    Get PDF
This paper, set against the backdrop of platform enterprises, examines the impact of algorithmic management on employee work behavior. Through a literature review and theoretical construction, the study first defines the core concepts of platform enterprises, algorithmic management, and employee work behavior, while outlining related theoretical foundations such as institutional theory, the technology acceptance model, and social exchange theory. Based on this, a conceptual model is developed that describes how algorithmic management influences employee behavior through mediating variables such as trust, sense of control, and performance incentives. The research suggests that while algorithmic management enhances work efficiency and enables personalized incentives, it may also trigger issues such as excessive monitoring, privacy infringements, and a decline in employee autonomy. Finally, the paper discusses how platform enterprises should balance technological applications with humanistic care in practice, offering theoretical insights and references for future empirical research

    Get PDF
This study employs panel data from 30 Chinese provinces spanning 2011–2022, utilizing the SBM model and GML index to measure agricultural green total factor productivity. It empirically examines the impact mechanism of the digital economy on agricultural green TFP, while also investigating the mediating role of rural revitalization and regional heterogeneity. Findings reveal: First, the digital economy significantly enhances agricultural green TFP, with this conclusion remaining robust after a series of stability tests. Second, mechanism analysis indicates that rural revitalization plays a significant mediating role between the digital economy and agricultural green TFP. Third, heterogeneity analysis reveals pronounced regional variations in the digital economy's promotional effect. It exerts a significant positive impact on green agricultural TFP in western regions, whereas its influence on eastern regions fails to pass significance tests. This reflects that the enabling effects of the digital economy are closely tied to regional development stages and resource endowments. This study provides empirical evidence for deepening understanding of the intrinsic mechanisms through which the digital economy drives green agricultural development and offers policy implications for promoting digital rural construction and high-quality agricultural development tailored to local conditions

    Get PDF
This paper tests that sellers can promote the purchase decision of consumers by using big data analysis to detect the consumer behavior. It uses an experimental research design to collect and analyze data from online experiments with consumers who were interested in buying a product or service, and from various online platforms that provide big data on consumer behavior and purchase decision in marketing. The paper finds that sellers who use big data analysis to detect the consumer behavior and tailor their marketing strategies accordingly can significantly increase the purchase decision of the consumers, and also influence the purchase decision of the consumers differently depending on their demographic and psychographic characteristics, and product preferences. The paper provides useful insights and guidance for sellers who want to leverage big data to improve their marketing strategies and outcomes, and also addresses some of the gaps or limitations in the existing literature on this topic

The Necessary Logic of Multiple Cooperative Governance of Ecological Environment

    Get PDF
For regional ecological environment governance, demonstrating the rationality of its intergovernmental multi-collaboration is crucial for strengthening cross-border cooperation, enhancing holistic ecological security, and promoting high-quality integrated development. Environmental pollution, green total factor productivity, resident health, etc, of 30 provincial-level regions from 2001 to 2020 are explained variables from the perspectives of local government, enterprises, and residents. Spatial econometric models are applied to test the spatial correlation between diverse groups in different regions and ecological environment governance, aiming to obtain empirical evidence for the necessity of diverse groups' participation in intergovernmental ecological environment governance. We primarily find that the explained variables reflecting the core interests of diverse groups are spatially correlated, and ecological environment governance has significant spatial spillover effects on them, reducing surrounding environmental pollution by 3.2542, increasing green total factor productivity of enterprises by 8.5120, and improving resident health by 0.8267. Furthermore, by comparing the regression results under different spatial weight matrices, we provide suggestions for intergovernmental coordination, including implementing a particular consciousness of responsibility for everyone's participation, enhancing the identification and management of externalities in ecological environment governance, and enriching and optimizing tools for the participation of diverse stakeholders

Carbon Information Disclosure of Chinese Automobile Manufacturers: Management Mechanism, Economic Motivation and Transformation Path

    Get PDF
Amid global warming and low-carbon trends, carbon information disclosure (CID) is critical for Chinese automakers’ sustainability. They face management conflicts, weak incentives, and gaps with international standards, especially under the EU’s CBAM. This study analyzes CID’s driving mechanisms, economic logic, and motivations, finding it reduces equity costs but has flaws in content, methods, and alignment. A three-dimensional mechanism (policy, market, capacity) is proposed to boost CID, vital for competitiveness and "dual-carbon" goals

A Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Integrating the Traditional Culture of the 24 Solar Terms into the Kindergarten Curriculum

    Get PDF
As a crystallization of the wisdom of Chinese farming civilization, the 24 solar terms carry the natural philosophy of the unity of man and nature and the aesthetics of life. The current kindergarten curriculum has a superficial tendency to absorb the culture of festivals and seasons: activities focus on single festivals such as the winter solstice and the Qingming Festival, and lack a systematic design throughout the year; urbanization has weakened the children's direct experience of perceiving changes in the weather, and the lack of teaching materials and teachers has further exacerbated the faults in the cultural inheritance. Incorporating festivals into early childhood education is not only a response to the policy direction of traditional cultural revival, but also an inevitable way to cultivate children's natural cognition and humanistic sentiments by observing the awakening of insects in the wake of hibernation and measuring the sunshine at the summer solstice, etc. It is urgent to build a scientific and localized curriculum paradigm

    Get PDF
In response to the specialized teaching reform of the "Situation and Policy" course in private colleges and universities, this study takes the "Automobile Powerhouse" topic as the core issue, delves deeply into the construction of its theoretical system, and strives to innovate teaching practices. Examining the current "Situation and Policy" course in private colleges and universities, it is found that the fragmentation of teaching content is quite prominent, and teaching methods are also rather stereotyped, with students' learning initiative yet to be fully stimulated. Therefore, this research has conceived a specialized transformation plan centered on the "Automobile Powerhouse" theme. The focus lies in building a systematic theoretical framework, breaking through existing teaching methods, and establishing a multi-dimensional assessment system. At the theoretical architecture level, the research integrates multiple knowledge dimensions such as the automotive industry's development, national strategic layout, and innovative technological engines, aiming to achieve a complete and richly connotative teaching framework. In terms of practical innovation, it plans various teaching paths including case studies, project research, and on-site investigations. Ultimately, the research results are evaluated through a set of multi-dimensional and differentiated assessment mechanisms, with the aim of perfecting the closely interlinked reform logic chain of "teaching, learning, assessment, and improvement". Through this reform, the quality and effectiveness of the course teaching are expected to be enhanced, thereby serving the overall goal of talent cultivation
