Out put t his sensor will be proses by controller and controller  give relay instruction to solenoid valve. If the water lack of the level, Controller will be active the valve antil the reservoir full,  if the writer want the perfect equipment, the writer add the controller open close automatic valve. That worck is based on the distance of people to valve.  If the  distance of people  near to valve, so the  valve will open it self.     Motion estimation is a process to determine the movement of an object on video sequential. The movement of objects is known as motion vector. A motion vector indicates a shift point between the current frame with the reference frame. Of motion vector is obtained, it would seem that the movement of the dots between the observed frame. In this study using the algorithm block maching SAD (Sum of Absolute Different), the search process is done per pixel. To determine the quality of the movement of objects in each frame interpolation is obtained by calculating the PSNR value. PSNR values range from 35 to 40 dB. From the research conducted using the 90 frame interpolation obtained PSNR value decreases.   &nbsp

    Payung Sekaki district is one of the area in Solok Region that needs the development of electricity network.  To support its development plan, the real condition of Payung Sekaki district should be known. The mapping method is one of the way to know the already implemented electricity area.Based on the mapping result, it is known that the electricity network of SUTM 20 kV at Payung Sekaki district has been implemented in Sikrukam area and Supayang area and not yet in Aie Luo area. The estimation method of electricity needs at Payung Sekaki district is motivated to get information on its development based on economic and population growth. Data processing results using SPSS show that the eletricity needs at Payung Sekaki district from 2013 to 2014 will dramatically increase followed by the increasing of economic growth in spite of population growth is still remain the same

    This research is aim to : (1) Describe how Manifold  Absolute Pressure (MAP) works at  low, middle and high level rotation machine; (2) Knowing Levels of Exhaust Emission Content at  low, middle and high level rotation machine. Experiment method was used for this research. EFI engine which is using  MAP has been analyzed. Scan tool used to observe MAP performance and  Four Gas Analyzer to detect and measure Exhaust Emission Content. From experiment found that increasing the spin machine will result in a decrease vacuum of the intake manifold. At low level rotation (750 rpm) the average of air vacuum through the MAP is 29.00 Kpa, the middle level (2000 rpm) is 26.67 Kpa, and at high speed level (5000 rpm) is 27 , 33 Kpa

    Real-time system works in a limited period of time in accordance with the deadline time given. The success of a real time system performance is determined by several time components such as release time, processing time and time deadlines. Problems arise when the processing time is not enough due to the delay factor deadline or other factors, while the deadline time has come and the process had to be stopped. When the process is stopped, the results obtained have not been enough to be used as the end result of data systems fail to meet the given time constraint. There are several ways to overcome this, one is to perform preprocessing before the end of the process is done. In the sequential preprocessing system multioperand summation of the operand-operand which can be summed sort operand-operand which has significant influence on the results done first. When the process had to be stopped due to a deadline is coming then the accuracy of the results produced may be used as the final result. This study utilized the method as a preprocessing ascend in sorting systems to sort operand-operand values to be summed from largest to smallest. The results show the accuracy of the rate of change of the summation process in accordance with the needs of real-time system when the process had to be stopped before the end

    This research is aim to describe how student use the internet in campus Automotive Engineering Department Padang State University at 2012. Descriptive Research Method was used for this research. Questionnaire was made to obtain the data. Its Questions are about the knowledge of internet facilities and use of the Internet by college students on campus. Questionnaire distributed to 138 respondents. From questionnaire data founded that 84% respondents using campus wifi hotspot for more than two days a week. About 99% of them use the internet to seek learning material to improve academic and technical knowledge. But, unfortunately Academic Information System are still not fully utilized.       The hand phone provides an easy to communicate in domestic calls or international calls. The radiation pattern of yagi antenna leads to one direction. Therefore, this antenna is selected for   signal amplifier in global system of mobile communication. The design of 14 element yagi antenna which applied for signal amplification in the cell phones was conducted in this study. The design was done manually without computer software. The antenna was created using an aluminum pipe in 3/8 inch diameter for element and an aluminum beam for boom. The result showed that the operating frequency between the designed antenna and manufactured antenna are the same i.e. 947 MHz. The bandwidth of yagi antenna is 9 MHz. Moreover, the antenna gain which measured in folded antenna transmitter and BTS transmitter are 16 dB and 12 dB respectively. That result is caused differences in distance at the measurement time.
