Analisis Program Adiwiyata Dalam Menanamkan Sikap Peduli Lingkungan di Sekolah Dasar
This research is a descriptive research method with the aim of describing the analysis of the Adiwiyata program to instill an attitude of caring for the environment in elementary schools. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. The instruments used in this research were an interview guideline, an interview guide for school principals, teachers and students. In testing the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation. The subjects in this research were school principals, students and teachers. From the data obtained by researchers, the Adiwiyata program to instill an attitude of caring for the environment in elementary schools is considered good. Judging from the lack of waste, tree planting, air and electricity use. And the disadvantages are the lack of parking space, the narrow school environment. It needs to be removed from environmental concerns, a challenge that must be faced as a responsibility of the school community. Teachers must be able to provide students with an understanding of caring about the school environment and at home so that students can get used to good habits.

Strategi Pengelolaan Sekolah Berbasis Industri dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing dan Kualitas Pendidikan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan sekolah berbasis industri dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Negeri 6 Balikpapan. Dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0, sekolah kejuruan diharuskan untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei untuk menggambarkan fenomena aktual yang terjadi di sekolah terkait pengelolaan berbasis industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMK Negeri 6 Balikpapan telah berhasil menerapkan berbagai strategi yang mencakup peningkatan kompetensi guru, optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya, dan pengembangan fasilitas yang sesuai standar industri. Implementasi teaching factory dan kemitraan dengan industri juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan sekolah berbasis industri di SMK Negeri 6 Balikpapan berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lulusan yang siap bersaing di tingkat nasional dan internasional
The Needs of Teaching English Using Brain-Based Learning in 21st Century Era
Background: In the context of 21st-century learning, effective engagement of students and accommodation of many learning styles depend on brain-based learning (BBL). This approach improves understanding, memory, and adaptability by matching instruction with cognitive science and educational needs. Therefore, BBL emphasizes matching teaching approaches to how the brain processes and remembers information, which improves language acquisition, as teaching English entails employing tactics that address cognitive skills such as memory, attention, and motivation. Methodology: This quantitative study involved 50 English teachers in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, aim to reveal the teachers’ needs to teach English using BBL in this 21st-century era. The instrument of data collection was a questionnaire designed using the 5-Likert Scale that was interpreted using mean scores for each statement.Findings: The finding of this study revealed teachers need BBL in applying teaching scenarios, as well as the BBL represents Project-Based learning supported by audiovisual and critical thinking integration during the learning process. All those components are fitted with the characteristics of the balance of the right and left-brain sides.Conclusion: It is deemed essential since it directly affects the instructors' ability to effectively nurture student engagement and achievement, and the teachers should be consulted regarding the need for BBL. Incorporating educators into this conversation also guarantees that the tactics used are realistic and adapted to actual classroom situations. The knowledge and expertise of educators are crucial for improving brain-based learning strategies.Originality: This study can be a pioneer in exploring more opportunities for the needs of BBL and its relationship with learning success. Moreover, knowing brain balance contributes to a more inclusive and effective learning environment by accommodating different learning styles and boosting overall student well-being and academic achievement
Optimalisasi Branding dan Rebranding dalam Meningkatkan Reputasi Lembaga Pendidikan
Pendidikan merupakan salah satu indikator utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam menempuh jenjang pendidikan, diperlukan strategi manajemen yang efektif. Lembaga pendidikan formal perlu menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik dengan menampilkan citra yang kredibel dan menarik melalui proses branding dan rebranding. Proses branding dan rebranding harus dilakukan melalui kajian dan penelitian yang memperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar lembaga pendidikan serta aspek muatan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan fokus systematic review. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa melalui penelitian yang cermat, perencanaan yang matang, dan implementasi yang efektif, branding dan rebranding dapat membantu merek tetap relevan, menarik audiens baru, dan memperkuat posisinya di pasar

Sektor Pertanian memegang peranan penting yang sangat penting terutama dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia khususnya di Kelurahan Makroman . Tujuan dari kunjungan keUsaha UMKM Tahu dikelurahan Makroman ini adalah untuk mwndeskripsikan pengelolaan usaha, menganalisis situasi dan kondisi Internal dan Eksternal, serta melakukan analisis SWOT strategi pengelolaan usaha produksi tahu pada usaha keluarga di Kelurahan Makroman.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung. Usaha pabrik tahu ini merupakan Usaha Keluarga dengan Bidang Usaha menegelola Kacang Kedelai menjadi sebuah Tahu. Usaha Keluarga ini memiliki fungsi bisnis yaitu Marketing,Acounting,Prduction, dan Sumber daya manusia.Hasil wawancara ini menunjukkan bahwa permintaan pasar akan tahu melebihi kapasitas, namun industry ini mengalami tantangan berupa ketidakstabilan bahan baku sehingga seharusnya usaha ini mengingkatlkan kapasitas untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan pasaz dengan strategi cost leadership,differentiation,dan backward integration
PENGARUH GAYA MENGAJAR GURU TERHADAP SELF-EFFICACY PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V
In the process of learning, several indicators affect self-efficacy in the learning process namely the concept of teaching, kinds of teaching, types of teaching styles, and variations in teacher teaching styles. Self-efficacy is to measure success in the implementation of learning. Self-efficacy is influenced by several indicators, such as factors that influence self-efficacy and self-efficacy classification. The purpose of this study is to find out if there was an influence of teacher teaching style on self-efficacy in students grade V at SDN 006 Samarida Ulu academic year 2022/2023. The techniques sampling used was saturated sampling techniques. The subjects were 66 students. Data collection techniques was obtained by spreading the questionnaire and retrieving documentation. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis using IBM SPSS 21. The hypothetical test results concluded that the result of the meaningful test was obtained by 8,463 > by 3.99, so it could be concluded that there was an influence on the teacher teaching style variable (X) towards self-efficacy (Y) was Ha. The effect was determined by a correlation coefficient of r2 determination of 0.116 or 11.6%.Dalam proses pembelajaran, ada beberapa indikator yang mempengaruhi efikasi diri dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu konsep mengajar, jenis pengajaran, jenis gaya mengajar, dan variasi gaya mengajar guru. Efikasi diri untuk mengukur keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Efikasi diri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa indikator seperti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efikasi diri dan klasifikasi efikasi diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya mengajar guru terhadap self efikasi diri siswa kelas V SDN 006 Samarida Ulu tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 66 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan mengambil dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 21. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa hasil uji kebermaknaan f_hitung diperoleh sebesar 8,463 > f_tabel sebesar 3,99, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel gaya mengajar guru (X) terhadap efikasi diri (Y) adalah Ha . Pengaruh tersebut ditentukan oleh koefisien korelasi determinasi r2 sebesar 0,116 atau 11,6%

Early childhood education is the beginning of formal education for children and the role of teachers here is vital in educating the lives of the nation's children. Obviously, expertise, professionalism, and good character are needed by a teacher. This research's background is that the work discipline level for ECE teachers in Tahunan District is still low. Teachers often leave the classroom while the learning process is ongoing, there are many teacher interns in short periods of time, there is still a lack of love for doing this job, and there are not many references regarding the variable of teacher loyalty at the ECE level. A teacher's loyalty can be identified from various factors, both internal and external. Loyalty means respecting and loving everything without coercion. From the existing problems, the researcher aims to identify the influence of teachers’ work discipline on their loyalty towards the ECE institutions in Tahunan District. The research method used is a quantitative survey research method with random sampling techniques. The results of research on 155 ECE teacher respondents in Tahunan District showed that the work discipline of PAUD teachers is very high is 67%. The same with their discipline, their loyalty is also very high is 64%. The analysis results used were with the help of IBM SPSS 25, Chi-Square calculation results with sig value results. (2-tailed) is 0.000. From these calculations, it can be concluded that there is indeed an influence of teacher work discipline on loyalty to ECE institutions in Tahunan District
Gamified Learning: Evaluating the Impact of Duolingo on Language Retention and Academic Performance in Secondary School Students
The study investigates the relationship between Duolingo usage language learning retention, and academic achievements among high school students. Duolingo, it is known for its user-friendly interface and gamified learning approach, has acquired popularity in the field of language instruction. The major goal of this study is to determine if Duolingo usage improves academic achievement and language retention in secondary school students. This study lasted four months and involved 40 students from SMA Istiqamah Muhammadiyah Samarinda. The collection of data includes Duolingo achievement assessments and questionnaires indicated to assess patterns of Duolingo usage, language retention, and app satisfaction. Statistical analysis, specifically the Pearson correlation coefficient, was employed to assess the level and course of the correlation between Duolingo use and language learning results. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between the use of Duolingo and the retention of language learning, as well as an improvement in academic achievements. The results suggest that integrating Duolingo into the language learning curriculum is beneficial for students, enhancing both their engagement and learning outcomes. Furthermore, the study highlights the need for further research to explore the specific mechanisms through which Duolingo impacts language learning and to expand the findings to larger and more diverse student populations. This research contributes valuable insights for educators and policymakers seeking to incorporate digital learning tools into language education and underscores the potential of Duolingo as an effective supplementary resource for language learning in secondary schools
Evaluating the Educational Impact of Digital Storytelling through Student Perceptions
Digital storytelling can strengthen relations between participants (N. G. Davey & Benjaminsen, 2021; N. Davey & Moulton, 2020). This research intends to connect people around the world to build networking and collaboration to create stories but for the first step, the focus is intended to cooperate with students in the classroom to write a story together by combining ideas and creativity. Reading, writing, and sharing are the main activities conducted by participants. It is the participant’s turn to read the previous paragraph, add another paragraph, and share it with the other participant. Since this research was intended to find out how students/participants’ perceptions of experiencing digital storytelling, a quantitative approach was employed as the research design. Using digital storytelling to engage students in meaningful learning experiences is a useful strategy. It develops teamwork, creativity, and writing abilities. Students find the storytelling process more engaging and enjoyable when technology is used to improve it. The study''s conclusions show that students view digital storytelling favorably because it inspires them to use their imaginations, work with others, and become better writer
Balinese Language and Local Identity in a Multicultural Context; Issues, Challenges, and Preservation Efforts: Bahasa dan Identitas Lokal Bali dalam Konteks Multikultural; Isu, Tantangan, dan Upaya Pelestariannya
This research aims to present the issues, challenges and opportunities of Balinese regional languages in the context of multicultural society and culture. In the current context, the Balinese language is experiencing a decline in interest and use in daily life which is being eroded by the use of Indonesian and English by the people. The great influence of multiculturalism is detected in this context. This is proven by the proliferation of international standard Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High Schools, where these schools present and promise English as the language of instruction. The narrative literature review method is used as empirical data to support arguments. Some of the issues facing the Balinese language currently and in the future include the code mixing habits of parents in Bali, the proliferation of international schools, and the position of the Balinese language in the Indonesian curriculum. These issues refer to several challenges faced by the existence of the Balinese language, namely the shift in the identity of the younger generation, changes in the educational curriculum, and the shift in the function of regional languages. Several efforts have been made by various parties in order to preserve the Balinese language in the context of a multicultural society. Steps that should be taken as preservation tips in the future are packaging the language with local culture, stabilizing diglossia, using Balinese as an introductory subject, training and community development, as well as linguistic research for documentation. With this research, it is hoped that the Balinese people will pay more attention to and preserve the Balinese language. Research related to Balinese is still limited. It is hoped that this paper will be able to contribute to literature studies for parties interested in researching the Balinese language further
