Many parking area still use manual system such as ticketing, parking position, etc. Nowadays, this system can be control easier using microcontroller. In this control system, infra red and photodiode are used to inform when car come and out to parking area. Another sensor, ultrasonic, is used to help driver to park the car safely. Alarm will warn the driver if the position of the car broke the limitation of safety range to park. This technology has many disadvantages for example difficulty in maintenance and repair, display only to lamp without counter and no control for delay in normal hours or rush hours. These can be cause traffic jam and accident. To solve this problem, traffic light system is completed by digital system and buzzer using microcontroller AT89C51. The final goal of restoration is image improvement. In general, restoration to degradation modeling and implementation of invers process to get real image. Hopefield method in neural network restoration of image is done by parameters approximation in neural network modeling and reconstruction of degradation image to get real image. In this paper, this method is used image restoration which combines with Gaussian Blur, Uniform Blur and Gaussian Noise. The restoration process using this method take place really fast and suitable to defects restoration of recorder device which recognize the cause of defects and high process speed is needed

Loads of electricity utility consists of linear loads and non linear loads. The non linear loads for example TV, personal computer, VCD player, microwave and fluorescent lamp using electronics ballast. Loads with non linear characteristics become harmonic current source to electricity utility. Condition prediction used statistic linear comparison based on load power to THDi (Distortion of Harmonic Current). Measurement result using power quality analyzer and etap 4.0 (Fluke 43B) find typical THDi. This paper discusses artificial neural network to controlling frequency and voltage generator using control system based – on diagonal recurrent neural network. Reference model for purpose controlling generator frequency and voltage i.e. at settling time 50 Hz and 380 V (line-to line) respectively. Observation shows that control system based-on diagonal recurrent neural network has good performance in the case of controlling frequency and voltage of plant generator
