    In this study, an information system was created to remind users of the length of sitting time to avoid the risk of health problems due to sitting too long. The device is designed and made in two parts, sitting cushion and application on the smartphone. In the seat cushion the limit switch sensor is placed to detect the sitting position and temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the bearing as an indicator of the long sitting. The data detected by the sensor will be sent to the microcontroller and prepared to be sent to the smart phone. The data to be displayed using an android application with Bluetooth communication. Display on the smartphone in human body posture accordance to user's sitting position. There are three body positions, namely the normal position, tilt to the left and tilt to the right. If the body position is tilted, then the smartphone will give an alarm warning to restore the sitting position to the normal position. The bearing temperature detection results will be displayed in the form of numbers with a green background as the indicator of the temperature is still normal, yellow if the bearing temperature rises and red if the temperature has exceeded the permitted normal limit. This means the user has been sitting too long and must stand or rest for a while. To remind the user to stand up, the smartphone will also give a warning by turning on the alarm

    Indonesia is commonly known as a tropical country that is rich in biodiversity of flora and fauna which has fertile land and abundant natural products, especially in agriculture. Water is one of the most important elements in agriculture, particularly in rice fields. Normally the water source is coming from lakes, reservoirs, rivers, and from other water sources through waterways to rice fields. These water channels sometimes do not work properly because the sluices that opened manually are not fully open or partly open only so it makes water is not properly channeled to the rice fields. As a result, the farmers' harvest becomes a little, even experiencing crop failure. The automatic sluice control system on the rice field irrigation is a system that will control the paddy irrigation sluice in flowing water according to the conditions of the rice fields. This system uses an ultrasonic sensor to measure the water level in the field. Then the servo motor will move the sluice to open or close according to the readings of the water level from the sensor. Then the SIM800L GSM Module will send an SMS notification that the rice fields are lacking in water and the fields have been filled with water

    This research designs and makes low-cost portable devices to monitor risk patients losing their balance such as vertigo patients and cause dizziness, fall or not. This tool can determine the patient condition and send information in SMS notification and telephone calls to the patient's family. This tool uses ATmega 328 (Arduino Uno) and tilt sensor HMC5883L (accelerometer) GY-273 as the patient's body tilt detector and GSM SIM800L module for sending SMS notifications and phone calls for remote information while for short range notifications used LEDs and Buzzers. The position detection of vertigo patients works by reading the slope of the patient's body with a tilt sensor (accelerometer) and if the patient's position is no longer robust or unbalanced, then this condition trigger the GSM SIM800L module activate phone calls. When the patient falls and presses the push button, this condition ask the GSM SIM800L module sending SMS notifications. The results of testing performed on the device in detecting falls as much as 30 times, obtained the value of the sensitivity of dizziness activity by 87% and the value of sensitivity on activity fell by 90%. The system requires an average of 8 seconds after the activity falls to send SMS notifications to users of telephone numbers, and also requires an average of 5 to 6 seconds after dizziness to make phone calls to users of telephone numbers.     Modernization is indeed very influential in the lives of people today, with the existence of this modern era, everything is always related to technology. The place is far enough and to find out the condition of the excess current makes the PLN officials also have difficulty because there is no monitoring tool from the situation. From the description above, the author found the idea to make a Simulation System for Monitoring Overcurrent Systems in the PLN Phase One Phase Using a Microcontroller-Based Web. The tool uses the Arduino Mega microcontroller coupled with ACS712 Flow sensors, and Ethernet Shield Modules. The way this tool works is to detect the electric current that enters the Input from the electrical equipment load on the ACS712 sensor. In testing the author only uses 3 pieces of light as a burden to determine the state of excess current. If you use 1 load, the current that is read is 0.44A with a 100 Watt lamp power. And if the load is added by 1 load with 75 Watt of light power, the current that is read becomes 0.77A. Then the load is added with 1 lamp with a power of 60 Watt, then the current becomes 1.05A with the result at all three drop loads

    Many innovations that have been implemented by catfish breeders, where catfish are of a distinctive taste and make it a very popular thing in catfish lovers. Many farmers compete to get great seeds and are capable of producing good development and fast. This tool designer creates a tool that can be used by catfish farmer through a prototype in order to read and control the level of turbidity and automatic feeder. The level of turbidity is very important for catfish growth, where the level turbidity can band catfish growth. This tool is supported by supporting devices such as turbine sensors, ultrasonic sensors, RTC DS1307, servo motors and Atmega328 microcontrollers. The Turbinity sensor is used to measure the level of water that is going to go out from the fishpond. Furthermore, this research is also facilitated by an automatic feeder that will run according to the time that has been set by a farmer. When the feeding time is comming the servo motor will open the feed valve for a while based on food requirements time. Beside that the automatic feeder is also facilited by ultrasonic sensors that can be used for monitoring the availability of feeds when the feed in minimum the level will be active the buzzer or beeb

    Generally, scales on the market still use manual models which often produce a measurement with the inappropriate result because of the accuracy problem or still have trouble with the level of precision. Furthermore, other measuring instruments are also only pendulum balances or analog scales whose output measurement results are only indicated by the pointer. The results of reading each person have different measurement results. In addition to requiring energy and a long time, the manual weighing process also has a negative impact that can harm consumers where the trader in the market usually cheats in trading. To address this problem, a digital rice weighing device is designed that is controlled by Arduino Uno by using a load cell sensor that having a capacity of 10kg (1/2 - 2.5 liters) which provides a change of resistance when there is a pressure. Changes in resistance can change the output voltage of a load cell. The voltage change that is too small so it is amplified using the HX711 and will convert it to digital in units of weight per liter. The level heavy of rice is calculated at prices corresponding to rice selected through pushbutton. The calculation results are displayed on the LCD if the rice is not enough 1 liter so the price and weight will not be displayed on the LCD. The output sound of Mini Df will mention the price based on the type of rice

    Utilization of microcontroller especially MCS-51 family has been widely implemented in various applications, such as control and telecommunications applications. One of them is the phase shifting array antenna in the telecommunication field. The Array Antenna was designed from some of dipole antenna.  Each element at dipole antenna has a different phase and can be controlled electronically. The phase shifting was done using AT89S51 microcontroller that functioned as an electronic switch on the transmission cable connection. The phase of the array antenna will be moved without moving the structure of the array antenna itself, so that the direction of radiation pattern can be changed in accordance with the phase shifting between the antenna elements

    Generally, in existing dams facilitated by sluice are used to control the amount of water on that dam. This sluice is controlled by a human that has a duty to maintain the stability of the water on that dams or not to be more than existing limitation. Therefore the doorman clerk must be ready at all times and it is impossible for him to do it over time.  The water gate drain human energy when open and then close it again. This tool is using as a replacement for human power. By the statement improved advanced technology development taht combines Android with Bluetooth-based Atmega 328 microcontroller instruments. This remote sluice control works automatically. The Ping sensor measures the level of the water and sluice, after that the recorded data will be processed by microcontroller and send it into the Android through Bluetooth. Besides that, the Android data that consist of water level and sluice will be captured on the LCD screen. On the other hand, the Beeb voice that getting from a buzzer will active when the level of the water sign exceeds 3 cm. In this research, Android is used as a  monitoring tool and control system remotely. Furthermore,  this tool also uses a DC motor in order to open and close sluice, so it makes the water gate capable to be closed and opened based on expected distance. This system hopefully can automatically open the water gate if the water level higher than a limit position by using an android control system based on operator expectation. That way there is no human power needed to open the water gate. In other words, effectiveness and efficiency will occur

    VoIP ( Voice over Internet Protocol ) is a technology used for communication in the form of IP based voice media over long distances. The concept of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) in this paper makes a client that is on the public network can be connected to a LAN network. To use the VoIP server in the Linux operating system Trixbox,  whereas for the VPN server using ClearOS and X-lite is used as a softphone to make calls to the client. Of testing at 64kbps bandwidth using the G711 codec produces value performance (delay, jitter, and packet loss ) is not good, so that voice data delivered is less clear. Thus the choice of bandwidth for the G.711 codec 512kbps up is the best solution to get the value of the performance (delay, jitter, and packet loss) better . And a choice of 3 Greed (low, medium, high) on setting bandwidth, high is the best option. Because it can produce the best performance for VoIP VPN technology
