    Pengaruh Penambahan Montmorillonit Terhadap Interaksi Kimia Dan Sifat Barrier Komposit Edible Film Xanthan Gum-Montmorillonit

    Abstrak. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh penambahan montmorilonit terhadap interaksi kimia dan sifat barrier komposit edible film  xanthan gum-montmorillonit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan konsentrasi monmorillonit terhadap interaksi kimia dan sifat barrier komposit edible film  xanthan gum-montmorillonit. Penelitian ini diawali dengan preparasi montmorillonit dilanjutkan dengan sintesis komposit edible film xanthan gum-montmorillonit kemudian karakterisasi untuk sifat barrier  komposit edible film xanthan gum-montmorillonit dengan WVTR, mengetahui gugus fungsi komposit edible film xanthan gum-montmorillonit dengan FTIR dan TEM untuk mengetahui interaksi antara xanthan gum dengan montmorillonit yang terjadi di dalam komposit edible film xanthan gum-montmorillonit. Metode pencetakan yang digunakan adalah solvent casting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan montmorillonit dapat menurunkan nilai laju transmisi uap air (WVTR) edible film ketika konsentrasi montmorillonit 2%, yaitu 15,3469 g/jam m2. Komposit edible film xanthan gum montmorillonit mengalami interaksi fisik yang tidak signifikan pengaruh dari penambahan montmorillonit dalam jumlah kecil.     Sintesis dan Karakterisasi ZnO:Zr Melalui Metode Sol-Gel dengan Variasi Pelarut serta Uji Kinerjanya untuk Dye Sensitized Solar Cell

    Abstrak. Nanopartikel ZnO:Zr untuk semikonduktor DSSC telah disintesis melalui metode sol-gel dengan prekursor berupa Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O dan ZrOCl2.8H2O. Doping Zr pada ZnO adalah sebesar 1%. Sintesis tersebut menggunakan pelarut berbeda, yaitu H2O, metanol, etanol dan isopropanol. Selanjutnya dilakukan studi terhadap struktur kristal berdasarkan karakterisasi menggunakan x-ray diffaction (XRD), energi celah pita (Eg) berdasarkan karakterisasi menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Visibel dengan metode absorption spektrum fitting (ASF) dan morfologi ZnO:Zr dengan scanning electron microscopy (SEM) serta uji kinerja DSSC yang menggunakan ZnO:Zr hasil sintesis sebagai semikonduktor berdasarkan nilai tegangan yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan analisis dengan XRD, difraktogram yang diperoleh sesuai dengan difraktogam standar ZnO heksagonal dengan pergeseran nilai 2θ menjadi lebih kecil sehingga nilai parameter kisi kristal heksagonal (a, c, dan L) material lebih besar dari parameter kisi kristal standar ZnO. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan terjadinya penyisipan Zr4+ yang jari-jari ioniknya lebih besar dari Zn2+ sehingga jarak antar atom dalam kisi kristal semakin besar tanpa mengubah struktur heksagonal ZnO. Nilai rata-rata parameter kisi kristal ZnO:Zr heksagonal yang berupa a, c dan L berturut-urut adalah 3,30 Å, 5,19 Å dan 10,04 Å. Berdasarkan data dari karakterisasi dengan spektrofotometer UV-Visibel yang diolah dengan metode ASF diketahui Eg ZnO:Zr yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan pelarut H2O, metanol, etanol dan isopropanol berturut-urut adalah 3,267 eV, 3,162 eV, 3,100 eV dan 3,176 eV. Eg tersebut mengkonfirmasi terjadinya penyisipan Zr4+ dalam kisi kristal karena nilainya lebih kecil dari Eg ZnO tanpa doping (3,34 eV). Citra SEM ZnO:Zr hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pelarut yang semakin tidak polar menghasilkan partikel dengan ukuran yang lebih kecil. Adapun urutan kinerja DSSC dari yang terbaik berdasarkan nilai tegangannya adalah DSSC yang menggunakan ZnO:Zr hasil sintesis dengan pelarut etanol (44,96 mV), air (42,41 mV), metanol (42,05 mV) dan isopropanol (35,89 mV)

    Abstrak. Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik gelatin ikan cucut yang dihasilkan dengan metode ekstraksi asam (HCl), mengetahui pengaruh dari penambahan montmorillonit dengan berbagai variasi konsentrasi terhadap sifat mekanik diantaranya kuat tarik, young’s modulus, persen pemanjangan dan mengetahui sifat kimia yaitu interaksi yang terjadi pada komposit polimer gelatin ikan cucut-montmorillonit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gelatin ikan cucut dihasilkan memiliki nilai rendemen 14,87%, kadar air 0,68%, kadar protein 84,7538% berbentuk kristal kuning putih dan tidak berbau. Gelatin ikan cucut digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan edible film dengan ditambahkan montmorillonit sebagai filler dengan bervariasi yaitu 0%; 1%; 2%; 3%; 4% dan 5% (b/b). Komposit edible film dengan konsentrasi penambahan 2 % menghasilkan sifat mekanik yang berupa kuat tarik sebesar 32,2051 Mpa dan young’s modulus sebesar 1634,7766 Mpa dan persen pemanjangan sebesar 1,9751. Pengaruh bertambahnya konsentrasi montmorillonit dalam edible film yang dihasilkan berdampak pada nilai WVTR yang semakin rendah.     Calcium wave propagation pattern modeling has been successfully carried out in astrocyte network using Brian2 simulator. The astrocyte model is defined by the Li-Rinzel equation which involves the IP3Rs (q) activation fraction. IP3Rs activation fraction parameter (q) affects the value of calcium concentration in astrocytes. The connection between astrocyte is in the form of Gap-Junction Channels (GJCs). The variation in this modeling is the number of astrocyte cells stimulated by external currents in the astrocyte network being modeled. The modeling results show that the IP3Rs (q) activation fraction can affect the propagation of calcium waves in astrocytes through activation of IP3 receptor

    Psoriasis is characterized by hyperkeratosis and thickening of the epidermal layer followed by an increase in vascularity and infiltration of inflammatory cells to the dermis, as a result of this process the scales appear, erythema and induration. In the field of health, identification and image analysis can be used as a conclusion to support expert decisions such as identification of tumors, cancers or other diseases including Psoriasis. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithms are the most successful and widely recognized algorithmic techniques based on ant behaviours. These algorithms have been applied to numerous problems; moreover, for many problems ACO algorithms are among the current high performing algorithms. The goal of this research is to develop a detection emphasize on the contour detection of Psoriasis using ACO. By using the parameters of the Pheromone intensity control values (α), the visibility (β), Evaporation coefficient of pheromone intensity (ρ) and the constant Q the results show that this method is can detect the contour an image of psoriasis

    Steganalysis Using Yedrodj-net net\u27s Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) Method on Steganography Tools

    Steganalysis method is used to detect the presence or absence of steganography files or can be referred to anti-steganography. Steganalysis can be used for positive purposes, which is to know the weaknesses of a steganography method, so that improvements can be made. One category of steganalysis is blind steganalysis, which is a way to detect secret files without knowing what steganography method is used. Blind steganalysis is difficult to implement, but then machine learning techniques emerged that could be used to create a detection model using experimental data, one of which is Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). A study proposes that the CNN method can detect steganography files using the latest method with a low error probability value compared to other methods, CNN Yedroudj-net. As one of the steganalysis methods with the latest machine learning steganalysis techniques, an experiment is needed to find out whether Yedroudj-net can be a steganalysis for the output of many tools commonly used for steganography applications. Knowing the performance of CNN Yedroudj-net on several steganography tools is very important, to measure the level of ability in terms of steganalysis of some of these tools. Especially so far, machine learning performance is still doubtful in blind steganalysis. Plus some previous research only focused on certain methods to prove the performance of the proposed technique, including Yedroudj-net. This study will use five tools that are Hide In Picture (HIP), OpenStego, SilentEye, Steg and S-Tools, which are not known exactly what steganography methods are used on the tools. Yedroudj-net method will be implemented in the steganography file from the output of the five tools. Then a comparison with the popular steganalysis tool is used, StegSpy. The results show that Yedroudj-net is quite capable of detecting the presence of steganography files, slightly better than StegSpy

    Design of ammonia gas measurement system using TGS-826 sensor, Arduino Nano microcontroller, 16x2 LCD and micro SD module has been successfully carried out. Design was created with the help of SketchUp application. System design that has been made consists of ammonia adsorption chamber and electronic components in the form of a TGS-826 sensor, Arduino Nano microcontroller, 16x2 LCD and micro SD module. Working principle of the system that has been designed begins with the active sensor TGS-826 in detecting ammonia gas. Output from the sensor is then forwarded to the Arduino Nano microcontroller for processing. Processed data is then displayed by 16x2 LCD and the ammonia gas measurement data will automatically be stored in the micro SD module. Results of this design will make it easier in making the system

    Manufacture and Sensor’s Characterization for Optimizing the Manufacture of Resistance Sensors Based on Honeycomb and Honey Market

    This research aims to identify resistance sensors based on honeycomb and honey market. It was conducted in three stages, namely sensor design, sensor manufacturing and sensor characterization. The sensor scheme has been made by software fritzing. The tools used in the sensor manufacture are PCB sensors, resistors and copper wire. The tools used in sensor characterization are provided by power supply, CRO and samples. Sensor testing is done by varied the sample into 6 variations accurately 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, and 30ml. Data generated from the sensor in the form of voltage. Repetition on each volume variation was 10 times. Then, It was be processed by calculating the compatibility and the average of the voltage produced along with its uncertainty. The results showed the average of the voltage generated with the uncertainty at 5ml volume (9,052 ± 0,001) V and (8,682 ± 0.017) V, for volume of 10ml (9,040 ± 0.025) V and (8,531 ± 0.050) V, for volume of 15ml (8,947 ± 0.073) V and (8.230 ± 0.018) V, for volume of 20ml (8.999 ± 0.073) V and (8,209 ± 0.007) V, for volume of 25ml (8.967 ± 0.080) V and (7.689 ± 0.048)V and for volume of 30ml (8,925 ± 0,040) V and (8,284 ± 0,018) V. Repeatibility has produced on this sensor was obtained from two samples, honeycomb by 90.919% and honey market by 94.432%. Based on the results obtained from the calculation, it can be determined that the transfer function was V = 9.06853x-0.0045828571 and V = 8.72453x-0.0259257143. The linear correlation coefficient obtained by 95.9%. This research will be used for optimizing the manufacture of resistance sensors with good characteristics

    Developing Mathematical Problem-Based Learning Devices on Social Aritmetic Topic to Improve Creative Thinking Skills of Junior High Schools Students

    The objective of this development research is to produce a mathematical problem-based learning tool on the topic of social arithmetic to improve the creative thinking skills of junior high school students. This research describes the quality of the learning tools developed in terms of three aspects, namely validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The development model employed in the development of this learning device is the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Learning devices meet the validity criteria indicated by the lesson plan score of 151 in the very good category. The assessment score of student\u27s worksheet is 125 which is in a very good category. Teacher questionnaire responses obtain a score of 87 which is in the very practical category and the student response questionnaire obtains a score of 68.29 which is in the very practical category. The results of the analysis on the effectiveness show that the learning device meets the effectiveness criteria viewed from the percentage of completeness of 87%, the significance value of 0,000 <α (0.005), and the value of t count (6,604)> t table (1,645)

    Motorized stereotaxic is an advanced tool for surgery and implantation of cannula and electrodes in neuroscience. Stereotaxic surgery and implantation has become increasingly important tool, applied in many experiments. The goal in this present study to determine the surgical implantation and probe insertion at the target location accurately and precisely using motorized stereotaxic. In this study, the method allowed to evaluate the DHEAS fluorescence level through in vivo imaging approach at the target region in the hippocampus rat brain. This present study also described the surgical implantation and probe insertion by motorized stereotaxic as the precise and accurate techniques than conventional stereotaxic procedures. With the rat brain atlas by Paxinos and Watson (2004), the imaging approach can be evaluated precisely at the target location corresponding surgical implantation and probe insertion techniques
