An Applied Behaviour Analysis Study of Factors that Disrupt the Generation of Reporting Behaviour. ― From a study of autistic children, Covid-19 infections and near-miss incidents
Get PDFReporting is considered very important in our lives, but in reality, various problems have occurred due toinsufficient reporting. In recent years, we have seen cases of the spread of infection due to concealment of covid-19 symptoms despite their occurrence, as well as cases where the same accidents were repeated due to nonreportingof near-misses in the world of childcare, which were not shared and thus not reported. In this study, theapplied behavior analysis framework used to teach tact as reporting to autistic children was used to examine thedisincentives that make it difficult to report covid-19 symptoms and near-misses to occur. The results indicatedthat issues such as the format making it difficult to report easily, and inappropriate responses and lack of sufficientsafeguards when reports are made, were identified as challenges.我々の生活において、報告することは非常に重要視されているが、実際は充分な報告がなされておらずに、様々なトラブルが発生している。近年では、コロナウイルスの症状が出たにもかかわらず、隠したために感染拡大につながった事例や、保育の世界におけるヒヤリハットが報告されなかったことで共有されずに同じ事故を繰り返した事例などが見受けられる。本研究では、自閉症児に対して報告言語行動を指導する際に用いられている応用行動分析学の枠組みを使用して、コロナ症状の報告とヒヤリハットの報告が生起しにくくなっている阻害要因について検討した。その結果、簡単に報告しにくい様式の問題や、報告をした際に不適切な対応をされ、充分な保障がなされないことが課題として示された。departmental bulletin pape

Entrepreneurial Experience and Startup Performance:A Quantile Regression Ahalysis
Get PDFThis study analyzes the impact of entrepreneur’s experience on the performance of startup companies using quantile regression. Performance indicators such as the achievement rate of expected monthly sales and the average monthly employment growth rates were used to evaluate the effect of entrepreneur’s experience at each quantile. The analysis results show that business-related experience has a positive impact on low-performance tiers, while its effect diminishes in high-performance tiers. Additionally, age consistently negatively affects performance across all quantiles, with a particularly strong influence in high-performance tiers, where it acts as a factor that restrains employment expansion. These findings suggest the necessity of adopting approaches tailored to performance tiers when considering support measures for startup companies.本研究は，起業家の経験がスタートアップ企業のパフォーマンスに与える影響について，分位点回帰を用いて分析した．パフォーマンス指標として予想月商達成率と月平均雇用成長率を用い，これらに対する起業家経験の影響を各分位点で評価した．分析の結果，同業種での経験は低パフォーマンス層で正の影響を示す一方，高パフォーマンス層ではその影響が低下することが確認された．また，年齢はすべての分位点においてパフォーマンスに負の影響を与え，特に高パフォーマンス層において雇用拡大を抑制する可能性が示唆された．これらの結果はスタートアップ企業の支援策を検討する上で，パフォーマンス層に応じたアプローチの必要性を示唆するものである．departmental bulletin pape
