Effects of using e-textbooks in nursing practice
Get PDF2020年度学長裁量経費で、成人看護学実習では１グループに１台、e テキストを搭載したタブレット端末を準備した。延べ17グループが活用することができた。実習中にタイムリーに調べたいことを調べることができることや、検索機能、動画の搭載など実習中の活用は有意義であった。グループで共有していたため、書き込み、しおり、付箋などの機能は活用することは少なかった。授業で指定されているテキストを中心に搭載したが、教材としてのコンテンツの追加についてさらに検討が必要である。GIGA 構想により一人一台のタブレット端末で教育を受けてくる層に対する教育方法としても、e テキストの活用、タブレット端末に教材を搭載することによる教育の活用が今後期待される。departmental bulletin pape
Characteristics of incidents in rehabilitation nursing literature survey on falls
Get PDF疾病・障害から回復過程にある人を対象としたリハビリテーション（以下リハ）看護領域の安全管理教育を支援する教材を作成するための事前調査として、インシデントに関する文献調査を行った。調査は、キーワード「リハ」「インシデント」等により検索した文献の中で、取り上げられたテーマや内容をもとに、リハ医療領域の中で起こりやすいインシデント内容を確認し、インシデントに関する文献の記述内容を整理した。その整理した内容をもとに安全管理教材作成への示唆を得ることとした。
その結果、リハ医療領域では転倒に関する記述が最も多く、その時の状況、特徴、要因、対策について記載されていることを確認した。転倒対策としては、転倒アセスメントツールによるリスクの明確化、患者のリスクを考慮した個別的介入、多職種チームによる介入の実施を明らかにしていた。リハ医療は患者の回復が目的であるため、行動・活動を妨げず、傷害を予防するといった活動による転倒リスクの軽減と安全な活動を両立させるために、さまざまな事象が起こりうる状況の中でも双方の目的が達成できるための対応力を育成する必要性と教材開発の視点が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Exploratory Research on the Perception of College Students in Early Childhood Education for Childrenʼs Expressions
Get PDF保育・幼児教育における子どもの表現活動やその姿・実態に関しては、保育者や研究者の様々な視点から語られることが多い一方、保育者養成校等に在籍する学生が子どもの「表現」をどのように捉え、理解しているかを焦点とした研究蓄積は未だ多くない。本研究は、保育者養成段階の学生が子どもの「表現」をどのように捉えているのかを明らかにするための基礎研究として、「表現」という言葉から想起する子どもの姿、及び子どもの「表現」に対する保育者の援助について、学生の記述のカテゴリー生成及び分析を行った。分析の結果、カテゴリー間の有意差や傾向が明らかとなり、学生の学修意識や実態に関する継続的研究への示唆が得られた。departmental bulletin pape
Effect of combined ethanol and heat treatment on lipoxygenase activity and browning in soybean flour.
Get PDFWe examined how a combination of ethanol and heat treatment affects lipoxygenase-1 and lipoxygenase-2 activities and browning index in soybean flour. Lipoxygenase-1 and lipoxygenase-2 activities in soybean flour did not decrease during heating at 120 ℃ for 10 min with not ethanol. However, lipoxygenase activities and the level of n-hexanal decreased with increasing ethanol concentration under the combinational effects of ethanol and heat treatment. The composition of the soluble protein fraction in soybean flour was analyzed using sodium dodecyl-sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. A band corresponding to lipoxygenase was observed in the all samples, and the intensity of this band decreased with increasing ethanol concentrations under heating. The decrease in lipoxygenase activity might be caused by the insolubilization of lipoxygenase, owing to the denaturation of proteins under heating. Color index and browning index in soybean flour changed with heat treatment. However, browning index in soybean flour was no difference between difference ethanol concentrations under the heat treatment. In conclusion, the proposed method is capable of decreasing the lipoxygenase activities and inhibiting browning of soybean flour.departmental bulletin pape
Changes in self-efficacy and achievement motivation before and after basic nursing practice for nursing college students
Get PDF本調査の目的は基礎看護学実習前・後の自己効力感と達成動機を調査し、その変化を明らかにすることである。A 大学看護学部１年次基礎看護学実習Ⅰの履修学生を対象に、2021年２月24日～３月20日の期間にGSE のGoogle Forms を用いて質問紙調査を行った。質問項目には各23項目で構成された特性的自己効力感および達成動機測定尺度を用いた。回答が得られた66名（有効回答率74.2％）を分析対象とした結果、実習前に比べ実習後の特性的自己効力感は、上昇傾向が認められたが、達成動機は有意差が認められなかった。特性的自己効力感の下位項目「18．人の集まりの中では、上手く振る舞えない」、自己充実的達成動機の下位項目「1．いつも何か目標を持っていたい」「3．決められた仕事の中でも個性をいかしてやりたい」「6．ちょっとした工夫をすることが好きだ」、競争的達成動機の下位項目「2．ものごとは他の人よりうまくやりたい」で有意差が認められた。departmental bulletin pape
