    Analysis of Potential Ethical Risks and Countermeasures of AI+ Technology in Smart Finance Applications

    The deep integration of AI technology with the finance field has given rise to a new paradigm of smart finance applications, which have also given rise to complex ethical risks while enhancing the efficiency of financial decision-making. Data bias may lead to credit discrimination, black-box decision-making mechanisms weaken regulatory transparency, and risk transmission effects may trigger systemic financial vulnerability. Existing research focuses on technology optimization, but pays little attention to the quantitative assessment and dynamic governance of ethical risks. In this paper, we build a multi-dimensional ethical risk detection system for smart financial scenarios, develop core algorithms for data traceability, decision visualization, and risk modeling, and form a synergistic framework of technical governance and institutional constraints. The research breaks through the limitations of traditional qualitative analysis, provides operable solutions for the construction of a trustworthy smart financial system, and has practical value for maintaining the fairness and stability of the financial market

    Empirical Study on College Students' Positive Emotions in Mobile-Assisted Foreign Language Learning

    The integration of digital tech and education is at a critical stage. The informatization of educational environments is an inevitable trend. But there's little research on positive emotions in mobile-assisted foreign language learning. Based on positive psychology, this study surveyed students in Hubei province, China, collecting 66 valid questionnaires. SPSS was used for analyses. It shows two dimensions: from autonomous and teacher support. Further analysis reveals family background has some influence. Further analysis via one-way ANOVA and independent samples t-tests revealed that family background exerts a certain influence on students' positive emotions, though the differences are not statistically significant. Additionally, the frequency of Positive derived from autonomous learning decreases with increased internet usage time, whereas the frequency of Positive from teacher support initially declines and then increases with prolonged internet use. These findings provide valuable evidence and practical guidance for managing emotions in digital learning environments

    China's housing system has undergone profound changes, and its core function has transcended its mere residential attributes, it has become a key institutional foundation for shaping family structure and population development. With the advancement of urbanization and marketization, housing not only serves as the material space for families but also deeply influences social foundations such as intergenerational support and marriage and childbearing decisions. However, the current housing system is increasingly at odds with the rapidly changing trends of family downsizing, low birth rates, and an aging population, as well as diverse housing needs. Rising housing costs, structural gaps in affordable housing, and institutional barriers are quietly transforming into significant obstacles that inhibit family formation and development and exacerbate population structure contradictions. It is imperative to examine their deep-seated impacts and optimization directions from the perspective of institutional interdependence

    Principles for the Standardized Handling of Digital Property Inheritance

    The emergence of digital property has sparked another revolution in the expansion of the objects of rights, gradually becoming an important component of citizens' legitimate property. Ensuring the inheritance of digital heritage is an inherent requirement for realizing citizens' digital property rights. However, due to the characteristics of digital heritage-such as the intangibility of its objects, the diversity of its forms, and the complexity of its rights-it poses challenges to the existing inheritance system.The main problems facing digital heritage inheritance are the unclear legal status of digital heritage, the difficulties in applying traditional inheritance models, and the conflicts of rights inherent in digital heritage itself. Digital heritage inheritance should adopt a typological approach, categorizing digital heritage into three types based on their different characteristics: personality rights-based, property rights-based, and composite rights-based. Different types of heritage inheritance should adhere to principled methods of handling, including the principle of party autonomy, the principle of value hierarchy, the principle of proportionality, and the principle of division of rights, all of which are innovatively applied in the context of digital property. A forward-looking legal framework for digital heritage inheritance should define the legal status of digital heritage, establish inheritance principles, and clarify the obligations of third-party platforms. Digital heritage inheritance also requires the coordinated efforts of a digital heritage trustee system, technical protection and regulatory systems, and international cooperation mechanisms. The realization of digital heritage inheritance is not only a necessary condition for safeguarding citizens' legitimate property rights, but also an important component for promoting economic development in the digital age. Effective digital heritage inheritance and reasonable distribution not only ensure the comprehensive protection of citizens' property rights, but also serve as an important indicator of the level of legal civilization in society

    A Case Study on the Revitalization of Unused Community Space - Tianfu Social Innovation Center

    This study focuses on the topic of revitalization of unused community space, and takes Tianfu Social Creativity Center in Chengdu City as a case study to explore the path of revitalization and sustainable operation mode of old community space. The study adopts field survey and archival research methods to construct the analytical framework of "demand-oriented, multiple synergies, and sustainable operation" to analyze the transformation process from industrial heritage to public space. The study shows that through cultural implantation, resource integration and self-governance mechanism, the center enhances the cohesion of the community and the utilization rate of the space, and provides a dual-track practice sample of "cultural inheritance and functional regeneration" for the renewal of old communities in industrial transformation areas

    Relative Salience of Ethnicity and Party as Drivers of Asian American Vote Choice

    In comparison to Black and Latino communities, the role of race and ethnicity in the political behavior of Asian Americans, particularly vote choice, has remained less examined. As a racial group with a wide range of ethnic diversity and weaker history of partisan alignment, the dependency of Asian Americans on ethnic and partisan cues may vary compared to other groups and in different electoral contexts. In particular, it is not clear whether Asian Americans do align with the theory of partisanship as the primary determinant of vote choice, as ethnic cues could be more salient for them. This paper examines the candidate choices of Asian American voters in California in the 2024 election. I look only at cases of voters who share the same specific ethnicity, also defined as their national-origin, with one candidate in the House of Representatives race. I find little evidence that Asian Americans defect from their party to vote for a candidate with a shared ethnicity, suggesting that partisan cues remain more important to Asian Americans than ethnic cues. However, in electoral contexts where partisan cues are absent, such as both candidates being from the same party, there is some preliminary evidence to suggest that the ethnic cue becomes a more primary predictor of vote choice. These findings help support the theory of partisanship as the primary determinant of vote choice for previously understudied minority demographic and can help inform candidate vote predictions

    Simulation and Optimization of the Operation Process of an E-commerce Logistics Distribution Center Based on Flexsim

    This study utilized the Flexsim simulation software to simulate the existing layout and functions of different functional areas in the A e-commerce logistics distribution center, and determined the simulation scheme. In particular, a comparative analysis is conducted on the impact of the combination of influencing factors of different picking strategies on the efficiency of picking operations, as well as the gradual optimization of the number configuration of intelligent handling equipment, to meet the operational requirements while ensuring operational efficiency and reducing costs. Through the collection and analysis of simulation data and the comparison of optimization plans, the bottleneck links and resource waste problems of the A e-commerce logistics distribution center are improved, effectively enhancing the overall operational efficiency and service quality

    A Review on AI-Driven Optimization of Data Center Energy Efficiency and Thermal Management

    As data centers grow and face energy challenges, traditional thermal management struggles with dynamic loads, multi-scale coupling, and heterogeneous control. This review examines AI-driven solutions for energy efficiency, focusing on integrating deep learning and reinforcement learning. Key innovations include physics-data hybrid models and constrained RL controllers, achieving PUE<1.2, a 55.7% reduction in fan energy, and enhanced thermal stability. Challenges remain in explainable decision-making, hardware compatibility, and the complexity of multi-physics simulation. Our evaluation framework emphasizes PUE and energy savings, advocating for future advancements in digital twins, edge AI deployment, and renewable cooling integration. Policy-supported AI implementation could increase annual energy savings to 8-12%, promoting sustainable digital infrastructure. Future research should explore multi-scale optimization, reliable AI mechanisms, and renewable-cooling coordination to meet dynamic demand and support carbon neutrality goals
