    Legal Protection In Partnership Agreements For The Procurement Of Goods And Construction Services By Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises

    In conclusion, the procurement of goods and services by the government plays a critical role in driving Indonesia's development. As we have seen, this process not only contributes to economic growth through essential infrastructure projects but also fulfills the government's obligation to meet the needs of its citizens. Collaborations between the government and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital in ensuring that these efforts are effective and mutually beneficial. By fostering partnerships based on trust and shared goals, both the government and MSMEs can strengthen their capabilities to support national progress. Ultimately, a strategic approach to procurement will pave the way for sustainable development, benefiting all layers of society while enhancing the overall resilience of Indonesia's economy. This research is a normative juridical research with a statutory approach. The author uses secondary data using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The method of analysis used is qualitative method. The author concludes that the form of MSME Partnership cooperation is regulated in Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, including partnership patterns such as Inti-plasma, subcontracting, franchising, and others, which are also explained in Government Regulation No. 7 of 2021. Legal protection for MSMEs is regulated in several laws, and partnership cooperation provides good protection through coaching and development that includes financing, infrastructure, training, and market access. If there are any disputes related to the partnership, the responsibilities and problem solving are clearly stipulated in the agreement.     Prevent Stunting Through Socialization Of The Importance Of Immunization To Achieve Universal Child Immunization (UCI)

    Immunization program is an important step to provide protection against certain diseases, especially for groups that are vulnerable to infection, such as infants, toddlers, children, women of childbearing age, and pregnant women. Through this program, Indonesia has successfully gained recognition as free from smallpox by WHO since 1974. In Indonesia, every infant (aged 0-11 months) is required to receive complete basic immunization, which includes 1 dose of Hepatitis B, 1 dose of BCG, 3 doses of DPT-HB-Hib, 4 doses of polio, and 1 dose of measles. One indicator of the success of this immunization program is the achievement of Universal Child Immunization (UCI), which is a condition where all infants (under one year of age) receive complete basic immunization. However, data shows that parental awareness of the importance of immunization is still low, so that many children end up not getting immunized. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out activities in an effort to provide awareness and understanding of the importance of immunization through socialization activities. The socialization activity was carried out in Pamekaran Village, Rancakalong District, Sumedang Regency, West Java with 34 participants consisting of mothers of toddlers. The method used was socialization accompanied by measuring initial knowledge (pre-test) and post-test) about the importance of immunization.The results of the activity had an impact, namely there was an increase in knowledge of participants with a good category about the importance of immunization, namely from 12 people or 35.2 percent (pre-test) to 27 out of 34 participants or 79.4 percent. In other words, there was an increase in the number of participants with good knowledge by 44.2 percent.     Counseling on the Importance of Maintaining Heart Health in the Month of Ramadan

    Every year, Muslims observe fasting during the month of Ramadan, refraining from eating and drinking from sunrise to sunset for about a month. Fasting for more than 12 hours can be a concern, especially for people with certain diseases such as cardiovascular disorders. Unfortunately, the availability of research and medical guidelines on the safety of fasting in patients with heart disease is still limited, making it difficult for medical personnel, including doctors, to provide appropriate recommendations. Although there is now a risk classification to help assess whether a patient can fast, an examination of each individual's condition is still needed. Adjusting drugs based on their mechanism of action, half-life, and side effects is also very important so as not to worsen the patient's condition during fasting.     Determinants of Tax Aggressivity in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies on The Indonesian Stock Exchange

    Tax is an obligation that must be fulfilled by companies to the state. In fulfilling their tax obligations, companies often engage in tax aggressiveness to minimize the tax burden they must pay. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factors such as profitability, leverage, company size, and corporate social responsibility on tax aggressiveness in the food and beverage sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2019 to 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection through documentation, where the researcher analyzes the financial statements of the companies listed as samples. The data analysis method used is panel data regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, selecting 16 companies as the sample, resulting in 48 observations. The results show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Leverage and company size do not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while corporate social responsibility has a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness. This study provides valuable insights for companies and regulators regarding the factors that may influence tax behavior in the food and beverage industry. Dalam menjalankan kewajiban perpajakan, perusahaan sering kali terlibat dalam agresivitas pajak untuk meminimalkan beban pajak yang harus dibayar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap agresivitas pajak pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019 hingga 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi, di mana peneliti menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diajukan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, memilih 16 perusahaan sebagai sampel yang menghasilkan 48 observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Leverage dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak, sementara tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan dan regulator mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pajak dalam industri makanan dan minuman.     Pengaruh Terpaan Tayangan Instagram @wantja terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Pengikut Instagram tentang Kesehatan Mental

    Kesehatan mental merupakan indikator penting dalam menentukan kualitas hidup seseorang. Individu yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental umumnya menunjukkan penurunan produktivitas dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Dalam menjaga kesehatan mental diperlukan usaha yang konsisten misalnya melakukan konsultasi dengan psikolog maupun menonton tayangan tentang tips menjaga kesehatan mental melalui instagram, seperti akun @wantja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terpaan tayangan Instagram akun @wantja terhadap pengetahuan pengikut tentang kesehatan mental. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengkaji variabel kontrol yaitu jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Kultivasi George Gerbner yang berpendapat bahwa terpaan konten media yang berkepanjangan membentuk persepsi dan pengetahuan khalayak. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online terhadap 100 pengikut akun Instagram @wantja (berusia 16-27 tahun), yang dipilih melalui sampling purposive sampling dengan margin kesalahan sebesar 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi, durasi, dan intensitas menonton secara signifikan memengaruhi pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan pemahaman pengikut tentang kesehatan mental. Intensitas menonton menunjukkan pengaruh terkuat, diikuti oleh frekuensi dan durasi. Kemudian, hasil uji variabel kontrol jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan juga menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan. Artinya, seluruh pengikut Instagram sama-sama dipengaruhi oleh paparan konten Instagram @wantja dalam membentuk tingkat pengetahuan tentang kesehatan, terlepas dari jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan pengikut Instagram. / Mental health is an important indicator in determining a person's quality of life. Individuals experiencing mental health disorders generally demonstrate a decrease in productivity in their daily activities. Maintaining mental health requires consistent effort, such as consulting with a psychologist or watching programs about tips for maintaining mental health on platforms like Instagram, such as the account @wantja. This research aims to investigate the influence of exposure to content from the Instagram account @wantja on followers' knowledge about mental health. Additionally, this study examines control variables including gender and education level. This research employs George Gerbner's Cultivation Theory, which posits that prolonged exposure to media content shapes public perception and knowledge. Data were collected through an online survey of 100 followers of the Instagram account @wantja (aged 16-27 years), selected through purposive sampling with a margin of error of 10%. This study employed a quantitative approach. The results indicate that the frequency, duration, and intensity of viewing significantly affect the knowledge, awareness, and understanding of followers regarding mental health. Intensity of viewing showed the strongest impact, followed by frequency and duration. Furthermore, the results of the tests on the control variables of gender and education level also indicate that there is no significant effect. This means that all Instagram followers are equally influenced by the exposure to the content of @wantja in shaping their level of knowledge about health, regardless of the gender and education level of the Instagram followers

    Implementasi Manajemen Risiko Pada Rencana Kerja Dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) Terkait Bisnis (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Life Insurance)

    Perusahaan Life Insurance menyusun Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) setiap tahunnya. RKAP tahun 2025 telah disusun sesuai prognosa pencapaian tahun 2024 dengan tentunya strateginya mengacu kepada rencana jangka panjang perusahaan (RJPP) 2025-2029. Pencapaian perusahaan pada tahun sebelumnya dengan menggunakan data prognosa dijadikan acuan dalam penyusunan RKAP. Faktor eksternal perusahaan berupa kondisi makro ekonomi serta sosial politik merupakan faktor yang dipertimbangkan. Kemudian faktor internal perusahaan seperti pendapatan premi, klaim, laba underwriting dan lain lain juga merupakan faktor pertimbangan lainnya dalam penyusunan RKAP 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melakukan perhitungan penilaian probabilitas risiko dan dampak risiko pada program kerja RKAP agar memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif terkait manajemen risiko. Dalam mengelola risiko Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan, perusahaan harus memastikan seluruh target perusahaan selaras dengan strategi dan tujuan Perusahaan. Dari Program mitigasi risiko difokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan dan efisiensi operasional. Program pelatihan dan mentoring dirancang untuk memperkuat kemampuan agen asuransi dalam penjualan melalui pelatihan rutin dan pendampingan langsung dari top sales leader. Selain itu, pengembangan SOP untuk klasifikasi prospek dan aplikasi pemasaran dengan fitur fact finding intuitif membantu mengoptimalkan proses prospek dan penjualan. Dalam aspek kolaborasi, skema insentif khusus dan KPI spesifik diterapkan untuk mendorong efektivitas join sales, dengan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan hasil yang optimal. Sinkronisasi sistem tarif dan benefit juga ditingkatkan melalui modul yang fleksibel dan kolaborasi lintas fungsi. Penerapan konsep gatekeeper didukung dengan insentif bagi provider tingkat pertama serta integrasi sistem aplikasi dengan BPJS Kesehatan untuk memastikan sinkronisasi data yang real-time. The 2025 RKAP has been prepared according to the 2024 achievement prognosis with the strategy referring to the company's long-term plan (RJPP) 2025-2029. External factors of the company in the form of macroeconomic and socio-political conditions are factors that are considered. Then internal factors of the company such as premium income, claims, underwriting profit and others are also other considerations in preparing the 2025 RKAP. This study uses a qualitative method to calculate the risk probability assessment and the impact of risk on the RKAP work program in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of risk management. In managing the risk of the Company's Work Plan and Budget, the company must ensure that all company targets are in line with the Company's strategy and objectives. The risk mitigation program focuses on improving skills and operational efficiency. Training and mentoring programs are designed to strengthen the ability of insurance agents in sales through routine training and direct assistance from top sales leaders. In addition, the development of SOPs for prospect classification and marketing applications with intuitive fact-finding features helps optimize the prospecting and sales process. In terms of collaboration, special incentive schemes and specific KPIs are implemented to drive the effectiveness of join sales, with periodic evaluations to ensure optimal results. The synchronization of tariff and benefit systems is also enhanced through flexible modules and cross-functional collaboration. The implementation of the gatekeeper concept is supported by incentives for first-level providers and the integration of the application system with BPJS Kesehatan to ensure real-time data synchronization.     Analisis Pengaruh Hambatan Samping Terhadap Tingkat Pelayanan Pada Ruas Jalan Otto Iskandardinata Kota Bogor

    Hambatan samping termasuk kedalam faktor akibat terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas yang memengaruhi kinerja pada jalan tersebut. Hambatan samping yang terjadi dipengaruhi dari aktivitas yang terjadi pada samping jalan seperti pejalan kaki, kendaraan berhenti atau parkir pada sisi jalan, kendaraan keluar atau masuk pada sisi jalan, dan kendaraan lambat sejenis sepeda, becak, dan lainnya. Kejadian itu berdampak pada kinerja lalulintas di Jalan Otto Iskandardinata Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hambatan samping dan kinerja terhadap tingkat pelayanan yang terjadi di Jl. Otto Iskandardinata pada saat jam sibuk menggunakan panduan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2023). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan dilakukannya survei pada 7 hari dalam seminggu selama 3 minggu untuk mengetahui tingkat akurat pada saat pengambilan data, dengan tahapan survei geometrik jalan, survei volume lalu lintas, survei hambatan samping. Dari hasil analisis yang didapat bahwa ada beberapa faktor hambatan samping yang terjadi pada Jl. Otto Iskandardinata yaitu pejalan kaki (PED), kendaraan parkir atau berhenti (PSV), kendaraan keluar atau masuk pada sisi jalan (EEV), dan transportasi lambat (SMV). Hal ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan arus lalu lintas, dengan jenis hambatan samping yang paling berpengaruh di Jl. Otto Iskandardinata adalah kendaraan berhenti atau parkir pada sisi jalan (PSV) dengan rata-rata tertinggi yaitu dengan bobot frekuensi mencapai 52 kejadian/jam, dengan derajat kejenuhan tertinggi ada pada 2,19 dengan tingkat kelas F, dengan arti bahwa arus terhambat, atau kecepatan rendah. Derajat kejenuhan terendah 0,72 dengan tingkat kelas C, dapat di artikan arus stabil, namun gerak serta kecepatan terkontrol. Side obstacles that occur are influenced by activities that occur on the side of the road with factors such as pedestrians, vehicles stopping or parking on the side of the road, vehicles exiting or entering on the side of the road, and slow vehicles such as bicycles, pedicabs, and others. This impacts traffic performance in Jalan Otto Iskandardinata, Bogor City. This study aims to determine the influence of side obstacles and performance on the level of service that occurs on Jl. Otto Iskandardinata during peak hours. This study was carried out by a quantitative method by conducting a survey on 7 working days for 3 weeks to determine the level of accuracy at the time of data collection, with the stages of road geometric survey, traffic volume survey, and side obstacle survey. From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that, at some time, there were side obstacles on Otto Iskandardinata street, namely pedestrians (PED), parked or stopped vehicles (PSV), vehicles exiting or entering on the side of the road (EEV), and slow transportation (SMV). This significantly affects the speed of traffic flow, which is the most influential type of side obstacle for Jl. Otto Iskandardinata being the vehicle stopping or parking on the side of the road (PSV) with the highest average with a frequency weight of 52, with the highest degree of saturation at 2.19 with a class F level, in the sense that the current is impeded, or the speed is low.     Perbudakan modern atau modern slavery kerap terjadi di era ini. Tingginya tingkat kelahiran dengan minim nya lapangan kerja menjadi faktor utama dari kasus ini. Menurut International Organization for Migration (IOM) perbudakan modern merupakan situasi dimana seseorang mengalami suatu eksploitiasi. Dimana seseorang itu tidak dapat menolak maupun meninggalkan situasi eksploitatif tersebut karena adanya suatu ancaman, kekerasan, paksaan, penipuan, atau penyalahgunaan kekuasaan. Terlebih perbudakan modern memiliki sifat involuntary atau tidak secara sukarela dan ataupun dilakukan untuk mendapat keuntungan ekonomi. Inggris merupakan negara dengan pencetus adanya Piagam Magna Charta yang dimana menjadi simbol utama perlindungan terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Estimasi pencatatan seseorang yang mengalami perbudakan modern di Inggris mengalami sebanyak 13.000 jiwa. United Nations Guiding Principles (UNGP) berfungsi sebagai kerangka kerja bagi negara-negara untuk menjamin bahwa operasi bisnis mereka menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia dengan menghindari pelanggaran dan memfasilitasi hak individu yang terkena dampak praktik tersebut untuk mendapatkan pemulihan. Kolerasi antara perlindungan HAM dengan instrument hukum internasional UNGP sangatlah dekat. (UNGP) dibangun berdasarkan tiga pilar yang diikuti oleh Rencana Aksi Nasional Inggris. Hal tersebut adalah akses terhadap pemulihan, baik itu tanggung jawab dunia usaha untuk menghormati hak asasi manusia, sampai kewajiban negara untuk membela hak-hak tersebut. High birth rates coupled with limited job opportunities are key factors contributing to this issue. According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), modern slavery refers to a situation where a person is exploited and cannot refuse or leave due to threats, violence, coercion, deception, or abuse of power. Moreover, modern slavery is characterized by its involuntary nature and is often driven by economic gain. England, the birthplace of the Magna Carta, which stands as a fundamental symbol of human rights protection, records an estimated 13,000 victims of modern slavery. The United Nations Guiding Principles (UNGP) serve as a framework for nations to ensure that business operations uphold human rights, prevent violations, and facilitate remedies for affected individuals. The connection between human rights protection and the UNGP as an international legal instrument is very close. The UNGP is built on three pillars, which are also reflected in England’s National Action Plan :Access to remedy for victims, Corporate responsibility to respect human rights, The state’s duty to protect these rights.This framework emphasizes accountability, prevention, and justice in combating modern slavery.
