Maybe it is also regarded that the work is liability for the music stuff of teachers college. In this paper,especially, it is pointed out that how fine notes and after beat should be played. The Juvenile Schools Instructors' Self-Confidence on the Instruction and the Relevance to their Awareness to Duties: Suggestion from Statistical Analysis
Get PDFThis paper aims at the statistical survey on the instructors in the juvenile training schools. Our group of researchers conducted the research for the instructors and juveniles in 47 schools, under the cooperation of the Correction Bureau in the Ministry of Justice. In this paper, the analysis on 1408 instructors' awareness for the duties and self-confidence on the instruction was conducted. Result of these survey, many instructors have an autonomy on their duties (74.5%), and the collegiality(81.5%)in their working places. Moreover they have desirable relationships with the juveniles(69.4%). On the contrary, many instructors feel that public consensus on the correctional education and their duties has not yet been estimated(62.9%). About the instruction for the young delinquents, 30.7% instructors have self confidence on the instruction. And some cross analysis by these variables already explained was implemented. Results showed that the aspects and meanings in the self confidence are different by the generations. About 20s instructors, as they feel the autonomy on duties, they may get the self confidence on the instruction. But over 30s instructors, various factors operate to their acquirement and preservation of the self confidence. The most relevant variable is the preservation of desirable human relations with the young delinquents. This suggestion shows many experienced instructors have great tendency to conserve their self confidence directly from the relationship with the delinquent than the young instructors.KJ00006987227departmental bulletin pape
