    This study aims to determine the diversity of grasshoppers in the National Parks of Mount Merbabu and Mount Pangonan. Theresearch method used is the exploration method and purposive sampling. The results of research on grasshoppers in the National Park of Mount Merbabu and Mount Pangonan, respectively, were shannon-wiener index diversity (H \u27= 2.187 and H\u27 = 1.089), number of individuals (N = 92 and N = 35), and species evenness index (E = 0.697 and E = 0.608). The grasshoppers species found were Phlaeoba fumosa, Phlaeoba infumata, Phlaeoba sp. 1, Phlaeoba sp. 2, Phlaeoba sp. 3, Phlaeoba sp. 4, Phlaeoba sp. 5, Phlaeoba sp. 6, Caryanda spuria, Cercinae sp., Chitaura sp., Oxya sp., Erucius sp. 1, Erucius sp. 2, Atractomorpha crenulata, Atractomorpha sp. 1, Atractomorpha sp. 2, Atractomorpha sp. 3, Atractomorpha sp. 4, Atractomorpha sp. 5, Atractomorpha sp. 6, Atractomorpha sp. 7, Tettigidea lateralis, and Tettigidea sp

    The Effect of Kembang Leson Essential Oil on Locomotor Activity of Mice (Mus Musculus L.) Balb-C

    Kembang leson essential oil is known to have a relaxing effect so that it can be used as aromatherapy to treat psychological problems. The research was carried out to determine the effect of kembang leson essential oil on locomotor activity of mice (Mus musculus L.) Balb-C. The essential oil was isolated with Stahl steam and tested on Balb-C mice with a volume of 0.1 mL, 0.2 mL and 0.5 mL. A paired sample T-test is done to test the average difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment data. ANOVA test is done to test the average difference in post-treatment locomotor activity in each volume. The results show that kembang leson essential oil can increase swimming endurance along with decreasing immobility time and decreasing cage rotation which statistically significant between pre-treatment and post-treatment. The most optimum volume of essential oil influenced locomotor activity is 0.5 mL, with an increase in swimming endurance up to 74.40% and a decrease in the rotary cage up to 50%. Kembang leson essential oil can affect the locomotor activity of Balb-C mice so that it can be developed into pharmaceutical preparations for aromatherapy

    Prediction of COVID-19 Cases in West Nusa Tenggara using SEIQR Model

    On March 17, 2020 a patient have tested positive for COVID-19. That case become the first confirmed case in the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Indonesia. These cases continued to grow over time until September 14, 2020 Which brings the total number of positive cases to 2979.COVID-19 can transmit through direct or indirect contact with infected people’s vomit, urine, feces, or airborne transmission. People who are infected, develop symptoms, or travel between provinces or even countries must be quarantined for 14 days to prevent further spread of COVID-19. A person who survives after quarantine will develop new immune system so that he/she can’t get infected twice. Therefore the appropriate mathematical modeling is SEIQR modeling which stands for susceptible, exposed, symptomatic infected, quarantine, and recover. In this paper, we will conduct SEIQR modeling on COVID-19 in NTB using data obtained from corona.ntbprov.go.id, which is the official website of the government of NTB. From those data, we will obtain the model and also growth chart. The result of our study is growth chart of COVID-19 in NTB

In addition, mathematical history gives wide basic understanding against the mathematical consepts for giving a solution against the problems. Not only about the ideal world held by the Platonist. As example, in the golden age of islam, the scientist at that moment developed knowledge especially mathematics with the principal to solve the problems with in daily life. The one of them is Thabit ibn qurra. Thabit ibn qurra used the principal of geometry to decide motion of the sun. The method used was by means of a shadow that produced by sunlight. So, the muslim can pray fardhu on time. This research is meant to reconstruct the method was used by Thabit ibn qurrah, so that the mathematics especially, the topic of geometry is no longer a matter that cannot be expressed in real or real terms. So that, the young generations, especially muslim will realize that learn the mathematics is invaluable in this life. Not only for them self but also to give benefits for a lot of people. The result is the young generations will have the spirit to learn it. The method was used in this research is the study of literature, which mean to study the relevant previous researches and conclude based on the data obtained.     Production and Application of Chitosan to Reduce Organic and Heavy Metal Content (Pb and Cd) on the Aquaculture Media

    Chitosan has an amine and hydroxyl groups which can act as coagulants to bind organic and heavy metals from industrial wasteinto floc forms that are very easily separated from their original media. Shrimp and crab shells waste are used as the raw material for chitosan production, which is obtained from the shrimp processing unit (cold storage) in Pati, Central Java. This research aims to increase the economic value of fishery waste. The principle of extraction for shrimp and crab shells is relatively the same both in physical and chemical treatment. The production process of chitosan is drying to a water content of 10-13%, demineralization, deproteination and deacetylation. The yield in this activity were 14.3% for shrimp shell and 20% for crab shell. The decrease of dissolved organic matter on aquaculture media (water pond) after application of chitosan at 100 mg/L is to 18%. The decrease of heavy metals in aquaculture media was reduced by 20% and 18% for each Cd and Pb metal respectively in the application of 50 mg/L chitosan. In the application of 100 mg/L, the decrease in heavy metal content of Cd and Pb was respectively 29% and 35%. Meanwhile, the decrease in Cd and Pb heavy metal content in the aquaculture media with the application of 200 mg/L chitosan was obtained by 46% and 37%

    QS Yunus (10): 19, Al-Anbiya’ (21): 92, dan Al-Mukminun (23): 52 menegaskan bahwa manusia itu adalah umat yang satu. Berdasarkan ketiga ayat ini, integrasi ilmu yang dikembangkan beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, PTKIN khususnya, memiliki pijakan yang kuat. Dalam konteks ini, Mohammad Hatta telah merintisnya sejak tahun 1945. Dalam memorandumnya, Hatta mengatakan bahwa di Sekolah Tinggi Islam (STI) dapat diselenggarakan pengajaran agama berdasarkan pengetahuan tentang Filsafat, Sejarah, dan Sosiologi. Agama dan Filsafat memperkuat kepercayaan dan memperhalus perasaan agama. Agama dan Sejarah memperluas pandangan agama. Agama dan Sosiologi mempertajam pandangan agama di masyarakat. Dengan demikian, STI akan dapat mencetak ulama yang berpengetahuan luas menuju kehidupan kebangsaan dan kemanusiaan yang damai dan sejahtera. Roger Linclon Shinn juga pernah mengatakan bahwa masalah-masalah besar kemanusiaan jangan sekali-kali diserahkan ke tangan para ilmuwan yang tidak tahu apa-apa tentang agama (etika), atau, ke tangan kaum agamawan (moralis) yang tidak tahu apa-apa tentang iptek. Bahkan, Albert Einstein juga pernah mengatakan bahwa ilmu tanpa agama akan lumpuh dan agama tanpa ilmu akan buta. Jadi, wacana integrasi ilmu sebenarnya sudah selesai, tetapi kemudian digaungkan lebih lantang oleh para ilmuwan PTKIN yang membangun paradigma baru integrasi ilmu yang lebih bermasadepan. Mengacu pada al-Qurán dan pandangan ilmuwan di atas, basic philosophy integrasi ilmu di PTKIN sangatlah integralistik, tidak parsialistik, apalagi dikotomik. Dalam pengembangan keilmuannya, banyak juga cara yang dilakukan PTKIN, baik dengan tekstualisasi maupun kontekstualisasi, baik melalui Islamisasi maupun saintifikasi Islam. Proses pengembangannya pun telah menggunakan KAR-KR (komunikasi, apresiasi, rekognisi, kooperasi, dan resiprositi) sesuai kemauan dan kemampuan masing-masing berdasarkan persyaratan yang ditentukan. Akhirnya, hasil integrasi ilmu memang tidak sekedar untuk kehidupan akademik (science for science), tetapi, juga untuk kepentingan kehidupan kebangsaan dan kemanusiaan (science for nationalism and humanitarianism). Untuk itu, jika implementasi integrasi ilmu di PTKIN belum sempurna karena alasan-alasan regulatif, tetapi, mereka yang melakukan dan mendalami integrasi ilmu dipastikan dapat bersikap lebih integratif dan nonlinearistik menuju kesejahteraan bersama.&nbsp

    Implementasi Deep Learning untuk Entity Matching pada Dataset Obat (Studi Kasus K24 dan Farmaku)

    Data processing speed in companies is important to speed up their analysis. Entity matching is a computational process that companies can perform in data processing. In conducting data processing, entity matching plays a role in determining two different data but referring to the same entity. Entity matching problems arise when the dataset used in the comparison is large. The deep learning concept is one of the solutions in dealing with entity matching problems. DeepMatcher is a python package based on a deep learning model architecture that can solve entity matching problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the matching between the two datasets with the application of DeepMatcher in entity matching using drug data from farmaku.com and k24klik.com. The comparison model used is the Hybrid model. Based on the test results, the Hybrid model produces accurate numbers, so that the entity matching used in this study runs well. The best accuracy value of the 10th training with an F1 value of 30.30, a precision value of 17.86, and a recall value of 100

    Since the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, in early March 2020, the activities of Educational Institutions have not been disrupted. As conventional learning. Learning at Singaperbangsa University began with regulation from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, from learning that boldly affects concentration, influences concentration, such as signals, learning atmosphere, and teaching methods, so that factors affect the level of student satisfaction in learning. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with learning who dares to use the Bayes naive algorithm using RapidMiner tools with results obtained with an accuracy rate of 76.92%, class precision of 100.00%, class recall 57.14%, and an AUC value of 0.881 or close to, so the resulting model is good. In other words, the results obtained using the Naïve Bayes algorithm can be used as material for making decisions about the level of online learning satisfaction
