Gender Dysphoria in Childhood: Relationships between Family Influences and Autism Spectrum Tendencies
Get PDFIn this study, we developed a gender dysphoria scale based on the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 and examined the relationship between childhood gender dysphoria and family influence. Furthermore, Harima (2014) examined the relationship between gender dysphoria and autism spectrum traits, as some individuals with pervasive developmental disorder have confused gender identities and show gender dysphoria. The survey was conducted to 219 subjects, and the questionnaire consisted of (1) gender, (2) age, (3) gender dysphoria scale (as a child and now), (4) family influence scale, and (5) autistic spectrum index test. The subjects were divided into four groups based on their gender dysphoria as children and their current level of gender dysphoria (LL, LH. HL, HH). In four groups, we analyzed the relationships with gender dysphoria and family influence and gender dysphoria and Autism spectrum tendencies. The results showed that 1) perceptions of gender dysphoria in childhood were related to family influences, and 2) there was some relationship between gender dysphoria and autism spectrum tendencies. Regarding the influence of family members, we were only able to identify an overall trend. Positioning of cultural aspects in a class design based on the concept of the generating of music: Using local music as a teaching material
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to clarify the positioning of cultural aspects in a class design based on the concept of the generating of music, using local music as a teaching material. First, we hypothesized the positioning of cultural aspects in a class design based on the concept of the generating of music. Next, we designed and practiced a music−making class for fifth graders of an elementary school, using the musical accompaniment of the Tokushima folk song “Awa Odori Dance” as a teaching material. Then, the class records were analyzed from the viewpoint derived from the hypothesis of the positioning of cultural aspects. Finally, the class records were analyzed from the viewpoint of the characteristics of using local music as a teaching material. As a result of the practice analysis, the hypothesis of the positioning of the cultural aspect was verified through the practice. In addition, it was found that the information on the three cultural aspects presented in the form of [experience] was not situated in parallel, and that it was necessary to devise a positioning of the primary and secondary aspects. In the case of local music, there is a high possibility that the children's experiences and practices will be linked with the information on cultural aspects, and if appropriately presented, the information is likely to promote the children's expressive activities.departmental bulletin pape

A Program to use of the Teleconference System on site at Center for Collaboration in Community Naruto University of Education
Get PDF鳴門教育大学地域連携センターでは，多様な課題への対応や新たな学びを求められている学校現場を支援するため，徳島県教育委員会並びに阿南市教育委員会，美馬市教育委員会と協力し，テレビ会議システム（ICT を利用した研修室）による教員研修を平成２７年度から開始した。その成果として，教員研修の活性化や教員の資質向上を図る上で効果的であることが明確になった。ここでは，その後の活用の実態と課題を報告する。In order to support schools that are required to cope with various issues and learn new things, Naruto University of Education, in collaboration with the Tokushima Prefectural Board of Education, the Anan City Board of Education, and the Mima City Board of Education, started training of teachers in 2015 in the use of the Teleconference System (training room utilizing ICT). As a result, improvements in teacher quality and revitalization of the training of teachers were measured, and it became clear that is was successful. An attempt of quantitative analysis of qualitative data obtained from multisensory educational practice
Get PDF本研究では，多感覚を用いた教育実践の際に，動画記録を用いて，児童・生徒と教員との相互交渉といった定性データを定量データへと変換する試みについて紹介し，手法の有効性や課題について検討することを目的とした。定性データと定量データを可視化することにより，児童・生徒と教員との相互交渉時の状況理解が進み，教育実践における省察に用いることができる可能性を提示した。今後の課題として，教育実践現場での活用事例とその検証が必要であると考えられる。To clarify more precisely the effect of multisensory teaching method on interactions between students and teachers, it might be necessary to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data obtained from some circumstances, such as their conversation, several behaviors, et al. In this study, moving video recordings of the situation of students and teachers in the multisensory educational practice were done, and the recording data were made an attempt to convert from qualitative to quantitative. The present results show that the analysis combined qualitative with quantitative data promote a better understanding of the situation at the time of mutual negotiation between students and teachers. Our data further provide the possibility that the analysis may serve to consider the effectiveness and improvement in the educational practice.departmental bulletin pape
The moon rises in the west : shocking facts of the students of Naruto University of Education
Get PDF初等理科教育論は２年次学生を対象に，物理・化学・生物・地学の４分野の模擬授業とそれに関する現職教員の講義からなる。本年度は，大学院生２２名を２班に，学部生１１１名を８班に分けて実施した。模擬授業は２名から４名が模擬授業を担当し，残りは児童役を担当した。地学分野では，小学校６学年理科の「月の満ち欠け」に関する模擬授業を行った。模擬授業後に，当該分野の中学校入試問題を課した。履修大学院生に現職教員はおらず，他大学卒業生であり，その正答率は１４.３％であった。学部生の正答率は２５.０％であり，１０ポイント高かった。理系コース所属学部生３５名の正答率は２１.４％であり，文系学生よりも成績が悪かった。学部学生の半数は，シドニーの月の満ち欠けが答えられず，月は西から昇ると答えた。The lecture "science education of elementary schools" for the second grade students consists of 5 classes; simulated classes on physics, chemistry, biology and geosciences and lecture class by incumbent elementary school teachers. 22 graduated students who had graduated from other universities and 111 undergraduate students were divided into 2 and 8 groups, respectively, and 10 groups rotated among 5 classes. 2 to 4 students gave simulated lectures and other students played pupils. In geosciences, 10 groups gave simulated classes on the wax and wane, and then all attendants were examined on the examinations for junior high school entrance. The average percentage of correct answers of graduated students scored 14.5% and those of undergraduate did 25.0% showing 10 points higher. The percentage of 35 students in sciences yielded 21.4% showing worse score than those of humanities. Half the students could not answer the wax and wane in Sydney, and believed that the moon rose in the west there.departmental bulletin pape
