CLIENT’S PREFERENCES FOR A MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE LOAN PRODUCTS: A CONJOINT ANALYSIS
The study used a descriptive research design through conjoint analysis to examine clients' preferences for loan products offered by a multi-purpose cooperative in Compostela, Davao de Oro. A fractional factorial design was applied to identify the optimal combination of loan attributes. The sample included 230 banana workers selected through stratified random sampling, who responded to 19-item plan cards developed from Key Informant Interviews (KII). The results revealed that clients prefer five key loan product attributes: interest on investment, loan collateral, loan terms, online facilities, and transaction notifications. These findings contribute to refining cooperative loan products by reinforcing ethical standards, prioritizing member interests, transparency, and social responsibility. They also guide cooperatives and regulators in designing sustainable, customer-focused loan policies aligned with cooperative values, supporting financial needs and long-term social and environmental well-being. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN SPORTS MANAGEMENT: TECHNOLOGIES, TRENDS, AND STRATEGIC IMPLICATIONS
Digital transformation has become a pivotal factor in reshaping sports management, introducing significant changes in organizational structures, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. This paper explores in depth the role of emerging technologies—such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, digital fan interaction platforms, and performance analysis tools—in establishing a new management paradigm within the sports industry. By developing a theoretical framework that integrates aspects of technological and organizational innovation, this study highlights both the potential benefits and the challenges associated with the adoption of digital tools. Emphasis is placed on how digital innovations improve efficiency, transparency, and fan engagement, while also recognizing the difficulties of the digital transition, such as skill development, organizational resistance, and data governance. Governance and leadership emerge as critical enablers of digital culture, innovation, and adaptability. The analysis concludes that digital transformation is not merely a technological evolution but a strategic necessity for building a more agile, efficient, and socially responsible sports ecosystem. The effective management of digital innovation sets the foundation for sustainable growth and competitiveness in the sports sector. Article visualizations
ADOPTION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES ON ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
This study sought to examine the adoption of public relations on academic performance. Guided by the Education Production Function Theory and the Path-Goal Theory, the study employed a descriptive research design. The target population comprised 210 participants, including 1 Chief Principal, 2 Deputy Principals, 20 Heads of Departments, 52 trainers, and 135 trainees. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, with results presented in tables, charts, and graphs. The findings revealed that the adoption of public relations strategies, such as institutional branding, community engagement, transparent information sharing, and regular communication with stakeholders, emerged as a crucial dimension of leadership. This strategy enhanced institutional visibility, improved stakeholder trust, and contributed indirectly to student motivation and performance. The study recommends that principals strengthen communication by regularly engaging with students and staff through public relations initiatives that position the institution as a center of excellence. Strengthening administrative structures and adopting a more strategic approach to public image management were also deemed essential. The findings may inform the Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI) in developing training modules that reflect the current leadership needs in TVET institutions, especially in areas of instructional supervision, strategic planning, and public relations. Furthermore, the results can support education policymakers and stakeholders in designing leadership frameworks that promote sustainable academic achievement and institutional growth. DIFFERENCES IN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE, TASK PERFORMANCE, AND TURNOVER INTENTIONS OF THE HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT TO GENDER
This study examines gender-based differences in the quality of work life (QWL), task performance, and turnover intentions among healthcare employees working in public hospitals in Ankara. A total of 318 participants were included in the study. Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) were employed to analyze gender differences while controlling demographic and organizational variables. The results indicated that gender differences were not statistically significant in the QWL dimensions of social needs, self-actualization needs, knowledge needs, and aesthetic needs. However, significant gender differences were found in the dimensions of health and safety needs, economic and family needs, and esteem needs, with male employees reporting higher levels of quality of work life in these areas compared to their female counterparts. These findings were supported by the MANOVA results, in which gender was the independent variable and the seven QWL dimensions were the dependent variables. Finally, no statistically significant differences were observed between male and female employees in terms of task performance and turnover intentions. Article visualizations

HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHT ON TALENT AND THE EMPLOYMENT OF TALENT: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL VALUES
Ho Chi Minh’s thought on talents and the utilization of talents constitutes a vital component of his ideological framework on cadre work and national development. Affirming that “National construction requires talents”, Ho Chi Minh underscored the pivotal role of human capital in the revolutionary endeavor. His conception of talent was comprehensive, transcending the boundaries of Party membership and state officials to embrace all individuals endowed with capability, virtue, and a spirit of service to the nation. According to Ho Chi Minh, true talent must harmoniously integrate both “ability” and “ethics”; it must be systematically identified, selected, assigned, and utilized in accordance with individual competencies within a democratic and transparent environment. Moreover, he placed particular emphasis on the role of those responsible for cadre work, asserting that such individuals must embody ethical integrity, strategic vision, and practical competence — in other words, they must possess “virtue, vision, and ability” in human resource management. Ho Chi Minh’s thought offers not only profound theoretical insights but also enduring practical relevance, especially in the contemporary context where Vietnam is vigorously pursuing industrialization, modernization, and global integration. The creative application of his thought on talent cultivation and utilization stands as a critical key to building a high-caliber cadre contingent, thereby fostering rapid and sustainable national development. MUSEUM ENVIRONMENTS AND INSTALLATION DESIGN
Installation is a widespread art form, as well as a design concept and strategy, with its origins rooted in Avant-Garde Art. Installation manifests in museum environments in a variety of ways. In this context, installation serves both as an artistic expression and as a display strategy with a unique aesthetic within the museum environment. Installation design in museums sometimes incorporates typographic elements and creates an intense and interactive viewing experience. The aim of this study is to examine the phenomenon of installation both as an art form and a design strategy, to reveal the meaning and significance of installation design within the museum environment, and to analyze and define the subject through its components and examples. Accordingly, the research methodology includes site-specific analysis methods involving on-site observation and analysis in 33 globally recognized museums, as well as literature review and descriptive methods. IRREGULAR MIGRATION ACROSS THE SAHARA DESERT TO LIBYA: STORIES OF PAIN, HOPE, AND RESILIENCE
This paper examines the lived experiences of irregular migrants from Ghana who migrated to Libya through the Sahara Desert, focusing on the challenges encountered and the coping strategies adopted. Using a qualitative research design, 20 participants (19 males and 1 female) were purposively recruited for the study. In-depth interviews (IDIs) were conducted to gather data which were analyzed thematically. The findings of the study indicated that majority of irregular migrants faced challenges such as dehydration, inability to access healthcare, and exposure to harsh weather conditions due to the remoteness of the Sahara Desert. The study further revealed that migrants included in this study resorted to religion, goal setting, and reliance on fellow travelers for emotional support as their coping strategies. Key recommendations included creation of regular pathways for foreign workers through multilateral collaboration, creation of viable economic opportunities in sending countries, and the urgent need to reach migrants trapped in transit countries. POLITICAL ACTIVISM AND DIGITAL MEDIA: EXPLORING ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF ENGAGEMENT AMONG MOROCCAN YOUTH
Over the past decades, most research on youth and political engagement has consistently indicated a deep-seated distrust and apathy among youth towards formal political participation. This trend is supported by descriptive data illustrating their low representativeness in institutional politics. Moreover, political party leaders have publicly confirmed this growing disengagement in Morocco during recent congresses and public meetings with citizens preceding the 2026 legislative election. In contrast to these institutional forms of participation, the increasing inclination of youths towards alternative- albeit informal-modes of political engagement remains significantly under-researched, particularly digital modes of political engagement among Moroccan youth. Indeed, youth are increasingly forming robust social networks through digital media as an alternative tool for political activism and to challenge mainstream political structures. In this context, this study highlights the transition from physical spaces to virtual arenas as primary venues for political expression among youth. Furthermore, it examines how the use of digital platforms for political communication influences and reshapes youth political identity in the new media era. Third, the study examines political content generated and circulated by Moroccan youth to confront and challenge dominant political discourse. To this end, and based on eight focus group discussions- representing different age, gender, educational background, and political affiliation- conducted with 60 M.A. students in Fez and Taza faculties, the study examines the lived experiences of some Moroccan youth- both digital activists and non-activists- to uncover their perceptions of how their counter-political discourse influences social change and public opinion. Ultimately, the study's findings confirm the hybrid, episodic, resistant, and constrained nature of youth political participation- beyond mainstream discourses on political apathy and disenchantment- towards an understanding of alternative politics from below. FROM HERITAGE TO MARKET: LEVERAGING DIFFERENTIATION AND CAPABILITIES TO EXPORT HUE’S HANDICRAFTS TO EUROPE
Global demand for sustainable and authentic products has resurrected traditional handicrafts’ economic and symbolic worth (UNESCO, 2021). Royal needlework and conical caps from Hue, Vietnam’s imperial city, are rarely exported. Less than 10% of Vietnam’s USD 2.2 billion handcraft exports in 2022 came from the central region (Vietrade, 2023), demonstrating structural differences in distinction, marketing, and institutional support. This study examines Hue’s European handcraft export growth, Differentiation Strategy, Marketing Capabilities, Institutional Factors, and Factor–Based Comparative Advantage using the Resource-Based View and Contingency Theory. A survey of 445 craftspeople, exporters, and marketers in Thừa Thiên-Huế was evaluated statistically using PLS-SEM and Smart PLS 4.0. All four criteria improve exports. Institutional considerations predate marketing and differentiating strategy. Trained labor and raw materials help locally. The model explains 63.5 percent of export variance. This study improves cultural export knowledge by including internal and external aspects. Governments, industry associations, and cultural entrepreneurs are advised on increasing Hue’s European cultural goods market position.
