No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji sebuah prototipe pembangkit listrik portabel dengan sistem hybrid yang menggabungkan energi surya dan angin, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan pasokan energi di lingkungan dengan variabilitas cuaca tinggi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memanfaatkan dua sumber energi terbarukan secara simultan, guna mengatasi keterbatasan masing-masing sumber ketika digunakan secara terpisah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi energi dari kedua sumber memberikan kinerja yang lebih stabil, dengan daya output maksimum yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan penggunaan satu sumber energi saja. Penerapan sistem hybrid ini diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya penyediaan energi yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan di daerah terpencil maupun lokasi yang memiliki tantangan cuaca dinamis

In this case the inculcation of tolerance values inlearning of Islamic Education at SMP Negeri 2 Welahan Jepara is consideredvery important in forming students' tolerance attitudes.The focus of the research in this study is 1) How to inculcate the values oftolerance in learning of Islamic Education at SMP Negeri 2 Welahan Jepara. 2)What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in inculcating tolerance values atSMP Negeri 2 Welahan Jepara. This type of research at SMP Negeri 2 WelahanJepara uses field research and the research approach is qualitative. Datacollection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of this study are the inculcation of tolerance values in learningof Islamic Education at SMP Negeri 2 Welahan Jepara based on the datacollected and the results of the analysis presented in the previous chapters showthat 1) The inculcation of tolerance values in learning of Islamic Education atSMP Negeri 2 Welahan Jepara has been going well. The method used by ofIslamic Education teachers is relevant tolerance learning, joint activities, bysetting an example or example to students, and through habituation activities. 2)The supporting factors for instilling the values of tolerance in learning of IslamicEducation at SMP Negeri 2 Welahan Jepara are: supportive teachers,comfortable environment, facilities and infrastructure. No full textThe objective of this research is to address the issue of trade and investment in Nigeria from an Islamic perspective. A comprehensive approach will be employed, encompassing the analysis of trade and investment policies, the identification of barriers and obstacles, and the consideration of Islamic teachings. This approach is designed to provide insights and solutions that will enhance trade and investment in Nigeria. The research methodology will entail a systematic and comprehensive literature analysis approach, encompassing the searching, collecting, and evaluation of literature sources relevant to the research topic. This process will be complemented by semi-structured interviews with relevant individuals. The overarching objective of this research endeavor is twofold: first, to contribute to Nigeria's economic advancement, and second, to promote societal inclusivity and prosperity. By meticulously examining Islamic principles and their implementation in the context of trade and investment, this study aims to offer a distinctive viewpoint and potential solutions to the challenges hindering trade and investment in Nigeria

No full textPeternakan merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian utama masyarakat Nagari Taram, Kecamatan Harau, Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Kurangnya pengatahuan masyarakat dan kualitas pakan yang rendah menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat.Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengatahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan pakan suplemen berupa permen jilat untuk sapi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, praktek dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Kelompok Tani Amanah, Nagari Taram, Kecamatan Harau, Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat dalam menghadiri sosialisasi dan praktek pembuatan permen jilat sapi. Selain itu,hasil evaluasi pada ternak masyarakat ditemukan bahwa pemberian permen jilat dapat mengoptimalkan pertambahan bobot badan sapi yang hanya diberi hijauan rumput lapang

Get PDFStandards competency as a form of consistency of service to each guest will aim to maximize guest satisfaction levels with the service. Moreover, in the new era called EAC where the standard of competence becomes more widespread and will become the benchmark for each member of the executive. Such as the Hotel Grasia Semarang, as the wind of renewal, EAC is seen as a positive matter. This research was conducted using qualitative method. Informants were 10 key informant was Executive Housekeeper of Hotel Grasia Semarang. Data collection technique used in-depth interviews and observation. Based on the results of data collection can be concluded that: (1) In general, understanding of EAC at Housekeeping department Hotel Grasia Semarang is not optimal,
(2) general, implementation of standards competence in the Housekeeping department Hotel Grasia Semarang is optimal, (3) In general, the evaluation of the the improvement of the standard competence in accordance MEA held at Hotel Grasia Semarang Housekeeping department is optimal, (4) In general, self-development efforts Housekeeping department employees Grasia Semarang is optimal.

ABSTRAK
Standar kompetensi sebagai wujud kekonsistensian akan pelayanan kepada setiap tamu bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan tingkat kepuasan tamu terhadap pelayanan. Terlebih lagi dalam era baru yang bernama MEA dimana standar kompetensi menjadi lebih luas dan akan menjadi tolak ukur untuk masing-masing anggota pelaksana. Seperti misalnya pada Hotel Grasia Semarang, sebagai angin pembaharuan, MEA dipandang sebagai suatu hal yang positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Informan sebanyak 10 orang dengan informan kunci adalah Executive Housekeeper Hotel Grasia Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Secara umum, pemahaman MEA pada departemen Housekeeping Hotel Grasia Semarang belum optimal,
(2) Secara umum pelaksanaan standar kompetensi di departemen Housekeeping Hotel Grasia Semarang sudah optimal, (3) Secara umum, evaluasi dalam penyempurnaan standar kompetensi sesuai MEA yang dilaksanakan di departemen Housekeeping Hotel Grasia Semarang sudah optimal, (4) Secara umum, upaya pengembangan diri karyawan departemen Housekeeping Hotel Grasia Semarang sudah optimal.

Do ICT Development and labor force foster Economic Growth in Indonesia?
No full textPurpose: This paper aims to determine the ICT Development Index and other supporting variables affecting Indonesia's economic growth.Methods: This study uses secondary data from 1996-2019. Using economic growth variables as endogenous variables, and labor force, gross fixed capital formation (GFCF), cellular phones per 100 people, fixed telephones per 100 people, and internet users as exogenous variables. The data analysis technique used OLS multiple linear regression with eviews 9 application.Finding: The neoclassical theory developed by Solow (1957) a name "Growth Accounting" that economic growth formed from the factors of production and technology. This finding only the variable Mobile cellular per 100 people does not affect economic growth in Indonesia, and other variables are significant.Novelty: This study uses an innovation variable, namely the ICT Development Index, to complement the variables of production factors (labor and GFCF). This study focuses on Indonesia because it is about Indonesia's potential use of technology and information, among indications of the use of telephone and internet users in Indonesia.Implications: Further research can apply other ICT Development variables such as ICT exports or use the other countries.Keyword: GDP, Gross Fix Capital Formation, Internet User, Labor Force
