A Study on the enhancement of Self-Efficacy of the piano learners in their learning processes
Get PDFIn this paper, to consider piano education on the psychological side , I survey past studies of a feeling of selfefficacy at the field of education, and investigate how to teach piano by raising it. And I hypothesize that one of factors to enable to continue piano exercise is a feeling of self-efficacy, and investigate the relation between it and its effect on the piano education. As a result, I show that the high degree of “will that is going to complete an action”, which we usually have, acts on the piano learning more effectively, and oppositely the lower degree of“ will to take action” affects on it less effectively.departmental bulletin pape

A proposal for corporate initiative measures for promoting women’s active participation
Get PDFIn this research, interviews were conducted with women who work in Japanese companies. The results were examined for the purpose of providing advice in initiative measures for promoting women’s participation, which companies are asked to implement. The research results showed that although active initiative measures for promoting women’s participation were seen in major enterprises, those women who participated in interviews said that they cannot hope for greater participation due to child-rearing constraints. As such, it was revealed that promotion of women’s participation was hampered by family situation factors and not workplace situation factors. Based on the above, the initiative measures for women’s active participation that companies are expected to implement should not only be directly involved with progressing women’s careers. Instead, I would like to propose that it is an initiative in which follow-up supports are given after ascertaining the subject's family situation, including child-rearing and nursing-care.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF平成30年３月、文部科学大臣は、中央教育審議会に公民館・図書館・博物館の所轄を教育委員会から首長部局への移転の可能性について諮問した。中央教育審議会は同年７月９日、特例としてこれを認めるとする答申を行った。一方、平成30年４月21日、政府の未来投資会議構造改革徹底推進会合「地域経済・インフラ」第４回会合で、文化庁は「アート市場活性化に向けて」という発表を行い、この中でリーディング・ミューゼアムの検討を明らかにした。これはアート市場活性化の役割を美術館や博物館にも担ってもらうというもので、このリーディング・ミューゼアムに指定された美術館や博物館には国から補助金が交付され、学芸員を増やすという優遇措置がされるという内容である。聞こえは良いが、実際にはミューゼアムが資料をオークションに売却する構造が示され、その売却のために展覧会などの活動が使われるというものである。結果として学芸員が美術市場に関与する必要が生じ、そのために学芸員は「残すべきもの」を見極める能力が必要ということになる。博物館の観光利用による地域活性化が提唱されて以来、様々な変動が起きている。前述の博物館の管轄が首長部局移転すれば、博物館は観光施設として営利活動を行うことを余儀なくされるであろう。一方、リーディング・ミューゼアムは、美術館・博物館の自活促する有効な手段であると解釈することができる。よって、博物館の生き残りのためには、生涯学習施設・教育的配慮などは等閑にならざるを得ないという結論になる。簡単に言えば、これからの博物館活動の基準は「資金稼ぎ」なってしまうのであるdepartmental bulletin pape
