    Prevalensi Protozoa Usus pada Anak di Jakarta

    Infeksi usus oleh parasit dapat disebabkan oleh cacing dan protozoa. Infeksi parasit usus masih merupakan masalah kesehatan di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penetapan prevalensi protozoa usus pada anak. Telah dilakukan pemeriksaan tinja di Laboratorium Parasitologi FK UKI yang berasal dari 85 anak di wilayah Jakarta Timur (Kelurahan Cawang dan Bangsal Anak RS UKI) dan Jakarta Barat (Kampung Pluis, Grogol Utara dan Grogol). Pemeriksaan dilakukan secara mikroskopis dengan membuat sediaan tinja yang diwarnai dengan eosin dan lugol. Prevalensi protozoa usus pada penelitian ini sebesar 26% dan terdiri atas Blastocystis hominis, Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba coli, dan Isospora sp, tidak ditemukan protozoa patogen seperti Entamoeba histolytica, Crytosporidium, dan Balantidium coli. Kata kunci: anak, Blastocystis hominis, Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba coli, Isospora sp Intestinal infections by parasites can be caused by worms and protozoa. Intestinal parasitic infections are still a health problem in developing countries, including Indonesia. In this study, the prevalence of intestinal protozoa in children was determined. Stool examinations have been carried out at the FK UKI Parasitology Laboratory from 85 children in the East Jakarta area (Cawang Village and UKI Hospital Children\u27s Ward) and West Jakarta (Pluis Village, North Grogol and Grogol). The examination is carried out microscopically by making stool preparations stained with eosin and Lugol. The prevalence of intestinal protozoa in this study was 26% and consisted of Blastocystis hominis, Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba coli, and Isospora sp.     NPWP ENCRYPTION USES A COMBINATION OF ONE TIME PAD ALGORITHM AND EXCLUSIVE-OR OPERATION

    Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) is the 20 distinct code characteristics that are confidential only to the taxpayer when it comes to making tax transactions. The many tax payers who use NPWP others in their business activities make NPWP a very important aspect of maintaining confidentiality and the authenticity of their data. Therefore, solutions are needed that can be used to make the necessary information secure. Cryptography involves the secret science of code writing using certain mathematical models.The study discusses NPWP encryption using a combination algorithm One Time Pad (OTP) and an operation Exclusive-OR (XOR). The encryption process involves generating random numbers for an OTP algorithm, after which it is followed by an XOR operation. The key on XOR encryption is generated from an algorithm generating random numbers Blum Blum Shub. Encryption keys generated as much as the number of plaquic characters. The encryption keys used by each character would vary and not occur again. Therefore, ciphertext results from an encrypted process using an OTP algorithm and an XOR operation more complicated and more difficult to decipher by crypts

    Improving The Numeracy Skills of Slow Learners with Ice Cream Stick Media: Single Subject Research

    Numeracy ability is a basic ability that must be mastered by students especially elementary school students. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve the ability to count, add and subtract numbers 1-20 in slow learner students using ice cream stick media. This study uses quantitative experimental research on a single subject with an ABA design. The single subject in this study is a 1st grade student of SDN Tebul 1. There are 3 data collection methods used, namely interviews, observations and tests, while the data analysis uses visual analysis consisting of two types, namely in-condition analysis and inter-condition analysis. The results of this study concluded that ice cream stick media can improve numeracy skills in slow learner students. Based on the results of visual analysis, it was shown that in the initial baseline phase (A1) the ability to calculate the initial addition and subtraction of numbers 1-20 of slow learner students was still lacking with an average percentage of test results of 30%, after being given treatment in the intervention phase (B) by providing learning to count the addition and subtraction of numbers 1-20 using ice cream stick media, the numeracy ability of slow learner students increased by 45.33% with an average percentage of test results in the intervention phase (B) was 75.33% without overlapping data

    This research aims to overcome the problem of agricultural waste, the lack of fertilizer which is really needed by agricultural groups by utilizing agricultural waste into Biosaka fertilizer which can be used sustainably for agriculture. This research is expected to increase the growth and productivity of farmers\u27 vegetable crops, namely white mustard (Brassica rapa). This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Analysis of research data with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) calculated using the SPSS program. The growth observed was plant height and number of leaves as well as the wet weight of white mustard plant products. Based on data from research that has been carried out, data was obtained that the P4 treatment, namely giving 80% biosaka to white mustard plants, showed the best results compared to other treatments. The conclusion obtained is that there is an effect of giving Biosaka on the growth and productivity of white mustard plants (Brassica rapa).     Keywords: Biosaka, Brassica rap

    Potensi Antioksidan, Skrining, dan Identifikasi Metabolit Sekunder Ekstrak Beras Hitam (Oryza sativa L. Indica)

    Black rice (Oryza sativa L. indica) is a variety of pigmented rice that, apart from acting as a popular food ingredient, can also be used for health because it has active compounds that have the potential to act as antioxidants. The research carried out aimed to determine antioxidant potency, conduct secondary metabolite screening, and characterize the active compound content of black rice extract. It was macerated using a 96% pro-analysis (p.a.) ethanol solvent. Antioxidant potency was tested using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) methods, secondary metabolite screening using the Harbone method, and identification of active compounds using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). It was found that black rice extract has potential as an antioxidant, using the DPPH method, the 50% Inhibition Concentration (IC50) value of black rice extract and vitamin C was 97.34 ppm and 2.64 ppm, respectively, but using the FRAP method, the IC50 values of black rice extract and vitamin C were 181.83 ppm and 7.84 ppm, respectively. Secondary metabolite screening detected that in black rice extract there were active compounds in the flavonoid and steroid groups, GC-MS identification results showed that the extract contained the most compound, hexadecanoic acid

    Vitex trifolia L. (Botani, Metabolit Sekunder, dan Bioaktivitasnya)

    Legundi, or Vitex trifolia (Verbenaceae), is an indigenous Indonesian plant that has been long used as traditional medicine. This study aims to explain the botany, secondary metabolites, benefits, and bioactivity of V. trifolia. The method used in this research is a literature review obtained online in 1996–2022, especially from Google Scholar, using the keywords V. trifolia, uses of V. trifolia, and bioactivity of V. trifolia. Description V. trifolia is a shrub or small tree; leaves are spread out with 1–5 leaves; compound flowers have a purple crown. The bioactivities of V. trifolia include anticancer, antiinflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antidiabetes mellitus, and hepatoprotective. The V. trifolia bioactivity as an anticancer is more prominent than the others. Some bioactive compounds against V. trifolia cancer are vitexicarpin, casticin, vitepyrroloids, rotundifuran, persicogenin, artemetin, luteolin, penduletin, vitexicarpin, chrysosplenol, vitexilactone, vitetrifolin, viterotulin, and vitexilactone. The compounds artemetin, casticin, and vitexilactone are associated with anticancer and antiinflammatory activity. Further study of anticancer compounds needs to be carried out so that the development of V. trifolia into a standardized herbal medicine, especially anticancer, can be developed

    Pembuatan Keju Zea dengan Bahan Dasar Susu Jagung dan Telur Ayam Menggunakan Buah Ceremai dengan Uji Organoleptik

    Cheese is a processed dairy product produced by coagulating mammalian milk, a process involving bacteria and enzymes (rennet). Cheese generally comes from mammals milk, such as goat, cow, and buffalo milk. The aim of this research was to determine the process of producing cheese from plant-based milk, namely corn and chicken eggs, using ceremai fruit as a coagulant with organoleptic tests. The cheese-producing process in this study involved three stages: producing corn milk, ceremai fruit filtrate, and cheese. Additionally, this study was expected to offer a solution to prevent stunting in toddlers and help pre-elderly individuals maintain muscle, bone, and dental health. This research was an experimental study with three repeated replications, and the data obtained were primary data from organoleptic tests by 25 respondents. The results of this study showed that the cheese product created the best zea cheese in terms of organoleptic characteristics. The highest preference scale from aroma, taste, and color indicators was Sampel K2 (50 ml corn milk, 50 ml chicken egg, and 50 ml of 50% ceremai fruit filtrate). Meanwhile, the highest preference scale for texture was Sampel K3 (50 ml corn milk, 50 ml chicken egg, and 50 ml of 25% ceremai fruit filtrate). This study concluded that the process of making zea cheese consisting of three groups was successful with the formation of curds (clumps) by the coagulant filtrate of ceremai fruit.     This research aimed to obtain the optimal concentration combination of 2,4-D and BAP growth regulators for inducing callus from the stem explant of Chrysanthemum (C. morifolium Ramat) in bright and dark conditions. Stem explants of chrysanthemum were grown in culture medium supplemented with various concentrations and combinations of 2,4-D and BAP under different lighting conditions for 45 days after culture. A laboratory-scale experimental method was used in this research using Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The observed parameters were induction time, percentage formation, size, fresh weight, dry weight, texture, color, and various respones generated by callus. All data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that all concentrations and combinations of growth regulators could induce callus. In bright condition, the fastest callus induction time was 7 days after culture; most calli were dark green and dark brown colored with compact texture; the callus size was 1.36 cm; also, the highest dry weight generated by callus was 0.17 gram.     These studies aim to determining effects of deferred tax expense, Free Cashes Flow and Profitabilities on earnings managements in foods and beverages subsector manufacturing company list on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2018-2021 periodic. Population in these studies were 30 company and samples of 11 company with periodic of 4 years. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Methods use is descriptive analyst and panel data regressions analysis following by auto correlation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and correlation analyst. Results of these studies indicate that simultaneously, variable of deferred tax expense, Free Cashes Flow, profitabilities have no significancy effects on earning managements. Partials test result showing that deferred tax expense, free cash flow, profitability has significancy negative effects on earning managements.     developments on transfer pricing in important modern and synthetic assembly companies recorded in 2017-2021 in Indonesian Securities trading. Quantitative is the type of research used in this exploration and uses a quantitative explanation approach. The source of information used is the organization\u27s annual financial report from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The information collection strategy involved purposive testing of a population of 67 organizational companies meeting sample standards. The statistical criteria used are descriptive statistics and speculation testing using multiple linear regression analytical testing. Handling information using the SPSS 23 programming application with tax rates provides a positive and large difference, productivity provides a very negative difference and trade developments do not affect transfer pricing. Then tax rates, productivity and overall trade development influence the business entity\u27s decision to carry out transfer pricing.
