario 1 has an RF value of 6.039% and cumulative production is 1416500 MSTB, scenario 2 has an RF value of 12.29% and cumulative production is 2883000 MSTB, Scenario 3 has an RF value of 15.566% and cumulative production is 3650900 MSTB, scenario 4 has an RF value of 20.669% and cumulative production is 4847700 MSTB, and scenario 5 has an RF value of 21.435% and cumulative production is 5027400 MSTB. From the result of each scenarios, the scenario 5 is the best development scenario for the field “X”
Effect pH Adsorption of Naphtol Dye Using Humic Acid Adsorbent Result of Peat Isolation from Kalimantan
Adsorption of naphtol dye has been done by using humic acid adsorbent taken from Kalimantan peat isolation. This study aims to determine the effect of pH adsorption on naphtol dyes with humic acid taken from Kalimantan peat isolation. Humic acid which is using as an adsorbent to adsorb the naphthol dye solution. The adsorption process was measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer to determine the concentration of the adsorbed naphthol dye. The adsorption study from the research results showed that the adsorption of naphtol coloring to humic acid was optimal at pH 2

design (CRD) factorial pattern. The first factor was the concentration of agarwood leaf decoction (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). Th

The second factor was combined with the addition of 6% sucrose, 5% water kefir
seeds, and incubated at room temperature. The results showed that the length of fermentation and the variation in the concent

Coconut oil is one of edible oil that still produce in large quantity and sell traditionally. Coconut oil that is made and

activity that may hydrolyse oil to become glycerol and free fatty acid. The antioxidant is usually adde
d in edible oil to prevent rancidity
happened. This study aims determine free fatty acid value changing in the stored traditional coconut oil that had added with
some nature
antioxidants. Four natural antioxidant here are cinnamon, mangosteen peel, turmeri
c and cassumunar ginger. The free fatty acid value was
determined using acid base titration for three weeks of stored traditional coconut oil. Results show that mangosteen peel as
a natural antioxidant
in traditional coconut oil gives the lowest change per
centage in free fatty acid value (4.2%), while other natural antioxidant shows the same
and higher change percentage of free fatty acid value. Several factors that caused the antioxidant didn’t work properly are t
he presence of
moisture and impurities of m
aterial antioxidants. However, natural antioxidants become promise alternative antioxidants in edible oil because
of healthy, not harmful, easy to obtained, cheap, less volatile, and more stable at high temperatures
Comics as Learning Medium During the Covid-19 Pandemic
This development research aims to develop products in the form of learning media which are packaged in the form of digital comics. The development method used is R & D-4D and comic design using Adobe Pothoshop and Comic Life software. Then to test the feasibility of the media, validation was carried out regarding the material and design. The development of learning media in the form of digital comics aims to facilitate teachers and students in the learning process and parents of students in accompanying their children to study at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research succeeded in developing comic learning media based on the scientific approach for class students. IV on the material around the rectangle in jpg and pdf format, so that it can be accessed via Android-based mobile phones. The percentage of validation test design experts and material experts was 81.667% and 83.571%. This shows that the media developed is suitable for use as learning media
Development of Phylum Mollusca Picture Cards as Learning Media
The process of remembering, understanding, and mastering the concept of material can be done more interestingly through pictures. Pictures can have a positive impact in helping the child\u27s learning process in memory skills and can improve communication skills. This study aims to determine the feasibility level of the picture cards that have been developed. the research method used is research and devolopment (R&D). Research on the development of Phylum Mollusca picture cards using the application microsoft word and microsoft power poin. Medium assessment was carried out by one material expert, one medium expert, five peer reviewers, one biology teacher as a reviewer, and 15 grade x students. Meanwhile, the results of development research indicate that the quality of the invertebrates picture cards developed is in the very good category (SB) according to material experts with an ideal percentage of 89.33%, Good category (B) according to medium experts with an ideal percentage of 77.17%, Very good category (SB) according to peer reviewers with an ideal percentage of 90.8%, and biology teachers 86%. Thus it can be concluded that this media is declared fit for use as a medium for learning biology
GARMENT PRODUCT COST CALCULATIONS BY METHOD FULL COSTING: PRODUCT COST BY METHOD FULL COSTING
PT. XXX is a large company in the garment industry, which carries out production activities based on orders. The calculation of the cost of products that has been carried out by the company still has the classification of production costs that are not exactly in accordance with the existing theory, therefore it is necessary to have a full costing method to determine an effective product selling price. By conducting this research, we can find out whether there is a difference between the full costing method of calculating the Cost of Product and the calculations that have been done by the company. This study took 4 clothing models to be examined, including the rob shirt, top blouse, trauser elli and mash jumpsuit. The results of previous research that the rob shirt model gained a profit of 10.8%, after using the full costing method it became 41.6%, the previous top blouse model gained a profit of 0.7%, after using the full costing method it became 35.8%, the Elli model The previous trauser made a profit of 24.8%, after using the full costing method it became 88.3%, the previous mash jumpsuit model gained a profit of 1.4%, after using the full costing method it was 36.6%. These results are proven, that using the full costing method the company gets greater profits than before, because the calculated costs for calculating the cost of goods are more detailed and carried out effectively according to the needs for production
