Paarl Industrial School for Girls: South African Education of “Uncivilized Works” in the 1920s
Get PDF旧南アフリカ連邦における産業学校の存在は、教育史では非就学児のための補助的な教育機関という位置づけにとどめられてきた。今日では1920年代の変化を、中等教育と職能訓練の接続を意識した福祉国家体制の形成の端所とみる議論がなされている。しかし、プア・ホワイト政策が展開したなかで、女子産業学校は白人女子児童にのみ用意されていたと先行研究では述べられてきた。ただし、後期戦間期までは人種分離がなされなかったパール産業学校という例外もあった。パール産業学校の設備は「女子の手仕事」を教育する場として繰り返し拡張されていったが、1920年代の同校はまだ人種分離の場ではなかった。むしろ同校は、1930年代以降になって「原住民教育」政策に応用されるようになる、優勢学思想にもとづいた教育指針が醸成された場であった。departmental bulletin pape
Empirical Analysis of Organizational Revitalization and the Strategic Role of Middle Management
Get PDFIn the context of survival strategies for mature companies, 'ambidextrous management' is increasingly demanded. In this approach, revitalizing organizations is essential not only for developing new products within existing business domains but also for developing new ventures that bring about creative destruction in the industry. This paper identifies common elements necessary for achieving organizational revitalization and empirically analyzes the impact of organizational revitalization on financial performance. The analysis revealed three main factors of organizational revitalization: 'the strategic role of middle management,' 'continuous organizational learning,' and 'company-wide commitment to organizational transformation.' It was demonstrated that companies effectively integrating these three elements achieve superior outcomes and performance compared to their competitors.成熟企業の生存戦略として「両利きの経営」が求められている．そこでは，既存の事業領域における新製品開発だけでなく，業界の創造的破壊をもたらす新規事業の開発にも，価値創造プロセスにつながる組織活性化が不可欠である．本稿では，組織活性化を達成するための共通要素を特定し，組織活性化が財務パフォーマンスに与える影響を実証的に分析した．分析の結果，組織活性化の主要な要因として，「ミドルの戦略的役割」「絶え間ない組織学習」「組織変革への全社的な取り組み」の３つが抽出された．これら３つの要素を効果的に統合している企業は，競争相手と比較して優れた成果・業績を達成していることが示された．departmental bulletin pape
A Study of the Expected Credit Loss Model for Banks in Japan
Get PDF世界的な金融危機の反省を踏まえ、国際財務報告基準（IFRS）および米国会計基準では金融資産の減損において予想信用損失モデルが採用されており、現在日本においても導入に向けた議論が進められている。本稿では、日本の銀行業のうちニューヨーク証券取引所にIFRSまたは米国会計基準にて上場している３社（三菱UFJ、三井住友、みずほ）について、予想信用損失モデルと日本基準による貸倒引当金残高の比較を行った。結果、３社の引当率の平均値はいずれも予想信用損失モデルの方が日本基準より高く、予想信用損失モデルでは貸倒引当金の引当水準を押し上げる傾向が見られた。ただし、３社のうち２社（三菱UFJとみずほ）については、予想信用損失モデルと日本基準の差に縮小の傾向も見られた。金融検査マニュアル廃止により、現行の制度・手法において将来予測情報の利用などによる調整が実施されており、ハイブリッド的な運用が行なわれていると考えられる。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF現在、女性の50歳時未婚率は2020年17.81％となり、2030年には18.5％と今後も上昇が予測される。もはや未婚女性はマイノリティの存在ではなく、日本の家族形成は明確な性別役割分業の前提では成り立っておらず、個々の経済的自立が求められる。本稿は、就職氷河期を経験した40代未婚女性の職場の経験学習に焦点をあて、学校卒業から年収500万円までのキャリア形成について質的調査による事例考察をした。分析方法は自由面接法による5名のインタビュー調査を実施し、グランテット・セオリー・アプローチやKJ法の技法を参照にしながら分析した。結果、年収500万円までの経済的自立を果たした40代未婚女性の経験学習のプロセス変化には①外部労働市場での正規雇用、または内部労働市場での正規雇用転換、②職種転換や本部機能への異動による職域拡大、③20代での経済的自立を迫られる経験が確認できた。departmental bulletin pape
An interpretation of music teaching material and a possibility of cross-subjects teaching in music lesson ― Exemplifying an interpretation of the song “mushi no koe”
Get PDFThis paper aims to clarify that deep interpretation of music teaching materials can have a possibility to develop cross-subjects teaching. To this purpose this research exemplifies an interpretation of a song“ mushi no koe”(voices of insects ), especially focusing lyrics. It’s because lyrics are consisted words and words have to do with other discipline, for instance Japanese, one’s own or different cultures, environmental education and sense of body.
When the lyrics which is made of its meanings of words are considered, many questions are discovered. Through thinking about these questions or pursuing answers, teacher and children are going to think how the song could be expressed and then a interpretation of the song could enlighten relations to other subjects or discipline.
These deductive consideration means that music education would be found out a part of art education and give some solutions modern Japanese educational issue, a cultivation of children’s competency in music lessons through cross-subjects teaching.本研究は、音楽科における教科横断的な学習の展開が教材解釈の深さによって見出される可能性であることを解明する。この可能性の探究は、二つの問題関心によって意義づけられる。一つは現代の教育課題に対応した音楽科の可能性を探ること、もう一つは芸術教育学の一部として音楽科をとらえ直す可能性の探究である。この解明のための素材として本研究では歌唱共通教材「虫のこえ」を取り上げ、教材解釈から教科横断の可能性がどのように展開するかを例証する。
「虫のこえ」の歌詞の言葉の意味を熟考すると、様々な問いが発見される。言葉の意味を考えることはこの歌が何を表現しているのかを考えることであり、この歌で何を表現したいかを考えることでもある。他方、歌詞の意味への問いは表現の追求に留まらない。「虫のこえ」の意味を考えることは自文化への問い、異文化への問い、言葉への問い、自分の感覚的身体への問い、環境への問いと、広く学際的に展開していく。歌詞の意味を追究する過程は、音楽科から他教科の学習内容につながる教科横断的学習の可能性を明るみに出す。
音楽科の教科横断の可能性は、深い教材解釈を通して発見的に現れる。教材解釈の深さによって音楽科の教科横断の可能性は発見され、かつ芸術教育としての根源的な意義も見出される。これらの発見の過程は、教師が自分の思い込みを辿る過程であると同時に教材を創造的にとらえる過程でもある。departmental bulletin pape
