A Report on Intercultural Conflict For Asian Business People
Get PDFIn this paper, we conducted interview surveys concerning the handling of intercultural conflicts among non-Japanese Asian business people and examined them through the Thomas-Kilmann five conflict-handling modes of competing, collaborating, compromising, accommodating and avoiding for the purpose of applying the results to business communication education for international students. The interviews of six Asian business people working at Japanese companies concerned whether they had experienced conflicts at work and how they handled them. The survey revealed that over 80% of conflicts were handled through competing or avoiding. The interview results showed that business people accepting the demands of others even while asserting their own views in intercultural workplace environments. And these behaviors demonstrated that the only way to resolve conflicts was through these businesspeople understanding in their own way a rule of Japanese companies that the highest priority is not necessarily profit and that bosses make irregular decisions and take responsibility for them.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Utilization of External Resources for Innovation ：A case of Samsung Electronics Co.
Get PDF新製品開発といったイノベーションは，昔から企業の存続・成長に欠かせない重要な経営戦略とされてきた．ただし，今までの自前主義によるクローズド・イノベーションでは，スピードと多様性の問われる今日の競争環境に対応できなくなり，その補完策としてオープン・イノベーションが叫ばれている．
実際，日本の製造業企業を対象にしたアンケート調査からも，外部資源の有効活用の必要性を認識し，オープン・イノベーションに積極的に取り組む企業が増えていることが確認された．またサムスン電子の事例分析からは，同社の外部資源活用への積極的な姿勢がスピード・アップのイノベーションを成功させたと推察できる．
オープン・イノベーションの本質を組織能力の素早い構築と考えると，外部資源の活用に関する更なる議論のためには新たな組織学習のフレームワークが必要であり，そこには組織学習能力やリエゾン役などの幾つかの諸概念に対する再検討が求められる．departmental bulletin pape
Les conditions de travail des infirmiers/ères dans la société vieillissante du japon
Get PDF高齢化率（65歳以上が人口に占める割合）28.1％となり、世界一の超高齢社会となった日本では、ケアの需要をどのように確保するかが喫緊の課題である。一方、そのケアの担い手である看護職の長時間労働など、過労が問題となっているが、有効な手立てはなく、毎年、10％が離職している。本稿では、なぜ、過労になるまで看護職は働いてしまうのか、その構造的要因を歴史社会学的かつジェンダーの視点から明らかにしていきたい。Au Japon, le taux de vieillissement (le ratio de la population âgée de 65 ans et plus dans la population) est de 28,1% et il est devenu le plus haut du monde, il est urgent de sécuriser la demande de soins. On the Structure of Commodity Fetishism in Capital - the basis of critique on“political economy” -
Get PDFMany students of Marxism have dealt with the theory of fetishism as an independent entity, and have not adequately considered it in relation with Marx’s economic theory. Accorging to I.I.Rubin one reason for this interpretation is the position where the theory of fetishism is given in Capital by Marx. It is given separate heading,and put at the last place in Chapter 1. But this form does not correspond to the connections of Marx’s ideas. In this paper I argue that fetishism is an important ring of Marx’s commodity theory. Then I explain how commodity fetishism relates to the value substance and the form of value. And I conclude that the theory of fetishism is the basis of Marx’s entire economic system and particularly of his theory of value.departmental bulletin pape
