Get PDF本論文では、経営情報システムの語に注目し、これとクラウドシステムの関連を明らかにしている。経営情報システムは長く企業内のシステムに限定されてきた。しかし、ここ10年ほどで状況に変化がある。クラウドシステムの多くを経営情報システムに取り込むことの一般化がその典型である。このような状況のもとで、クラウドシステムと最も相性が悪いとされる戦略的情報システムとの関係を明らかにしている。戦略的情報システムは死語に近いが、無くなったわけではない。経営情報システムの汎用的な部分についてはクラウドシステムを多用し、当該企業の競争力を大きく左右する戦略的な部分については独自システムで経営情報システムを構築することが合理的である。この独自システム部分を経営情報システムの戦略アシスト部分と呼ぶように改めるのが適当である。戦略アシスト部分へ投入する経営資源量の質と量の決定は企業の責任であることは当然である。departmental bulletin pape
