Trabeculectomy Surgery in Primary and Secondary Glaucoma: Retrospective Cross-sectional Analysis
ackground: Glaucoma remains a leading cause of permanent blindness worldwide, with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) as the most modifiable risk factor. When medical therapy fails, trabeculectomy is often the preferred surgical option, though its effectiveness may differ based on the type of glaucoma. Primary glaucoma is typically idiopathic, while secondary glaucoma results from identifiable causes such as trauma, inflammation, or diabetes. Understanding these distinctions is essential for optimizing surgical outcomes and tailoring patient-specific treatment strategies. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the reduction in intraocular pressure in primary and secondary glaucoma after undergoing trabeculectomy surgery.
Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study used purposive sampling to select medical records of patients who underwent trabeculectomy at the Christian University of Indonesia Teaching Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022. A total of 30 patients were included. Inclusion criteria were patients diagnosed with either primary or secondary glaucoma who underwent trabeculectomy and had complete pre- and postoperative IOP data. Exclusion criteria included patients with previous glaucoma surgery, incomplete medical records, or less than one month of follow-up. The primary outcome was the percentage reduction in IOP one month postoperatively..
Results: The results showed that the percentage reduction in IOP within 1 month in primary glaucoma was 43.54%, whereas in secondary glaucoma, it was 41.87%. P value > 0.05 in all postoperative IOPs between primary glaucoma and secondary glaucoma.
Conclusion: Trabeculectomy is still the first choice to reduce IOP, which has failed pharmacological treatments. However, there was no significant difference between decreased intraocular pressure in patients with primary and secondary glaucoma.

Perencanaan Kompetisi Musik Stage Breakers Untuk Mendorong Kreativitas Bermusik Generasi Z
Penulisan ini membahas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kompetisi musik bernama Stage Breakers yang diselenggarakan pada tahun 2025 di Mitra Terrace, Jakarta Selatan, sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat dan kesadaran industri musik di kalangan generasi Z. Kompetisi ini dirancang sebagai platform untuk menampilkan bakat musisi muda, khususnya band ber-genre pop, melalui audisi terbuka dengan sistem penilaian profesional yang menekankan aspek musikalitas, kreativitas, dan interaksi panggung. Selain menjadi ajang kompetisi, Stage Breakers juga berfungsi sebagai wadah kolaborasi, jejaring, dan pertukaran ide antara musisi dan komunitas musik lokal. Penyelenggaraan acara ini melibatkan perencanaan konsep kreatif, pengelolaan teknis, serta integrasi tenant makanan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung sekaligus mendukung pelaku usaha kuliner lokal. Peran public relations dioptimalkan untuk membangun citra positif dan memperluas jangkauan publikasi acara. Melalui penerapan manajemen acara yang terstruktur, Stage Breakers diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan talenta musik, mempererat komunitas, serta memperkaya budaya musik Indonesia. Selain manfaat praktis dan sosial, acara ini juga menawarkan nilai akademis sebagai studi kasus dalam pengelolaan event
kreatif di industri musik.

This paper discusses the planning and implementation of a music competition called Stage Breakers, which will be held in 2025 at Mitra Terrace, South Jakarta, as an effort to increase interest and awareness of the music industry among Generation Z. The competition is designed as a platform to showcase the talents of young musicians, particularly pop genre bands, through an open audition process with a professional judging system that emphasizes musicality, creativity, and stage presence. In addition to serving as a competition, Stage Breakers also functions as a forum for collaboration, networking, and the exchange of ideas among musicians and the local music community. The organization of this event involves creative concept planning, technical management, and the integration of food tenants to enhance the visitor experience while supporting local culinary businesses. The role of public relations is optimized to build a positive image and broaden the event’s publicity reach. Through the implementation of structured event management, Stage Breakers is expected to make a significant contribution to talent development, strengthen community ties, and enrich Indonesia’s musical culture. Besides its practical and social benefits, this event also offers academic value as a case study in the management of creative events within the music industry.

STIGMATISASI TERHADAP KORBAN REVENGE PORN DI KOLOM KOMENTAR MEDIA SOSIAL
Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena stigmatisasi terhadap korban pornografi balas dendam (revenge porn) di kolom komentar media sosial, khususnya platform X (dahulu Twitter). Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana bentuk-bentuk stigma sosial terbentuk dan disuarakan oleh warganet terhadap perempuan yang menjadi korban penyebaran konten seksual nonkonsensual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis bentuk-bentuk stigma yang muncul dalam komentar publik terhadap kasus Rebecca Klopper. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode netnografi dan analisis tematik terhadap 206 komentar yang dikumpulkan dari dua unggahan viral di media sosial
X. Teori stigma dari Erving Goffman menjadi dasar konseptual untuk memahami proses pelabelan, stereotip, pemisahan sosial, dan diskriminasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pola stigma berupa victim blaming, penghakiman moral, objektifikasi, dan penguatan norma patriarkal yang merugikan korban. Komentar- komentar tersebut tidak hanya memperparah penderitaan psikologis korban, tetapi juga mencerminkan budaya digital yang masih abai terhadap perspektif korban. Kesimpulannya, media sosial tidak hanya menjadi arena ekspresi publik, tetapi juga ruang produksi dan reproduksi stigma yang dapat memperkuat ketimpangan gender dalam kasus kekerasan seksual berbasis digital.

This study examines the phenomenon of stigmatization against revenge porn victims in the comment sections of social media, specifically on platform X (formerly Twitter). The main issue addressed is how forms of social stigma are constructed and voiced by social media users toward women who are victims of non-consensual sexual content distribution. The aim of this research is to identif and analyze the types of stigma present in public comments on the case of Rebecca Klopper. This study employs a qualitative approach using netnography and thematic analysis of 206 comments collected from two viral posts on platform X. Erving Goffman's theory of stigma serves as the conceptual framework to understand the processes of labeling, stereotyping, social separation, and discrimination. The findings reveal patterns of stigma including victim blaming, moral judgment, objectification, and reinforcement of patriarchal norms that further harm the victim. These comments not only exacerbate the victim's psychological suffering but also reflect a digital culture that lacks a victim-centered perspective. In conclusion, social media serves not only as a platform for public expression but also as a space where stigma is formed, reinforcing gender inequalities in cases of digital sexual violence.

PROSES PEMBUATAN VIDEO COMPANY PROFILE PT. DAGING WARGA NUSANTARA SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI DAN PROMOSI
Skripsi ini membahas proses pembuatan video company profile PT. Daging Warga Nusantara sebagai media informasi dan promosi perusahaan. Video ini dibuat untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai visi, misi, kegiatan operasional, dan nilai perusahaan secara visual dan komunikatif. Proses produksi meliputi tiga tahapan utama, yaitu praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Pada tahap praproduksi, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan klien, penyusunan konsep dan naskah, serta perencanaan teknis dan jadwal produksi. Tahap produksi melibatkan pengambilan gambar di beberapa lokasi, pengawasan kualitas visual dan audio, serta komunikasi aktif dengan klien selama wawancara. Tahap pascaproduksi fokus pada penyuntingan video, pengaturan audio, penambahan elemen logo Universitas Kristen Indonesia dan PT. Daging Warga Nusantara, serta proses revisi sampai video final siap dipublikasikan. Evaluasi terhadap proses produksi menunjukkan adanya kendala seperti penyesuaian jadwal dan anggaran, serta perubahan konsep kreatif yang menuntut fleksibilitas tim. Namun, dengan komunikasi yang baik dan manajemen waktu yang adaptif, video berdurasi 5 menit 50 detik ini berhasil diproduksi dengan kualitas yang memenuhi tujuan informatif dan promosi perusahaan. Video tersebut juga telah dipublikasikan secara resmi di kanal YouTube PT. Daging Warga Nusantara. Skripsi karya ini memberikan kontribusi penting sebagai panduan praktis dalam produksi video company profile yang efektif dan efisien. / This thesis discusses the process of making a company profile video of PT. Daging Warga Nusantara as a media for information and promotion of the company. This video was made to provide a comprehensive picture of the company's vision, mission, operational activities, and values visually and communicatively. The production process includes three main stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stage, client needs were identified, concepts and scripts were prepared, and technical planning and production schedules were planned. The production stage involved shooting in several locations, monitoring visual and audio quality, and active communication with clients during interviews. The post-production stage focused on video editing, audio settings, adding elements of the logos of Universitas Kristen Indonesia and PT. Daging Warga Nusantara, and the revision process until the final video was ready to be published. Evaluation of the production process showed obstacles such as adjustments to the schedule and budget, as well as changes in creative concepts that required team flexibility. However, with good communication and adaptive time management, this 5-minute 50-second video was successfully produced with a quality that met the company's informative and promotional goals. The video has also been officially published on the YouTube channel of PT. Daging Warga Nusantara. This thesis provides an important contribution as a practical guide in producing effective and efficient company profile videos

Keluarga (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Nasional
Jakarta yang Berasal dari Nusa Tenggara Timur). (Dibimbing oleh ibu Sunengsih
D. Simatupang, S.S. M.Si).
Komunikasi yang dibatasi jarak dapat menimbulkan hambatan dan kendala dalam
aktifitas komunikasi yang terjadi antara anak dan orangtua. Konsekuensi yang
terjadi akibat proses komunikasi jarak jauh dapat memberikan dampak negative
pada hubungan.
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah memahami pola komunikasi jarak jauh yang terjadi
antara anak dan orangtua dan faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi hambatan dan
kendala dalam aktivitas komunikasi jarak jauh.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualititatif. Informan penelitian ini
ditentukan melalui teknik pengambilan sampel purposive samping. Pengumpulan
data dilakukan dengan beberapa cara antara lain wawancara mendalam,
pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pola komunikasi yang
digunakan adalah pola komunikasi sekunder dimana alat yang digunakan adalah
telepon genggam. Pola komunikasi keluarga yang digunakan bervariasi seperti
membebaskan (permissive), otoriter (authoritarian) dan demokratis (authoritative)
dengan hambatan mekanik, sematik dan manusiawi.

Abstract
Long distance communication pattern between children and parents in order to
keep their relation (Study Case for Jakarta National University Communication’s

Long distance communication can make obstacle and problem between parents and
children to communicate. These consequences happened because of the process of
long distance communication can give negative effect to the relationship between
parents and their child.
The purpose of study is to understand the communication pattern for long distance
communication between parents and children and the factors which can be the
obstacle and problem in long distance communication.
This study is done by using Qualitative approach. The informant for this study are
decided using purposive sampling. Data collection done by deep interview,
observation and documentation. The result of the study show communication
pattern used is secondary communication, which cell phone is the gadget being
used, family communication pattern used also varies such as, permissive,
authoritarian and democratic with mechanical obstacle, sematic, and humane.

"Posisi Planner pada Video Company Profile Pizza Boxx Indonesia
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan tugas akhir berbasis karya berjudul "Posisi Planner pada
Video Company Profile Pizza Boxx Indonesia." Karya ini disusun untuk memenuhi
salah satu syarat memperoleh gelar Sarjana Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Kristen
Indonesia. Tujuan karya ini adalah merancang strategi komunikasi visual
menggunakan pendekatan Brand Experience dalam bentuk video company profile.
Penulis berperan sebagai planner, bertanggung jawab atas riset, penyusunan
konsep, storyboard, skrip, jadwal produksi, hingga koordinasi dengan tim dan mitra
dari Pizza Boxx Indonesia. Produksi dilakukan di tiga lokasi, dengan narasi yang
menonjolkan keterlibatan emosional dan keaslian produk. Video ini disusun
berdasarkan konsep Brand Experience dari Thomas Gad, yang meliputi dimensi
sensorik, afektif, intelektual, dan perilaku. Karya dipublikasikan melalui Instagram
dan dipromosikan dengan Instagram Ads. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peran
planner sangat penting dalam menyelaraskan visi brand dengan strategi komunikasi
visual yang efektif, serta bahwa Brand Experience adalah pendekatan relevan untuk
membangun koneksi antara brand lokal dan audiens.

ABSTRACT
This creative final project, titled "The Position of a Planner in the Production of a
Company Profile Video for Pizza Boxx Indonesia," fulfills a requirement for the
Communication Studies degree at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The project aims
to design a visual communication strategy using the Brand Experience approach.
The writer acted as planner, handling brand research, concept development,
scriptwriting, scheduling, and coordination with both the production team and
Pizza Boxx Indonesia. The video, produced in three locations, focused on delivering
emotional and authentic product narratives. Based on Thomas Gad's Brand
Experience theory, which covers sensory, affective, intellectual, and behavioral
dimensions, the video was distributed through Instagram and promoted via
Instagram Ads. The results show that a planner's role is vital in aligning brand
vision with effective visual strategy, and that Brand Experience helps build
meaningful connections between local brands and audiences.

Pengaruh Budaya Tionghoa Terhadap Alat Musik Tehyan
Tehyan merupakan alat musik gesek dua senar yang dikenal dalam kesenian tradisional Betawi, namun memiliki akar yang kuat dari budaya musik Tionghoa, khususnya èrhú. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh budaya Tionghoa terhadap tehyan dari aspek bentuk fisik, teknik permainan, serta simbol visual yang melekat pada instrumen tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan berbagai sumber literatur budaya dan musik.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa struktur fisik tehyan meniru bentuk èrhú namun mengalami adaptasi lokal, seperti penggunaan tempurung kelapa dan kayu jati. Teknik permainan seperti vibrato dan portamento tetap dipertahankan, meskipun telah disesuaikan dengan karakter musik Betawi yang lebih ritmis dan ekspresif. Keberadaan ornamen kepala naga dan motif awan pada bagian kepala tehyan mencerminkan simbol budaya Tionghoa yang telah mengalami proses lokalisasi. Tehyan menjadi representasi dari percampuran budaya yang hidup dan terus berkembang di tengah masyarakat Jakarta yang multikultural.
Kata kunci : Tehyan, budaya Tionghoa, bentuk fisik, teknik permainan, simbol budaya/Tehyan is a two-string bowed musical instrument known in Betawi traditional performances, yet it has strong roots in Chinese musical culture, particularly the èrhú. This study aims to examine the influence of Chinese culture on tehyan in terms of its physical form, playing techniques, and the visual symbols embedded in the instrument. A qualitative library research method was used by analyzing various cultural and musical literature sources.
The analysis shows that the physical structure of tehyan imitates the shape of the èrhú but has undergone local adaptation, such as the use of coconut shell and teak wood. Playing techniques such as vibrato and portamento are retained, although adjusted to the more rhythmic and expressive style of Betawi music. The presence of dragon-head carvings and cloud motifs on the instrument's head reflects Chinese cultural symbols that have undergone localization. Tehyan serves as a representation of cultural blending that remains vibrant and continues to evolve within Jakarta's multicultural society.

研究结果显示,特彦的物理结构模仿了二胡的外形,但在本地环境中进行了适应性调整,例如使用椰壳和柚木等当地材料。演奏技法方面,如颤音和滑音仍被保留,但已经根据峇峇韦音乐更具节奏感与表现力的特点进行了调整。此外,特彦琴头上出现的龙头雕刻和云纹图案,反映出中华文化的象征符号,并在本地文化中实现了“本土化”表达。特彦作为一种文化交融的产物,已成为雅加达多元文化社会中持续发展并具有代表性的文化象征。

Effect of service quality on students satisfaction in private universities
This study aimed to determine the effect of service, reliability,
responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles in increasing student
satisfaction at private universities in the LLDikti-3 region. The data
collection method employed a qualitative approach, involving the use of
questionnaires to gather responses. Qualitative data was transformed
into quantitative data using a Likert scale. In this study, data collection
was carried out directly from the number of students at the Universitas
Kristen Indonesia. Universitas Sahid and Universitas Tarumanegara. The
methods were used: Library Reseatch and. Field Research: This method
conducts research by conducting direct surveys to be object to be studied
of three private universities in the LLDIKTI-3 region. The data analysis
technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, where
this analysis is used to determine how much influence the change in a
variable jas on other variables. In this study where the independent
variables are reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and
tangible, and the dependent variable. The results of the study stated that
the quality of service provided by the three private universities in the
LLDIKTI-3 region has a significant influence on student satisfaction.

PENINGKATAN PARIWISATA DI KABUPATEN GOWA MELALUI REVITALISASI GREEN PEKOE CAFE MALINO HIGHLAND
Abstrak: Peningkatan Pariwisata Di Kabupaten Gowa Melalui Revitalisasi Green Peko’e Cafe Malino Highland
Malino adalah daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Tinggimoncong yang merupakan daerah pendukung pariwisata Sulawesi Selatan yang berada pada ketinggian 1000mdpl dengan keindahan alam dan udara yang sejuk menjadi aset berharga untuk menarik wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara dengan dibukanya tempat wisata termasuk kawasan wisata perkebunan teh yang sudah ada sejak jaman Kolonial Belanda dan kemudian mulai dikelola dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kusioner, dokumentasi serta studi pustaka dan hasil menunjukkan diperlukannya Revitalisasi untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan baik secara kawasan dan bangunan yang ditunjukan pada bangunan primadonanya yaitu Green peko’e cafe dengan mempertimbangkan aspek Arsitektur berkelanjutan serta rekomendasi transportasi maupun akses dalam kawasan. Penggunaan material berkelanjutan menjadi pertimbangan untuk digunakan yaitu Bambu sebagai material utama karena banyak ditemukan di sepanjang Malino dan dapat panen hanya dalam 3-5 tahun. Dengan melakukan Revitalisasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan Malino highland inspirasi bagi pembangunan pariwisata di daerah lainnya.

Malino is an area located in Tinggimoncong District which is a supporting area for South Sulawesi tourism which is located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level with natural beauty and cool air as a valuable asset to attract local and foreign tourists with the opening of tourist attractions including tea plantation tourist areas that have existed since the Dutch colonial era and then began to be managed with the addition of other facilities in 2014, namely Malino Highland. Malino Highland has experienced a decline in the number of tourists since 2020 which has had an impact until now. With its potential, Malino Highland is expected to be able to attract local and foreign tourists again, by conducting research using case study research methods for other tourist destinations in the Malino area supported by primary data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies and the results show the need for revitalization to increase tourist attraction both in terms of area and buildings aimed at its main building, namely Green Peko'e Café by considering Sustainable Architectural Aspects and recommendations for transportation and access within the area. The use of sustainable materials is a consideration for use, namely Bamboo as the main material because it is widely found along Malino and can be harvested in just 3-5 years. By carrying out this Revitalization, it is hoped that Malino Highland can be an example of how to improve Tourism that pays attention to sustainable development in order to be an inspiration for tourism development in other areas.
