Software Sensors for Nonlinear Dynamical System
Modellingareallifesystemstartswithdefiningitsinputs/outputs,wheretheinputsdependonthe natureoftheactuator(ortotakeactions)andtheoutputsaremeasurements.Ingeneral,someof the outputs are measured using physical sensors, while the unavailable states can be obtained using the so-called software sensors (or observers). For accurate understanding real lifesystem, data about itsstate are usually measured using physical sensors. This can be expensive and makes the system structure cumbersome. Besides, in many cases, it is simply impossible to measure some system information directly. Due to these drawbacks, a solution may be the introduction of the so-called software sensors or observers. These sensors are based on a well-defined system model and provide an accurate estimation of the missing data from the available physical measurements. Actually, obtaining a well-defined mathematical model is not always possible, or the obtained models do not allow obtaining strategies to drive accurate comprehensive conclusion of our system. Anatomical Study of Caudal Vertebrae of Estuary Crocodile (Crocodylus porosus), Chameleon (Bronchocela jubata) and Klarap (Draco volans)
Reptile tails have a unique function as self defense, autotomy, and maintaining balance while in nature. There are several species that do not have an autotomy function, these species include Estuary Crocodile (Crocodylus porosus), Java Chameleon (Bronchocela jubata), and Klarap (Draco volans). The species is a reptile class that uses its tail with different functions. Differences in function in the tail can be caused by differences in anatomical structure, morphology, and behavioral adaptations that are owned by each species. With the differences in each species, this study aims to get a comparative picture of the caudal vertebrae (coccyx) anatomy of species of estuary crocodile (Crocodylus porosus), java chameleon (Bronchocela jubata), and klarap (Draco volans) so that anatomical comparison can be seen in each species that affects the difference in tail function. The method used in this study is morphological observation with boiled method, X-Ray method, and Alizarin Red\u27s and Alcian Blue staining methods. Research that has been conducted shows that the anatomical structure of caudal vertebrae (coccyx) in estuary crocodile species has a larger bone structure than the bone structure of java chameleon and klarap. The anatomical structure of caudal vertebrae (coccyx) in klarap has a smaller bone structure than estuary crocodile and java chameleon. The anatomical structure of caudal vertebrae (coccyx) in java chameleon species has a longer bone structure than its body length. Caudal vertebrae of these three species do not have tail fracture fields
ThIAS (Thief Indication Alarm System) Security Device of Livestock in Animal Cages Based on Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) and Microcontroller Arduino
Research on Thias (Thief Alarm Indication System) safety device of livestock in animal cages based on the Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) and the Arduino microcontroller has been done. This research aims to design and characterize an alarm system or test the success rate of the alarm system. This study can be used as an alarm when livestock theft is occurring. The method used in this research is divided into three stages, design, manufacture and testing. The working principle of this alarm system, when the laser beams hitch the LDR, then the high value of the resulting LDR then produces an alarm notification in the form of sound. The hitch here is a thief entering or exiting the cage. To control the performance of the alarm system use the Arduino microcontroller. Obtained results from this research is a prototype alarm system. From testing, this alarm system obtained a success rate of 100%. The advantages of this alarm system are cheap and simple

Mount of Nglanggeran is areas that have diversity of unique flora. This area is uninhabited, so many diversity flora that not identified and have not experienced exploration. Therefore, further exploration of plant diversity is needed. The research is aim to inventory, documentation, and find out the diversity of understory (shrubs and herbs) on Mount Nglanggeran. This research used survey and exploration methods. The researchers documented shrubs and herbs species. Based on result, found 44 family consist of 144 species shrubs and herbs. Identification of Landslide-Prone Subsoil Using Wenner Configuration Geoelectric Method in Gayamharjo Village, Prambanan District, Sleman Regency
. Landslides occur due to the field of slip. Identification of Soil Landslide Identification Using Geolistrik Method The Wenner configuration has been done in Gayamharjo Village, Prambanan Sub-district, Sleman District. This study aims to determine the structure of subsurface rocks and identify the field of ground slip in the landslide prone areas in the study area. Measurements were made as many as 3 trajectories, the smallest spaced between 20 meters electrode with 300 meters of track length. The tool used is Syscal Jr Switch-48. Data processing uses RES2DINV software that produces 2D subsurface modeling. The results of the interpretation showed that the location of the study identified the constituent rock consisting of three layers of subsurface rocks (1,36 to 6,86) Ωm, sandstone (15,4 to 34,6) Ωm, and andesite rocks (77, 8 to 393) Ωm. In the three trajectories of the research area, there is a slip field with the potential for landslide: track 1 at point 40 s.d.80 with a depth of 37 m, track 2 at point 220 s.d. 240 with depth 26 m, path 3 at point 100 s.d. 140 with a depth of 37 m
Anatomical and Histological Study of Male Uropoetic Organs of Common Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus)
Common rabbit or European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) is one of the mammals that belongs to the order Lagomorph. The study of uropoetic organs in adult male common rabbit included the anatomical and histological description at the light microscope level by using Hematoxyline and Eosine stain methods. The aims of this study was to determine the anatomical and histological features of male Oryctolagus cuniculus. Uropoetic organs of adult male common rabbit consists of four organs that is kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. The result showed that Oryctolagus cuniculus have a bean-shaped kidney. The length of the right kidney is 3,4 cm and the width is 1,9 cm while the length of the left kidney is 3,2 cm and the width is 1,8 cm. The histological study showed that common rabbit kidney consists of glomerulus, Bowman’s capsule, proximal tubules, distal tubules, and collecting ducts
Implementation of Wafers Feed on Based Palm Kernel Cake for Adult Ongole Crossbreed Cattle
Wafer is one of the complete feed form processed feed which is formed in such a way with special tools, made from concentrate and forage. The purpose of this research was to implementation of wafer feed on based palm kernel cake for adult ongole crossbreed cattle. The cattle used was ongole crossbreed cattle, cow males used as much as 12 tails with approximately 2 years of age and average body weight 200 ± 25 kg. Wafer feed of based palm kernel cake treatment in 4 formulas, namely: Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, and Formula 4. Feed was given ad libitum controlled and drinking water was given ad libitum. The observation variables were done against: feed consumption, weight gain, and feed conversion. The results showed that: Wafer feed of based palm kernel cake treatment has no significant (P > 0.05) influence against feed consumption in adult ongole crossbreed cattle, daily weight increase in mature ongole crossbreed cattle with wafer feed; Formula 1 of 0.63 kg/tail/day, Formula 2 is 0.60 kg/tail/day, Formula 3 is 0.73 kg/tail/day, and Formula 4 is 0.80 kg/tail/day, the best feed conversion in the range of feed Formula 4 ie (4.13), feed Formula 3 ie (4.53), feed Formula 1 ie (5.13), and feed Formula 2 ie (5.43)
Substitution of Chemical Fertilizer Using Natural Hormone and Cow Biourine On Growth and Yield of Shallot (Allium Cepa L.)
The use of natural hormone of sprout extract, coconut water, and banana stem extract and application of cow biourine has been introduced as an innovation to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers to increase the productivity of shallot. This study aims to compare the growth and yield of shallot with chemical fertilizer treatment and that of shallot treated with combination of natural hormone and cow biourine. The study was conducted in Temon Wetan, Temon, Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta using a Complete Randomized Block Design, which consists of two factors and one control (chemical fertilizer). The first factor is a natural hormone: sprout extract, banana stem extract and coconut water. The second factor is the concentration of cow biourine: 30%, 40%, and 50%. Data were analyzed using diversity at 5% level, Orthogonal Contras at 5% level and DMRT Test with 5% level. It was revealed that the control group with a combined treatments was not significantly different from the growth and yield of shallot of the group with chemical fertilizers. Types of treatments with natural hormone and cow biourine concentrations provided the same growth and yield as that of chemical fertilizer
Anatomical Study of Bat’s Phalanx Bone
Bats (Pteropus sp) are nocturnal animals. Bats are mammal that are able to fly, actively foraging at night. During the day time bats spend time for sleeping. It aims to keep the wings membran from sunlight. The habitat of this bat is on large trees. The foot of the bat is adapted to hang upside down, that causing an action against phalanx that calls pressure. Each of phalanx receives a different pressure so that it affect the anatomical structure. This condition present a biomechanical. This study aims to know the effect of pressure on the phalanx. Observation are made by cleaning the phalanx skin and cutting the bones and then seen under the microscope with a magnification of 5x, measurement are taken. The result show that the pressure affect the phalanx anatomical structure that is different thicknesses in each phalanx
The Effect of Gamma Irradiation on Quality of Composite from Bagasse, Bamboo, and Polypropylene Coated Resin
Based on data from Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan the sugarcane production in Indonesia from 2014-2018, sugarcane processing produced bagasse waste with an amount of about 0.825 million tons/year. The data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) showed that national bamboo production in 2014-2018 was above 7 million stems/year. Currently, bagasse waste and bamboo waste are not utilized optimally and have low value. These wastes can be used as composite materials which have a higher economic value. The composite structure can be strengthened by a resin coating and polymerized using gamma irradiation. Gamma irradiation phenomena can also cause degradation which weakens the composite structure, so it is necessary to vary the radiation dose. This research aims to determine the effect of gamma irradiation on composites of bagasse fiber, bamboo fiber, and polypropylene (BBP) on the compressive test, water resistance, and density. BBP composites are made from 10% bagasse fiber, 10% bamboo fiber, and 80% polypropylene with a size of 40 mm x 30 mm x 20 mm. All components were mixed and coated with acrylic resin with a thickness of 2 mm, then irradiated with various doses of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 kGy. The results of the BBP composite compressive test for irradiation doses of 0 to 50 kGy were respectively 29.667; 37.167; 50,235; 60,542; 52.537; and 46.545 kg/cm2. The average result of the water-resistance test of the composite BBP absorbs water as much as 0.524 %. The results of the mean density test of the composite BBP obtained 0.894 gr/ml. The strongest composite structure was obtained at a dose of 30 kGy
