    Technology is developing rapidly with the advent of social media, which paper messages are substitutes for electronic messages that make someone is easier to communicate with others. Many social media exist. The famous ones are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others. With so many social media emerging, every social media must have differences with other social media. Instagram has quite a lot of users, especially in student organizations on campus. The hashtags feature of Instagram makes it is easy to search what to find for people, and group them according to the hashtags used. This paper studies an implementation of intersection operators and applies the intersection operator to classification of Instagram’s hashtags

    Integer Representation of Floating-Point Manipulation with Float Twice

    In the programming world, understanding floating point is not easy, especially if there are floating point and bit-level interactions. Although there are currently many libraries to simplify the computation process, still many programmers today who do not really understand how the floating point manipulation process. Therefore, this paper aims to provide insight into how to manipulate IEEE-754 32-bit floating point with different representation of results, which are integers and code rules of float twice.  The method used is a literature review, adopting a float-twice prototype using C programming. The results of this study are applications that can be used to represent integers of floating-point manipulation by adopting a float-twice prototype. Using the application programmers make it easy for programmers to determine the type of program data to be developed, especially those running on 32 bits floating point (Single Precision)

    An Alternative in Determining the Best Wood for Guitar Materials Using MOORA Method

    This study aims to assist wood craftsmen in Dongkelan, Krapyak, Yogyakarta in determining the best wood to be used as guitar material, because there are frequent complaints from buyers that the materials used as guitar materials are rotten quickly and are dull in terms of color. Based on these problems, a solution is sought using the Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) decision support system method, and is assisted by experts in determining the right criteria related to determining the best wood used in making guitar materials, after a long time discussing the correct criteria were found based on the problem, in the form of criteria for wood strength, wood grain, texture, and wood weight. All of these criteria are then processed using the MOORA decision support system method. After processing, the best results are obtained. The right wood for guitar making is ebony with 23.6831 results occupying the first rank. Proving the results of the MOORA decision support system method, a questionnaire was carried out directly to several guitar makers with a total of 14 people, resulting in an accuracy of 85.71% which means that it has significant verification, that ebony wood is best used as a guitar-making materia

    Implementation of Web Scraping to Build a Web-Based Instagram Account Data Downloader Application

    Instagram has been used by many groups, such as business people, academics, to politicians, to take advantage of the insights gained by processing and analyzing Instagram data for various purposes. However, before processing and analyzing data, users must first pass data collection or downloading from Instagram. The problem faced is that most data collection methods are still done manually as for many parties that offer Instagram account data download services with various price options. This research applied a web scraping method to automatically build a web-based Instagram account data download application so that several parties can use it. The web scraping method was chosen because by using this method, researchers do not need to use Instagram\u27s Application Programming Interface (API), which has access restrictions in retrieving data on Instagram. In this study, application testing was conducted on 15 Instagram accounts with various publications, namely between 100 and 11000. Based on the download data analysis results, the application of the web scraping method to download Instagram account data can successfully download a maximum of 2412 account data. In this application, users can download Instagram account data to Data Collection and then manage it like deleting and exporting data collection in the form of CSV, Excel, or JSON

    Feature Selection Method to Improve the Accuracy of Diabetes Mellitus Detection Instrument

    The need for aroma recognition devices or often known as enose (electronic nose), is increasing. In the health field, enose can detect early diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2 from the aroma of urine. Enose is an aroma recognition tool that uses a pattern recognition algorithm to recognize the urine aroma of diabetics based on input signals from an array of gas sensors. The need for portable enose devices is increasing due to the increasing need for real-time needs. Enose devices have an enormous impact on the choice of the gas sensor Array in the enose. This article discusses the effect of the number of sensor arrays used on the recognition results. Enose uses a maximum of 4 sensors, with a maximum feature matrix. After that, the feature matrix enters the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) feature extraction and clustering using the FCM (Fuzzy C Means) method. The number of sensors indicates the number of features. Enose using method for feature selection, it’s a variation from 4 sensors, where experiment 1 uses 4 sensors, experiment 2 uses a variation of 3 sensors and experiment 3 uses a variation of 2 sensors. Especially for sensors 3 and 4 using feature extraction method, PCA (Principal Component Analysis), to reduce features to only 2 best features. As for the variation of 2 sensors use primer feature matrix. After feature selection, the number of features is 2 out of 11 variations. Next, do the grouping using the FCM (Fuzzy C Means) method. The results show that using two sensors has a high accuracy rate of 92.5%

    A Review on The Physical, Milling Quality and Physicochemical Characteristic of Hipa 6 Jete and Hipa 7

    Up to now the Agriculture Ministry of Republic of Indonesia has released 19 varieties of hybrid rice. Hipa 6 Jete and Hipa 7 varieties are two of them. Hybrid rice is a group of rice plants formed from first generation individuals (F1) derivative of a combination of crossing between certain elders. Hybrid rice superior varieties has a higher yield potential than inbred superior varieties that dominate rice cultivation areas. Rice quality is one of the factors that determine the level of consumer acceptance of a variety. The rice quality is influenced by several factors such as physical quality, cooking quality and taste quality. This paper aims to review the physical quality, milling quality and physical properties of Hipa 6 Jete and Hipa 7. The length of Hipa 6 Jete and Hipa 7 are long and the shape are slender. Based on the head rice and broken rice percentage both Hipa 6 Jete and Hipa 7 are met the medium 2 and 3 quality class (SNI 6128:2015). Based on the physicochemical characteristics both Hipa 6 Jete and Hipa 7 are classified as intermediate amylose content with soft gel consistency and with high intermediate gelatinization temperature.     Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a disease that is carried and transmitted through the mosquito Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus which is commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions such as in Indonesia to Northern Australia. in 2013 there are 2.35 million reported cases, which is 37,687 case is heavy cases of DHF. DHF’s symthoms have a similarity with typhoid fever, it often occur wrong handling. Therefore we need a system that is able to diagnose the disease suffered by patients, so that they can recognize whether the patient has DHF or Typhoid. The system will be built using Neural Network Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) based on the best training results. This research is to diagnose Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever using LVQ with input parameters are hemoglobin, leukocytes, platelets, and heritrocytes. Based on result, the best accuracy is 97,14% with Mean Square Error (MSE) is 0.028571 with 84 train data and 36 test data.     Analisis Kerentanan Serangan Cross Site Scripting (XSS) pada Aplikasi Smart Payment Menggunakan Framework OWASP

    E-commerce that is growing so rapidly can provide space for unauthorized parties in carrying out cybercrime, security anticipation is needed so that e-commerce applications can be protected from harassment or hacking attacks such as cross-site scripting (XSS), malware, exploits, and database injection. This research was conducted to determine the vulnerability of the Smart Payment application by self-test using the ZAP tool. This test is carried out to secure applications that serve as recommendations for follow-up in securing the Smart Payment application. The results of this study found vulnerabilities in the Smart Payment application. Vulnerabilities found were Information Disclosure-Suspicious Comments, X-Frame-Options Header not Set, X-Content-Type-Options Header Missing, Timestamp Disclosure-Unix, XSS Protection Not Enabled Web Browsers, and Directory Browsing. In addition to obtaining vulnerabilities from the Smart Payment application, solutions are also provided to overcome vulnerabilities in the Smart Payment application. 

    Pemberdayaan Guru Kimia Melalui Produksi Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi Chemsketch

    Pemberdayaan guru melalui produksi media pembelajaran kimia dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi media pembelajaran kimia. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berhasil menarik antusiasme para guru untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran kimia. Target peserta 40 guru kimia SMA dan SMK Sukoharjo telah terpenuhi 100%. Antusiasme terbukti dari banyaknya pertanyaan dari peserta dan harapan peserta akan adanya pelatihan lanjutan dikemudian hari. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa modul pembelajaran kimia ber-ISBN oleh guru Kimia serta pemanfaatan teknologi berupa aplikasi ChemSketch sebagai media pembelajaran kimia.[Teacher empowerment through the production of chemical learning media is carried out with training and assistance in the production of chemical learning media. The activities carried out successfully attracted the enthusiasm of the teachers to develop chemistry learning media. The target participants of 40 high school and vocational high school chemistry teachers in Sukoharjo have been met 100%. The enthusiasm was evident from the many questions from the participants and the participants\u27 hopes for further training in the future. The products produced are ISBN learning chemistry modules by Chemistry teachers and the use of technology in the form of ChemSketch applications as chemistry learning media.

    CYBER SECURITY BEHAVIOR MODEL ON HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM USERS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    The use of the Health Information System raises the risk of data leakage which is mostly caused by internal health facilities. For this reason, an instrument is needed that can measure the behavior of users who are at risk for the health information system used to minimize the potential for these leaks. Develop and test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire based Human Aspect of Information Security Questionaire (HAIS-Q), Risky Security Behavior Scale (RScB), and the tendency of Internet users in Indonesia. Based on the research 4 aspects that affect the security of Health Information System, namely the use of electronic devices, access to healthinformation systems, internet behavior, and unusual events in health facilities. The questionnaire developed consisted of 27 question items was valid (r count> r table) and reliable (Alfa Chronbach value of 0.777). The developed questionnaire design can be applied to assess the risk of cyber attacks on Health Information Systemsin health facilities. Further research is needed to implement the design of the questionnaire
