Exploring Career Education through Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration: A Case Study from Chiba Prefecture
Get PDF本稿は、大学生が「働くとは何か」を考えることを促進することを目的とした、産学官連携に基づくキャリア教育プログラムの意義と在り方を提示するものである。千葉県の助成を受け、千葉県商工会議所連合会が運営する「千葉県採用力向上サポートプロジェクト」との共同開発によるこのプログラムは、大学の正規科目として開講され、アカデミックな学習と実践的なインターンシップが組み合わされている。前期には、夏休みに実施されるインターンシップの目標を設定し、準備学習に取り組んだ。インターンシップ先には、学生と教員の双方が選んだ企業が含まれ、多様な経験ができるようになっている。プログラムの学習目標は、事前に受け入れ先企業と共有され、期待に沿ったものとなった。インターンシップ終了後、学生たちは振り返り研修に参加し、後期にはそれぞれの経験と将来の目標についてチームプレゼンテーションを行った。これらの実習の効果は、学生と企業の両方の視点から分析された。学生の仕事観、社会観、地域社会観は、体験を通じて進化した。当初、学生は仕事を「お金を稼ぐ手段」として捉えていたが、プログラムを通じて理解が深まり、主体的な関わりや他者との協働を重視するようになった。また、就職に対する考え方がより明確になり、社会に出ることとの個人的なつながりや、社会に貢献したいという気持ちが芽生えた。特に地元の学生は、地域社会に対する責任感をより強く感じ、地域活性化に貢献したいという意欲を示した。一方、県外出身の学生は、地元との絆を保ちつつも、より広い世界で活躍することに興味を持つようになった。また、企業側からは、学生との職場風土の共有のメリットが認識され、学生によるプレゼンテーションで貴重なフィードバックを得ることで、自社のビジネスをより客観的に見ることができるようになった。学生は社会人としての理解を深め、企業は若い世代が自社のビジネスをどのように見ているかを知ることができ、行政は学生の地元意識を醸成することで地域活性化を支援するなど、すべてのステークホルダーにメリットをもたらした。このケーススタディは、キャリア教育における産官学連携の相互メリットを浮き彫りにしている。departmental bulletin pape

Preschool Quantitative Experience and Parents' Awareness Basic Learning for Young Children Supporting Elementary School Mathematics
Get PDFThis paper investigates and analyzes the extent to which arithmetic learning is related to elementary school arithmetic content in the preschool environment and parents' awareness. As a result of a questionnaire survey of large-scale kindergartens in ordinance-designated cities, free play in kindergartens was more common in the order of number, counting, and shape. It was found that activities related to arithmetic, such as dividing into equal parts and observing differences, were not often seen at home, and free play did not occur naturally, requiring intervention from a childcare worker. In addition, parents' awareness of preschool arithmetic education was set as a variable, and factor analysis revealed a three-factor structure: "arithmetic matters that parents are aware of," "arithmetic skills that parents are aware of," and "their children's awareness of early learning."departmental bulletin pape
