Japanese long-term care insurance and the time allocation of female family caregivers
Get PDFThis paper examines how the introduction of the long-term care insurance (LTCI) in 2000 in Japan has changed the time allocation of female family caregivers. Drawing a sample from the Survey on Time Use and Leisure Activities, this paper estimates the association between the introduction of the LTCI and caregivers’ time allocation on caregiving, personal care, leisure, household work as well as market work. I find that the effects of the introduction of the LTCI on the time-allocation of caregivers depend on their employment status. In particular, the introduction of the LTCI has had little impact on the time allocation of caregivers who work for non-regular jobs while it has increased time spent on market work for caregivers who work for regular jobs and time spent on leisure for caregivers who are out of labor force.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿ではアンケート調査結果データをもとに，企業におけるイノベーションと組織学習の関係性について分析を行った．企業は部署内，部署間の組織学習についてはかなり一般的に取り組んでおり，その傾向は企業規模が大きいほど顕著であった．またイノベーティブな経営目標を掲げている企業ではとくにプロダクト・イノベーション目的のために組織学習が利用されているが，それだけではなくより幅広い目的のためにも取り組んでいる姿勢が確認された．さらに被説明変数をイノベーション実現の有無としたロジット分析においても，部署間の組織学習を積極的に行っている企業ほどイノベーション実現確率が高まることが示された．departmental bulletin pape

A Climatic Analysis of Tsushima Island and Some around Area with Considering a Complex Terrain Topography
Get PDFA topographical background of vegetation was examined on the previous report as the case study of south Chiba area. In this paper, spatial data of Tsushima-island and some around area such as Iki-island and Jeju-island were analyzed with GRASS GIS. Especially, it is designed to explain numerically the complexity of Tsushima nature. A climatic effect on topographical features was examined from using a slope gradient distribution and a global solar radiation. To verify the results, calculated and observed values were compared in the solar radiation analysis.
