Indian Financial Systems and Stockmarkets During COVID 19- Shape off Post Covid Through AI and Other Digital Tools
Get PDFIntroduction: Apart from the loss of precious lives, COVID-19 pandemic caused setbacks to all the developmental works, progress of the economy of all countries with serious repercussions on financial systems and stock markets. Most economies, including Indian stock markets since recovered from the shock, showing robustness due to stringent regulatory framework, started rebuilding, from the vertical fall. India as a nation had sufficient leeway to respond to the crisis and market instability, due to its inner strength.
Aim: This is a theoretical study of the reaction of stock markets, also of expansionary monetary policies during pandemic, the resurgence of financial system and recovery of Indian stock markets, with extreme adoption of Digital tools like AI for Algo trading .
Method: Secondary research methods have been adopted, for analyzing conceptual approaches of regulatory frameworks of the Securities market, Central bank, amid volatility, to draw conclusions. The stock market data (NSE) is subjected to VaR test.
Findings: The Study finds that country has responded quickly to the outbreak of the crisis by easing capital and liquidity requirements or at least refraining from the previously planned tightening. At the same time, the authors noticed that loan-based measures and minimum reserve requirements were rarely relaxed and risk weights were not changed at all. Digital tools like Algo trading, AI based advisory gained prominence
Conclusion: The impact of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on financial system and the stock markets in India, is significant. But Monetary policy, liquidity operations and aid packages that were offered by the Government have minimized the impact to a large extent and brought the financial systems back onto the rail.

Non-Financial Reporting is a framework for organizations to report on their operations in this area, particularly about the triple bottom line or the accounting of the environment, society, and economy.
Given their critical role in funding global economic and developmental activities, financial institutions, particularly banks, must contribute significantly to sustainable development. In this context, it is challenging to overstate how important it is for banks to behave responsibly as corporate citizens in society, particularly in a growing nation like ours. Their actions should demonstrate how they care about the environment and human rights.
This paper emphasizes the significance of "Going green" and promoting sustainable practices in the Indian banking sector. The perception of customers toward Sustainable practices in Indian banks has not been the subject of much research. The study aims to comprehend how consumers feel about green banking services and their effectiveness and benefits. Friedman Ranking test and Chi-Square have been used as tools for the analysis

Get PDFThe paper examines the value of traditional leaders in the advancement and execution of Municipal Integrated Plan (IDP) in South Africa. According to literature search institution of traditional leadership have been in place for a very a long time. To examines the value of traditional leaders in the advancement and execution of Municipal Integrated Plan (IDP) in South Africa, the paper employed the Behavioural theory of leadership. This paper used secondary data (through a literature review) to collect relevant information. It was revealed that differences between the local governance, and traditional leaders are depriving community members of the services that they should be getting from their respective municipalities. Despite the enactment of numerous constitutional laws to strengthen ties between traditional leaders and the local government, it is evident in existing literature that the lack in understanding of roles between traditional leaders and municipal councils remains a challenge. Traditional leaders are not able to participate fully in the IDP policy execution. The paper concluded by arguing that overcoming the undermining and including traditional leaders in all stages of development programs by municipalities is desirable to win the fight against poverty, unemployment, and income inequality through quality service delivery
Implementation of Adomian Decomposition Method for Maize Streak Virus Disease Model to Reduce the Contamination Rate in Maize Plant

In this paper, the Maize Streak Virus disease model which involves the Maize and the Homopteran population is considered. This system of the differential equation is analytically solved by using Adomian Decomposition Method. The analytical results are compared with numerical simulation by assuming certain values for the parameter. Further, the demolishing and contamination rate of contagious and receptive homopteran on receptive and contagious Maize plant parameters are analyzed to reduce the contamination rate. In addition, the death rates of contagious maize, receptive homopteran and contagious homopteran are also discussed to remove the contagious population and make them free from Maize Streak Virus

The researcher does a comprehensive review of these reforms using data obtained from Kerala and interlinks the components in the existing literature to proceed for a macro-level examination. This is to critically understand the policy dimensions of the laws introduced and their subsequent repeal. The background and evolution of market-mediated reforms in the agricultural sector, the immediate drive for a new set of laws, the question of middlemen in the market, the structural inequalities, and the resultant power asymmetry in Indian rural society are addressed. There are also informed suggestions for possible ways to guarantee a Minimum Support Price (MSP). More than a systemic critique of the newly introduced (and later repealed) farm laws, the real problems in the agricultural market are placed to check the changing direction and agenda in market reforms
Quantification of Human Resources: A Systematic Review of HR Accounting in India
No full textHuman Resources Accounting (HRA) is the process through which human resources of an organization are measured and valued. The present study is a systematic review of the current status and significance of HRA in Indian companies as well as exploring the influencing factors of HRA. The study helps to identify research gaps which can help in framing objectives for future research. The review can be beneficial to decision-makers of Indian companies to direct further implementation of HRA based on existing limitations and challenges. Furthermore, the findings related to the impact of HRA can inspire organizations to amplify the implementation of HRA practices. The findings can also be a reference for behavioural scientists and management researchers in advancing interdisciplinary research in human resources accounting.
