Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to describe the horizon of Babyklappe in Germany and to find out how Babyklappe developed in Germany. In Japan there is still only one Babyklappe in Kumamoto though many babys is entrusted to Babyklappe. Why does not Babyklappe spread in Japan? Where is the cause of this phenomenon? Babyklappe belongs to "Findelbaby Project". First of all, we should understand what this project is in order to discuss about Babyklappe more deeply. Get PDF本論文では、2プレーヤー間の純粋なゲームにおいて、どちらのプレーヤーがゲームのリーダーシップをとるのか、その決定要因を分析する。このため、親子間の所得移転ゲームを定式化し、親と子がそれぞれゲームのリーダーとなる均衡が成立する条件を調べる。分析の結果、親子のうち、どちらがゲームのリーダーとなるかどうかは、各主体の選択する変数間の限界代替率が、相手の選択する変数に応じて、どのような振る舞いをするのかに依存することがわかる。その上で、親がゲームのリーダーとなる条件及び子がゲームのリーダーとなる条件を明らかにしている。departmental bulletin pape

And that has been also proved by phonetics and voice physiology recently. In this thesis trying to make my students'mouths fixed by something(pen or chopsticks etc.)when they are taking excersise of vocalization, this author tries to make sure the effect by the students' responces. Get PDF本稿は武蔵国多摩郡八王子町(現東京都八王子市)を事例に、近世後期の地域市場の特質を分析したものである。八王子市場は一七世紀末以降、「八王子織物」と称される絹織物の取引によって江戸近郊の地域市場として発展を遂げてきた。この絹織物取引を支えていたのが「縞買」と呼ばれる在郷商人である。縞買たちは八王子の市で集荷した織物を、主として多摩地域および江戸の中小の呉服屋に売り捌いていたが、一八世紀以降、庶民の絹織物嗜好をうけて、三井越後屋等の江戸の大呉服屋や近江商人とも取引を行うようになった。本稿では彼らの多様な取引を分析し、その背景に原料の生産から製品化までを行う織物生産圏の形成があったことを論じた。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF年々減少していく中小企業、世界的大不況の中ますます減少幅は大きくなっている。日本経済を支えた中小企業が減少していくことは、更なる日本経済を下降方向に導く。いま中小企業が事業継続にあたり、取り組まなければならないのは、第一に自社の徹底的な分析であり、それにより、市場における競争優位性を確保することである。市場環境は、かつての垂直分業から水平分業へと変化してきている。かつてその経営の大部分を担ってくれた親会社に代わり、自らがマネージメントしなければならなくなっている。また、競争優位性を確保するには、自社の「イノベーション」を起こすことができるかにも懸かっている。本稿ではそれに加え「事業再生」「事業承継」を論題にした。The number of small and medium-sized enterprises, SMEs, is decreasing year by year and the decline is accelerated by the world-wide depression. The decrease of SMEs that have supported Japanese economy will cause further downturn in its economy. Today, SMEs are expected to find effective ways to continue its business. In the first place, SMEs should make thorough analysis of their own companies in order to establish their "competitive advantages" in the market. The market environment has changed from the former vertical division of work into the horizontal one, where SMEs are compelled to manage themselves, instead of being managed mostly by their parent companies. To ensure their "competitive advantages, " it is also essential to create "innovation" in their own business.
