    Kemajuan teknologi sudah sangat berkembang pada masa ini, salah satunya adalah dibidang media penyebaran informasi. Media penyebaran informasi yang berkembang ini salah satunya ditandai dengan hadirnya sosial media yang sering diakses masyarakat. Sosial media yang sering diakses masyarakat diantara-Nya adalah Facebook dan Instagram karena kedua sosial media tersebut mudah untuk diakses hanya dengan sebuah ponsel pintar. Informasi yang beredar melalui sosial media tidak selamanya benar, ada kalanya informasi yang tersebar pada sosial media merupakan berita palsu atau hoaks. Dikarenakan banyaknya kasus penyebaran berita palsu atau hoaks ini melalui sosial media yang bisa diakses oleh masyarakat via smartphone mereka maka diperlukan ilmu Mobile Forensic untuk kepentingan investigasi barang bukti digital dari pelaku penyebar hoaks yang telah dihapus baik berupa unggahan gambar ataupun teks pesan. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini metode yang akan digunakan adalah sebuah metode yang dikeluarkan oleh NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) dimana tahapan-tahapan dari metode itu terdiri dari Collection, Examination, Analysis, Reporting. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan bantuan aplikasi Magnet Axiom Process dan Magnet Axiom Examine proses forensik pada ponsel bisa dilakukan dengan mudah selain itu hasil perhitungan perbandingan persentase barang bukti digital yang didapatkan menunjukkan aplikasi Instagram mendapatkan barang bukti sebesar 75% sedangkan Facebook hanya sebesar 37,5% dari 12 barang bukti yang ingin didapatkan. ni menunjukkan bahwa barang bukti yang didapatkan oleh aplikasi Instagram jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan Facebook. Selain itu waktu dilakukannya proses forensik setelah kejadian penghapusan mempengaruhi hasil dari barang bukti digital yang didapatkan

    Digitalisasi tidak bisa dihindari di era revolusi industri 4.0 termasuk di pemerintahan. Selain memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa pada sisi efisiensi dan efektiftas kerja, namun juga meninggalkan ancaman tentang data privasi atau keamanan informasi. Atas dasar ancaman yang dimungkinkan banyak terjadi akibat digitalisasi tersebut, maka perlu adanya pengukuran bagaimana keamanan informasi pada BKD XYZ agar bisa dijadikan evaluasi dan perbaikan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar BKD XYZ bisa melindungi asset data dan informasi atau mencegah adanya serangan dari ancaman-ancaman yang mungkin saja terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Indeks KAMI sebagai tool pengukuran dan evaluasi keamanan informasi di BKD XYZ. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, bahwasanya BKD XYZ masih berada pada tingkat tidak layak untuk benar-benar bisa menerapkan keamanan informasi yang ideal. Sehingga dibutuhkan tindak lanjut sesuai rekomendasi perbaikan, agar BKD XYZ bisa mencapai kesiapan sertifikasi ISO 27001/SNI

    As the 12th century entered its midpoint, unease permeated through Christendom. In 1144, the County of Edessa had fallen to Zengi, the atabeg of Mosul and Aleppo, signalling that all was not well in the Holy Land. News of the fall of Edessa quickly travelled westward, with the Catholic Pope, Eugenius III, issuing a papal bull calling for a Second Crusade in December of the next year. Nevertheless, for the Edessa’s fellow Crusader states, the restlessness of being surrounded by the Islamic had turned to alarm. Help was gravely needed. Then came word of aid from an unlikely place: the East itself. Rumours had swirled of a Christian monarch in the East, but actual proof of his existence was scant, based mainly on fantastical tales of the Orient. That changed in December of 1145, with a conversation between Bishops Otto of Freising and Hugh of Jabala. Hugh told Otto of a Nestorian Christian priest-king “beyond Persia and Armenia”, who had “warred upon the so-­called Samiards, the brother kings of the Medes and Persians.” More critically, Hugh reported that this priest-king had “moved his army to aid the church of Jerusalem” but was unable to cross the Tigris and returned home. Such was the legend of Prester John, the ruler of an eastern Christian kingdom that offered hope and little else to a Christian West that would steadily lose its grip on the Holy Land. Why did Prester John never come to the aid of the Crusader states? The story of this priest-king, his supposed interactions with western Christendom and ultimate failure to deliver on his promises, reveals how the environment we inhabit and the methods we use to communicate shape our beliefs and values, and that as our environments and communication methods change, so do these beliefs and values

    Estimated at about 7.55 billion according to the United Nations (2017) the number of people on earth is growing and this is due to the high birth rate that the world knows. This high number of people on earth will cause problems such as overcrowding, hunger and food insecurity and many others, the most to be feared is food insecurity. Talking about food security is about food, and in trying to address the need for nutritious food, it will be about increasing the productivity of food processing processes and improving practices to ensure a good nutritional status and consequently a good state of health of the populations. In other words, to identify food pathways that can improve the nutritional status of populations. Based on the fact that - The orientation of research towards the exploitation of new sources with high nutritional functionality has led to renewed interest in unconventional crops with potential advantages for local development of populations as well as for industry in recent years - Agricultural development must play a leading role in alleviating hunger and increasing food security locally, regionally and globally (Jones et al., 2011). Agribusiness is a sector that should be stimulated by appropriate technologies, but also and especially by local products valued in order to cope with the increase in food imports, we have been able to identify in the biodiversity from Africa more precisely in the tropical zone the fruits of Artocarpus altilis (Park.) Fosberg, a largely underutilized food energy source (Ferguson 1980, Morton 1990), a fruit that according to Worrell (2002), Orwa (2009), Liu, (2014) and Graham (1981) are highly nutritious, rich in carbohydrates, proteins, fiber and ash consisting of appreciable amounts of calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus, frequently consumed as a starchy staple. Breadfruit has great potential to alleviate hunger and increase food security in the tropics, given the high productivity of the trees of this fruit. And groundnut (Arachis hypogea) is an important source of protein, fats, minerals and vitamins in the diet of rural populations, especially children (Adjou, 2012). Groundnuts play an important role in human nutrition. It is a good source of protein and mineral lipids. These two twinned agricultural products deserve to be the basis of research on food products that can help tackle the problem of food insecurity. And since economic development and its challenges in the agri-food sector, can not overshadow issues related to the cultural identity of a country, because many local foods have so far resisted imported products, thanks to their anchoring in the culture of the populations we also looked at a product produced from the transformation of the peanut commonly called "kluiklui" which distinguishes Benin on the cultural and culinary level. It is a food of choice of certain social classes, which has a very appetizing flavor (Guedou, 2011). In view of all this, we decided to enhance the value of this snack by improving some of its features to find solutions related to several problems such as poverty, malnutrition and many others and the cake biscuit of peanut and breadfruit flour is our end product because biscuit is the most popular food eaten because of its varied taste, long shelf life and relatively low costs, which is similar to in kluiklui. The incorporation of breadfruit flour (Artocarpus altilis (Park.)) Into the formulation may be desirable from a nutritional and healthy point of view. The effect of adding breadfruit flour on the nutritional properties and formation of process contaminants in peanut meal flour biscuits is worth studying. It is therefore in order to make available a product with high nutritional value accessible to all on the one hand and the promotion of groundnut and breadfruit processing that we undertook to carry out our research based on the risks and benefits of a new formulation of kluiklui biscuits incorporated into breadfruit flour as a prebiotic product, because prebiotics are known to stimulate the growth and activity of intestinal bacteria that are potentially useful for health and they also offer improved organoleptic quality and a better balanced nutritional composition. The development and improvement of functional nutritious biscuits, peanut cake recipe in combination with breadfruit flour as a prebiotic product is possible and can help fight against malnutrition which is a public health problem in the countries under development because proteinenergy malnutrition and food insecurity are among the most serious problems facing tropical African countries

    In silico Identification and Comparative Analysis of Hevea brasiliensis COBRA Gene Family

    In this paper, the H. brasiliensis COBRA gene family, alleged to be involved in laticifer differentiation, was identified from the public rubber tree genome of Reyan 7-33-97 clone. A comparative analysis was carried out against A. thaliana genomic database. This analysis has resulted to the in silico validation of thirteen putative genes encoding glycophosphatidylinositol anchors (GPI) proteins harbored by nine Hevea genomic scaffolds. The sequence’s similarity of HbCOBL against AtCOBL genes were ranged from the threshold 50 to 81.58% covering 151 to 458 amino acid residues, respectively. Three partial and ten full-length protein sequences of HbCOBL genes were annotated. The partial protein sequences ranged from 89 to 184 amino acid residues as opposed to the full-length proteins ranging from 160 to 471 amino acid residues. Two types of COBRA domains (pfam04833 and cl04787) were found among HbCOBL genes. Phylogenetic analysis has clustered two subfamilies. Nine HbCOBL genes (HbCOBL-B, HbCOBL-J, HbCOBL-C, HbCOBL-H, HbCOBL-F, HbCOBL-I, HbCOBL-M, HBCOBL-A, and HbCOBL-N) were clustered as COBRA gene subfamily-I. By contrast, four genes (HbCOBL-O, HbCOBL-P, HbCOBL-E, and HbCOBL-L) were clustered as COBRA gene subfamily-II. The HbCOB subfamily-II was marked by the addition of 203 residues in C-terminal which is different with Arabidopsis. The gene HbCOBL-C was the putative ortholog to AtCOB carrying the unique COBRA domain cl04787 with 74 amino acid residues. Taken together, these results showed that Hevea and Arabidopsis COBRA genes might share similar functions while differ in gene structure

    Detection System Design for Cu Contaminated Water Based on Red Diode Laser and LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) Sensor

    The research on making detection system of Cu contaminated water based on red diode laser and LDR sensor has been done. The purpose of this research was to know the characteristic of LDR sensor, to make the detection system of Cu contaminated water, and to test the detection system of Cu contaminated water. This research was conducted in five phases: characterization of LDR sensor, making data acquisition system, processing and analyzing of train sample data, making detection system, and implementation of detection system on test sample. The result of LDR sensor characterization in this research showed transfer function V = 0,004I + 2,1861 with relation of input-output relation which was very strong (r = 0,99267); sensitivity was 0,004 volt/lux; repeatability was 99,015%, and saturation for the light intensity  ˃ 500 lux. Meanwhile, the succes rate of detection implementation on Cu contaminated water was 97,5%

    Generative Learning Model to Improve Science Literacy Competence on 10th Grade Students of Sciences Wahid Hasyim Senior High School on Temperature and Heat Topic

    This research was aimed to determine the effect of generative learning models on the competence of science literacy and to know the difference in the side of improvement of students\u27 science literacy competence compared with control class on temperature and heat focus lesson. This educational research was a quasi-experiment research with Nonequivalent control group design. The independent variable of this research was generative learning model and the dependent variable was students’ science literacy competence. This research was conducted in of one school in Sleman through saturated sampling technique. The experiment class is 10th grade students of 1st class and the control class is 10th grade students of second class. We used pretest and posttest as data collection instruments. The data analysis used descriptive statistic with measure of central tendency and size of dispersion include Normalized Gain and effect size. The result of this research showed that there was an effect of generative learning model in case of students’ science literacy competence on temperature and heat focus lesson with average 38,00 for pretest and 79,20 for posttest. There was also improvement on students’ science literacy competence with moderate improvement category, which was indicated by N-Gain value of experimental class 0.66. The control class which was treated with direct instruction model was also increased with N-Gain value of 0.48 or included in the moderate category also. The improvement of the experimental class has a very significant difference with the control class indicated by the effect size value of 1.028

    Optimization of the Alpha Energy Deposited in Radioluminescence Thin Film for Alphaphotovoltaic Application

    Activated zinc sulfide (ZnS) is a semiconductor material which able to emit photon in the form of visible light when expose to external energy. The capability of activated ZnS, mainly doped with silver (Ag) and copper (Cu), to convert radiation become light to make it potentially applicable as the radioluminescent thin film for alphaphotovoltaic-type nuclear battery. One of the important specifications of the radioluminescence layer that influences the fluorescence efficiency is the thickness. This work presents a study on the thickness optimization for ZnS:Ag:Cu as the radioluminescent film for alpha particles using Monte Carlo model. Simulation to study alpha particles’ energy deposited by using Stopping and Range of Ions in Matter/TRansport of Ions in Matter (SRIM/TRIM) code. The model examined the transport of 5.485 MeV alpha particles emitted by to determine the best thickness based on energy deposition depth. Based on TRIM module simulation, the optimal thickness for radioluminescence film is approximately 19-22 µm. Most energy from 5.485 MeV alpha particles is deposited in 18.92 µm depth activated zinc sulfide. The results from SRIM/TRIM model then compare with analytical calculation using Bragg-Kleman rule. The alpha particles stop at 22 µm from the SRIM/TRIM simulation while using Bragg-Kleman formula the alpha particles stop at 23.51 µm

    Resistance Characteristics of Pork Meatballs and Beef Meatballs Using Multimeter

    Meatballs is food typical Indonesian that has taste delicious. It is even the most preferred food for Indonesian people. The ingrediants used in meatballs is meat, flour and etc. Most Indonesian people are Muslim. So, not carelessly eating meatballs made from meat (Pork). The purpose of this study is to find out whether meatballs use pork or not, using the resistance method with a digital multimeter. Resistance is the ability to inhibit electricity. This trial uses pork meatballs and beef meatballs 5 times a try on each meatball. Resistance values were obtained for pork meatballs 3,718 Ω and for beef meatballs 2,988 Ω. From the data obtained, the resistance value in pork meatballs is higher than beef meatballs
