A Conditioning Awareness Survey Involving the Audience of a Women's Soccer Match
Get PDFWe set up a food education booth, and provided information regarding health and diet at the venue of a women's soccer league match. Our poster mainly demonstrated the importance of healthy meals, exercise, and rest, the significance of maintaining a healthy weight, and health problems that may occur due to an insufficient energy intake. We also conducted a questionnaire survey on conditioning, involving the audience. Among the 58 included for analysis, the largest age group was 40-49（ 27.6%）, and then 50-59（ 25.9％）. There were 33 males and 25 females. For , more than 70% of both sexes answered . For , 72.7 and 80.0%, respectively, answered , while 3.0 and 8.0%, respectively, answered . For 60.6 and 72.0%, respectively, answered , while 9.1 and 16.0%, respectively, answered .
Among males, the most common frequency of measuring the weight was （30.3%）, and then and （21.2% in both cases）. Among females, was the most common frequency （32.0%）, followed by （28.0%） and （24.0%）. Some of the respondents' free descriptions revealed their desires related to weight control, such as and , indicating the necessity of providing more specific information in future food education.
We will continue our food education activities that seem to be effective, enabling people, including those visiting the venue for different purposes, such as the audience of a soccer match involved in the present study, to access health information.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Perceptions of What Students want Teacher's Instruction When Student Learning has Stagnate on Clinical Nursing Practicum.
Get PDF〔目的〕本研究の目的は、 看護学臨地実習で学習が停滞し前に進めなくなった学生が指導する教師に望むことを捉え、学習停滞時の指導について示唆を得ることである。
〔方法〕全国の看護師教育機関315校の３年次生251名から回答のあった「学習停滞時に指導する教師に望むこと」の問いに対する自由回答の記述文109を分析対象として質的帰納的に分析した。
〔結果〕学生が指導する教師に望んでいることは、【学生の話を十分に聞いてありのままに受け止める】【教師の考えで一方的に話を進めない】【学生が話しやすい雰囲気を作る】【学生を区別しないで平等に関わる】などの８つのカテゴリーから構成されていた。
〔考察〕学生は、教師の一方的なアプローチでなく、学生の思いを重視して学生と一緒に考えることや病棟との連携を良くし学生の味方でいること、平等に接することなどを指導する教師に望んでおり、学生を主体とした指導がなされることを求めていると考えられた。departmental bulletin pape
An overview of ethnography in recent nursing research
Get PDFエスノグラフィーは質的研究の一つとして広く知られており、看護研究においても、エスノグラフィーを用いた論文を目にすることも多い。本稿では、近年のエスノグラフィーを用いた看護研究について概観した。系統的な検索には至らなかったが、「エスノグラフィー and 看護」をキーワードとし、医中誌Web とCINAHL Plus with Full Text を用いて、過去３年間に発行された原著論文のうち、本文が容易に入手可能であるもので、臨床現場またはそれに近い環境下で実施されたもの、あるいは看護への示唆が具体的であった文献23本（国内文献11本、海外文献12本）を選択した。病院や地域をフィールドとした研究は13本、インタビューのみ、または記事からデータ収集した研究が６本、臨床の多職種連携における看護学生らの学習に関する研究が２本、研究者自身が研究対象者になった研究は海外文献に２本存在した。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本研究の目的は、終末期高齢患者と介護者の妻が在宅療養中に自死された事例における訪問看護を振り返り、高齢者の心理的特徴と看護の課題を明らかにすることである。家族エンパワーメントモデルを用いて、事例のアセスメントと看護実践について振り返りを行った。その結果、『妻は元看護師であり終末期の過程を受け入れている』とアセスメントにバイアスが生じたことで妻の情緒的変化を適切にアセスメントできていなかった。また、家族システム、家族内コミュニケーションへの介入が不十分であったことが明らかになった。高齢者は身近に死を感じていること、自分が生き続けることで他者の利益を脅かす存在として自分を位置づけるなど高齢者の心理的特徴を踏まえたアセスメントが重要であると考える。また、主介護者が高齢の配偶者である場合、主介護者以外の家族をもキーパーソンと位置づけ、役割の自覚を持てるように介入する必要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
A study of picture book use in nursery school dietary education plans
Get PDFI conducted a questionnaire survey on dietary education among nursery schools and asked them to voluntary submit their dietary education plan. One-hundred-seventy-seven Tokyo nursery schools participated in this study. The effective recovery rate was 27.3%.
The results showed that the majority of nursery schools use a picture book presentation combined with reading aloud as an instructional method (86.0%). Furthermore, 44 out of 177 nursery schools reported using picture books and picture-story shows in nursery schools’ dietary education plans. And nine nursery schools provided the titles of picture books and picture-story shows. A variety of purposes were recorded for the use of picture books and picture-story shows in their dietary education plans.departmental bulletin pape

人類は長い間、多くの感染症に悩まされてきた。ワクチンの開発は、イギリスのエドワード・ジェンナーの「種痘」から始まり、現在はインフルエンザワクチン、ポリオワクチンをはじめ多くのワクチンが開発されている。本稿では、そのワクチン開発の歴史、また現在、世界中に蔓延している新型コロナウイルス感染症に対するワクチン（主にmRNA）の開発についてまとめた。
mRNA ワクチンは、新型コロナ感染症が流行してすぐに開発できたように考えられがちであるが、その開発には免疫・生化学に携わる多くの研究者たちの30年の研究成果の蓄積がなければ完成していなかったはずである。今回のmRNA ワクチン開発の教訓は他の感染症にも応用できる可能性がある。今後も医学的基礎研究をさらに向上させ、感染症の流行に対処することが、重要である。departmental bulletin pape
A study of Vegan Awareness among Students in Dietitian Training School
Get PDFAn online survey created using Google Forms was conducted on 321 college students at the Dietitian Training Institution. The students, ranging from freshmen to seniors, were asked whether or not they had knowledge or interest in vegan and if they had ever tried vegan food. Of these, 136 students responded to the survey（response rate of 42.4%）.
Of the students who were responded to the survey, 100% of them had heard the term vegetarian, and 79.4% had heard the term vegan. But only 2.9% had accurate knowledge of what a vegan was, and only 8.1% had ever tried vegan food.
In addition, only 31.6% of the students said they were interested in a vegan diet, and 51.5% said they were “not confident in providing nutritional guidance to vegans after college” and 46.3% answered “not sure.”

Next, in modern civilian society beauty technology exists for bourgeoisie and middle class by the Industrial Revolution. It calls Beauty 2.0. The time of mass production and mass consumption brings popular trend in fashion and beauty, and frequently change of trends. Trends are made and spread by mass media, at first movie, the second TV, and the last internet. Beauty 3.0 is the time of organizational and authentic scientific study of beauty technology, which started at the mid20th century. At the beginning of 21st century beauty trends and values have been clustering caused by mobile network, represented by smartphone. Everyone can become creator and creation’s spreader. Now we are both sender and receiver of beauty trend, and both creator and user of beauty. It is Beauty 4.0. At the same time space development has accelerating. In 2021 space travel has begun to get closer, the price will surely down and space life will take us on reality in the near future. Beauty 5.0 is beauty of space life. In 2021 Space Cosmetology Organization （SCO） has established in Tokyo, probably the first organization in the world. In autumn 2022 SCO and beauty companies started to research and develop beauty items, beauty services and beauty methods necessary for space life. Beauty 6.0 is another new human’s beauty culture. Another new human can appear in several ways. For example, transhuman（ homo machinalius）, human made by biotechnology, by evolution while homo sapience changed generations in space life, and born between homo sapiens and aliens.
