Spiritual Intelligence through the Lens of the Bhagavad Gita: A Route to Mental Wellness
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to establish a link between spiritual intelligence and mental well-being. Well-being should be recognised and embraced as a core strategic pillar in every premise setting and not something we realise as a reaction to struggle or distressing data. Humans are, inarguably, the most important assets of a nation, and therefore, for the holistic growth of India, investing in the well-being of its people is a must. Spiritual intelligence may be beneficial for improving well-being among people. Also, this paper aims to identify constructs of the Bhagavad Gita that could contribute to the idea and practice of spiritual intelligence. Methodology - The present study incorporates qualitative research and literature from different data sources, such as Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Research Gate, which were extracted. Keywords used were "Spiritual Intelligence", "Spiritualism", ''Mental well-being", "Mental health" and ''The Bhagavad Gita". Findings - After reviewing a large body of literature, it is concluded that spiritual intelligence plays a major role in promoting well-being in India. Moreover, the paper outlines that the individual who connects with spiritual intelligence by practising the core philosophies of the Bhagavad Gita will be able to gain well-being emotionally as well as physically. Limitations - The paper focuses on research papers published in the English language only. Other than published papers, no focus has been given to dissertations, working papers and conference papers. The paper considered only spiritual intelligence as a psychological variable which affects mental health. Implications - The paper outlines that the individual who connects with spiritual intelligence by practising the core philosophies of the Bhagavad Gita will be able to gain well-being. Indeed, to harness the productivity of human resources in India, adopting and inculcating spiritual intelligence is important. Originality - This research is based on determining the core constructs from the Bhagavad Gita that establish the relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental well-being. The conservation of resource theory is used as a theoretical framework in the study

The Impact of Israel-Hamas War on The Various Sectors of Indian Stock Market
This study investigates the impact of the Israel-Hamas conflict of October 2023 on the Indian stock indices and sector-based companies with a particular focus on the steel, oil and gas, defence, and pharmaceutical sectors. Employing an event study methodology, the research analyses the effects of the conflict on the respective Nifty indices and individual stocks within these critical sectors. The findings unveil a tapestry of sector-specific impacts, ranging from heightened volatility in the Nifty Oil and Gas Index due to surging crude prices to an uptick in the Nifty Defence Index, reflecting heightened security concerns. Abnormal return analyses capture the undulating market sentiments, while cumulative abnormal returns underscore the differential impact across sectors over time. The study offers invaluable insights for investors, policymakers, and stakeholders, highlighting the imperative for a nuanced, dynamic approach to investment decision-making amidst geopolitical disruption
Degree-Eccentricity Matrix of Graphs and Some Properties
This paper presents a new matrix for a given graph called the Degree-Eccentricity (DE) matrix, which consists of the degree and eccentricity of a vertex. Properties such as irreducibility and primitivity of this matrix are discussed. Further we obtain the spectrum and energy of DE matrices associated with various classes of graphs and some graphs obtained through graph operations. Also, we try to develop an algorithm to construct a new class of graph with DE energy equal to one. Further, we made an attempt to discover few graphs with DE energy equal to one. Also, an upper bound for the eigenvalues of DE matrix is obtained
Influential Factors In Wine Reviews and their Impact on Wine Tourism: A Comprehensive Analysis
The growing fascination with high-quality wines has significantly enhanced the appeal of wine regions as tourist destinations and influenced the operational strategies of wine producers. The current research aims to analyse the range of wine evaluations that shape purchase intentions toward wines that lead to wine tourism. Employing a quantitative correlation design, the study used a non-probable sampling to gather participant data via an online standardised questionnaire. Respondents' perspectives on wine quality, packaging, awareness, and social conventions were assessed on a 5-point Likert scale. The data has been analysed for validity, reliability, and structural equation modelling. The findings reveal that wine quality, brand awareness, social customs, and the physical attributes of wine bottles and packaging significantly influence wine reviews. The current research contributes to understanding nuanced factors influencing millennials' wine purchasing intentions and impact on wine reviews. The insights gained could enhance economic outcomes and the socio-economic impact of the wine industry. The current study presents a more sophisticated model than previously suggested, offering valuable implications for the entire wine industry's ecosystem
Moderation of Perceived Safety in Public Bus Transport on the Link between Bus Route-Time Design and Commuters’ intentions
Ensuring public transportation is safe is not only vital but also a fundamental aspect of developing inclusive, reliable, and sustainable mobility for everyone. This paper examines the moderating effect of safety in the privately-owned State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) under the Government of Kerala on the impact of Bus Route-Time design on continuing and word-of-mouth (W-o-M) intentions of passengers through a comparative analysis. The study on daily public bus passengers in Kerala selected a sample size of 686 with 252 State-owned bus passengers and 434 private bus passengers proportionate to Kerala’s bus population ratio. The research was conducted at fourteen key bus stations using purposive and lottery random sampling. The reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha, ensuring strong internal consistency. The study verified the data’s reliability and validity using CFA and pilot testing. The IBM SPSS AMOS 21 software was utilised to investigate the moderating effects. It is evident from studies that bus routes and time design have a substantial influence on different aspects of service quality and passenger behaviour. Safety is still essential no matter the other aspects of service quality. The research shows that perceived safety strengthens the connection between route and time design and passenger intentions, which is more visible in state-owned bus services
