Considerations on the Frequency and Scheduling of Experiential Tourism Plans
Get PDF昨今増えてきた「現地発着体験型観光プラン」は地域の誇りの醸成と経済振興の切り札的存在である。しかしそこでは従来の観光業には属さない一般の事業者が主催者となることが多く、新たな課題が様々生じている。事業者にとって本業に支障をきたすことなく、良い影響を生み出すためには、プラン造成時にどのような点に気をつければいいのか？そして、地域全体を俯瞰した観光振興のまとめ役としての観光協会としてはそれらをどうまとめていくと集客効果が高められるのか？ 当論文では集客効果の多寡に大きな影響を及ぼす「開催回数及びサイクルの設定」を論じる。筆者がプランの主催を経て、観光振興推進役を務めた現場で得た知見を通して、一過性のイベントとの違いを整理し、活動が継続発展するための適切な開催回数とサイクルを【継続性】【発展性】【改善性】【訴求性】【活用性】【将来性】の観点から紐解く。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFダイバーシティは新聞紙上ではどのような文脈で使われているのか。本稿では2018年と2020年のダイバーシティに関する新聞記事の比較分析をおこなった。2020年においても、記事の傾向に大きな変化はなく、女性が議論の中心となっている点は従来通りであった。ただ、クラスターに分かれた際、各クラスターの性格が比較的明瞭になっていた。さらに、従来のような「職場における（女性を中心とした）ダイバーシティ」という文脈から、経済、経営という視点から記述された記事の存在が推測された。補足的な発見として、「セクハラ」に関する記述が目立たなくなっていた点も読み取れた。departmental bulletin pape

The effect of promoting reporting behavior in children on the autistic spectrum. － through filming during a university expedition －
Get PDFThe present study was conducted with two fourth-grade boys with autistic spectrum disorder who were taught tact as reporting. Both boys initially failed to report, but with a few interventions, such as telling them to report, they were able to do so. In addition, when they were given equipment that could record during the university expedition, they had longer conversations with their mothers, although this did not promote tact as reporting. Although the amount of reporting did not increase when conducted in naturalistic settings, the tact as reporting itself was easier to learn and maintain, suggesting the importance of extending the conversation triggered by the tact as reporting rather than increasing the amount.本研究は自閉症スペクトラムを持つ小学4年生男児2名を対象に報告言語行動の指導を行った。対象児は筆者とともに10分間「大学探検」として、大学構内を散策したのち、母親の待つ部屋に戻って、探検中に見てきた内容について報告を行った。2名とも初めは報告行動が生起しなかったが、報告をするように伝えるという少ない介入をするだけで報告できるようになった。また、大学探検中に録画できる機材を持たせたところ、報告行動の促進には繋がらなかったが、母親との会話が長くなった。自然な場面設定で実施した方が、報告量は増加しないが、報告言語行動自体は習得し維持しやすいため、量を増やすことよりも、報告行動をきっかけとした会話を広げることの重要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
The study of factor on injured athletes’ psychological growth.
Get PDF受傷体験を選手としての成長につなげるためには、受傷体験の持つネガティブな側面だけでなく、ポジティブな側面に注目する必要がある。しかし、先行研究においては、受傷体験のポジティブな側面にはほとんど関心が向けられてこなかった。そこで、本研究では受傷経験後の心理的成長につながる心理要因として、自己および他者への気づきとスポーツ傷害の受容の２つを仮定し、両者と心理的成長の関係を明らかにすることを目的に調査を行った。復帰までに１ヶ月以上かかる受傷経験があり、受傷から復帰までの状況を詳細に思い出せると回答したアスリート195名（男性158名、女性37名）を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、受傷アスリートの気づき尺度、脱執着的対処尺度、日本語版外傷後成長尺度への回答を求めた。ｔ検定を用いて分析した結果、受傷アスリートは時間経過に伴い、スポーツ傷害の受容および自己・他者への気づきを深めることが明らかになった。また、日本語版外傷後成長得点の上位群と下位群に分類して両者の得点を比較した結
果、受傷時期に関わらず成長高群の方が成長低群よりも脱執着的対処得点と受傷アスリートの気づき尺度が高いことが明らかになった。以上の結果から、受傷は心理的成長の契機になること、自己理解を深めることが日々の競技生活において求められることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF現代の企業は、株主至上主義からの脱却とステークホルダー資本主義への移行を求められている。ここにおいて、ステークホルダー資本主義と親和性の高い付加価値会計は、1990年代後半に議論が停滞したと指摘されている。本稿の目的は、付加価値会計とその周辺領域の文献に共通する理論を抽出し、これにもとづく計算書を作成し比較検討することで、ステークホルダー資本主義下で再検討すべき論点を明らかにすることである。考察の結果、再検討すべき論点として、①分配と費用の概念、②損益計算書の構造に内在する株主偏重、③利害関係者を「平等」とみなす付加価値計算書の制度化、以上の三点を挙げた。departmental bulletin pape
A study on thinking through activities in early childhood(3-year-old, 4-year-old, and 5-year-old children) － Focusing on research using picture books －
Get PDFChildren (3-year-olds, 4-year-olds, and 5-year-olds) compared two scenes from the same picture book to see what kind of images they had of them. We discovered the difference in what happened there, and investigated and considered the utterances we inferred. Three-year-olds were seen trying to express and convey their feelings in words, and four-year-olds were seen listening to what their friends were saying and trying to convey their own feelings to those words. The 5-year-olds were seen thinking more deeply, making inferences based on experience, learning what their friends were thinking, and sharing ideas that differed from their own. This is thought to be an experience in the budding of thinking for children, so it was found that the influence of other children on their thinking is also large. Based on these considerations, instead of labeling children's thoughts as right or wrong, childcare workers should keep in mind that there are times when it is necessary to guide children to awareness or give them hints for new awareness. In order to pick up the ideas that come from the child's mind and expand their interests further, the childcare worker is surprised by the child's thinking, but also thinks about how to help the child find it even more interesting.
