Strategic Changes in Regional Shopping Streets in the Welfare State
Get PDF本稿の目的は、商店街の発展から衰退までの歴史的過程とその社会・経済的背景を論じた新(2012)の分析を、キュービック・グランド・ストラテジーと呼ばれる菊澤(2008)の競争戦略論を用いて見直すことである。第2節では、商店街の胎動期に物理的世界、知性的世界、心理的世界のすべてにおいて改善があったことを見る。第3節では、その安定期において物理的世界では悪化、知性的世界では改善、心理的世界では一定であったことを見る。第4節では、三つの世界すべてにおいて悪化が顕著であったことを見る。生き残り策を提示する第5節では、商店街がまちづくりの積極的プレーヤーになるという知性的世界の改善が心理的世界の改善にも波及し、競争優位を高めることがわかる。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、商店街に関して筆者が展開した理論的考察を、久繁哲之介氏の著書『商店街再生の罠』で見出された観察や導かれた含意と対応させて、商店街の役割とは、私益よりも公益を重視するような人を中心とした組織的市場ととらえるべきであることを明らかにしている。第1節では、心理会計モデルを用いて、コミュニケーションが顧客の心理的価値を高めるために重要であることを明らかにしている。第2節では、地域コミュニティが持つ価値観が、えてして不統一になりがちな商店街各店へ一貫性をもたらすために重要であることを明らかにする。第3節では、商店街と市民とのゆるやかなつながりが生み出されると、それが買い物の安心感をもたらし、さらに店の経営努力によって商店街の競争優位が高まることを示す。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF戦国期の日本は「地域通貨」の登場に伴って授受のトラブルが頻発するようになったことが明らかにされている。そのような貨幣流通の事情下での、当時の人々の持つ貨幣観について、一六世紀に著された『玉塵抄』の記事を手がかりに分析を行った。それによると、「鳥目」「鵞眼」などの名称が、起源である中国と当時の日本とでは意味が異なっていることや、当時の日本は銭が貨幣として隅々まで行き渡っていること、銭が人々を豊かにするものであったことが意識されていた。また、当時特有の問題である撰銭については、ランダムに選択することを指した中国の故事とは異なり、意図的に良い銭を選ぶ行為として人々の間で常識的に理解されていた点を明らかにした。departmental bulletin pape
Study of the historical geography of the liquefaction-Fluidization damage in a mining area for iron sand
Get PDFIn Earthquake of the Pacific coast of Tohoku, damage by the liquefaction-Fluidization occurred frequently in Chiba. Particularly in Asahi-shi, much liquefaction-Fluidization damage happened in slight highlands such as dune, where iron sand had been mined in 1960s. Because such the grounds are loose by being digged, liquefaction is easy to happen In addition, the liquefaction is related to the height of the groundwater. By examining the places where iron sand was mined and dune was in the past, it is found that someplace may have happen liquefaction-Fluidization. The career change from a feminine musician of the Venetian welfare institution "Ospedale"to opera singer,in case of Adriana Ferrarese del Bene
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to present the career of Adriana Ferrarese del Bene and to discuss the musical environment of the Ospedale dei Mendicanti where Ferrarese studied music. Although Ferrarese is usually known as the first singer to perform the role of Fiordiligi in Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte , this study focuses on her career before her arrival in Wien and, above all, on her interrelation with the musical activity of the Mendicanti . Due to Mozart's great name, to his prominence and also to the intimate relationship between Ferrarese and Lorenzo Da Ponte, her career in Italy did not attract much interest till now. Nevertheless analysing the situation of the Ospedale dei Mendicanti at that time and investigating the scandal of" elope" in 1783, we can find in Ferrarese a musician who tried actively to establish her position among difficult circumstances.
