Get PDF本研究の目的は，台湾の「振興野球運動総計画」の内容及び台湾の体育・スポーツ政策に関する組織の仕組みの変容を提示した上，日本のスポーツ基本計画との比較を通してそこにみる政治的な意味を明らかにすることである．「振興野球運動総計画」には，学生野球からプロ野球まで全面的に振興することが明示され，この政策の背景には，台湾の国際社会へのアピールであることも掲げられている．さらに日本のスポーツ基本計画との比較から，台湾の野球政策はより政治的意味が反映されたと考えられる．このようなことから，台湾の体育・スポーツ政策の主管機関に変化があったとしても， 野球振興に対しては，一貫した特殊性があると結論づけた．departmental bulletin pape
Exploring the Gaps between the New Play-Based Kindergarten Curriculum and Teachers’ Classroom Practices in Myanmar
Get PDFThis paper aims to explore the gaps between the new play-based kindergarten curriculum introduced by Myanmar's government and the classroom practices of teachers. This study investigates kindergarten teachers' understanding of the new kindergarten curriculum and implementation at the classroom level by using classroom observation and video testing. The results revealed that although the teachers understood the concept and content of the new curriculum, they could not implement it in the classroom due to class size, parents' academic expectations and teachers' mindset. The findings suggest that the government should make sufficient investment in facilities, training for teachers and workshops for parents to implement the policy successfullydepartmental bulletin pape

This article explores what English as a Foreign Language is and how to incorporate critical thinking skills in English as a foreign language classroom. It analyses the current situation of English proficiency and curriculum in Latvia and Japan. It also highlights what English teachers in Japan and Latvia think about critical thinking skills. Transformation of Mathematics Classes through Global Lesson Studies
Get PDFIn this study, based on the Global Lesson Study (GLS) program, a mathematics lesson study was conducted between teachers in Japan and Singapore, with Singapore as the host school. During the GLS process, the childrenʼs ideas̶diff ered greatly between the two countries̶were shared, and the lesson plans were improved to move toward integrated learning, which could not have been conceived during the in-school research discussions in Singapore, and then, the improvements were refl ected in the lessons. The Position of Information Ethics in the Development of Information Literacy and Its Issues
Get PDF本論文はこれまでの情報モラル教育に関する先行研究から，情報モラルの定義，情報モラルの内容，情報モラルの指導，情報モラル指導時の問題，情報モラルの評価について文献研究を試みるものである。本論文では，高等学校共通教科情報における情報モラル教育を取り上げた。本研究の成果として，情報モラルの指導には，人間同士のコミュニケーションに関わる問題が多様化していること，情報技術の進化に伴う教員自身の専門知識が必要であることを明らかにした。また，情報モラルの評価問題の分析から，実習や実践を通した指導，問題の指摘と問題が発生した要因を分析させる力を養う指導の必要性を明らかにした。さらに，GIGAスクール構想の中で情報モラル教育の新たな方向性としてデジタル・シティズンシップ教育が取り上げられている現状を明らかにした。This paper attempts to conduct a literature research on the definition of information ethics, the position of information ethics, the teaching method of information ethics, the contents of information ethics education, and the problems when teaching information ethics from the past information ethics education practices. This paper focuses on information ethics education in the subject of informatics in high school. The results of this study revealed that problems associated with human communication occur in teaching information ethics, and that teachers need to have expertise in information technology. In addition, we analyzed the evaluation problem of information ethics, and clarified the necessity of teaching through practice, and the necessity of cultivating the ability to point out problems and analyze the factors that caused the problems.
