Menggugat Patriarki: Refleksi dan Perjuangan Melawan Ketidakadilan Gender
The work "Challenging Patriarchy" by Kamla Bhasin is a critical study that uncovers patriarchy as the root of various gender inequalities and oppressions in society. Patriarchy is presented not merely as an abstract concept but as a social structure that places men in dominant positions and controls women and social resources. The writing also highlights how patriarchy operates in everyday life through rigid gender roles, domestic violence, economic discrimination, and the limited representation of women in various fields. In her work, Bhasin explains the comprehensive impacts of patriarchy, from social and economic aspects to psychological ones, that restrict women\u27s freedom and potential. Additionally, the writing gives special attention to women facing double oppression, such as those in minority groups or with disabilities. This approach is not just theoretical but also offers practical strategies to challenge and fight patriarchy through gender equality education, solidarity among women, and support from progressive men
Tinjauan Pustaka tentang Dinamika Kasus Kekerasan Seksual di Perguruan Tinggi
This literature review explores the multifaceted dynamics of sexual violence cases within higher education institutions. It highlights the complex interplay of social, cultural, and institutional factors that shape the prevalence and handling of sexual violence on campuses. Sexual violence is not merely an individual issue but reflects broader structural and normative challenges, including cultural taboos, limited gender awareness, and social stigma that often impede victims from reporting incidents. Higher education institutions play a pivotal role in implementing prevention and response strategies through clear policies, dedicated task forces, and supportive services for victims. Despite these efforts, significant obstacles such as institutional resistance, limited resources, and varying readiness levels hinder the effective implementation of these measures. The review underscores the necessity of a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach involving all members of the academic community to foster a safe, inclusive, and responsive campus environment toward sexual violence issues
Cost Analysis of Project Planning for the G2 Building Structure Construction at Warmadewa University Using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Method
Cost planning is a crucial aspect of construction project execution to ensure budget efficiency and project success. This study aims to analyze the cost planning for the construction of the G2 Building structure at Warmadewa University using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method. BIM is employed as the primary tool to generate a 3D model integrated with accurate and efficient cost estimation (quantity take-off). The study begins by collecting initial project design data, technical specifications, and a conventional budget plan (BOQ). Subsequently, this data is implemented in BIM software to create a 3D model of the building structure. This model is used to conduct quantity analysis and cost estimation based on the work volume automatically generated by BIM. The results show that the BIM method produces a cost planning estimate of IDR 13,622,950,957, while the conventional method estimates IDR 14,648,621,255, resulting in a difference of IDR 1,025,670,298 or 7%.

DISCURSIVE HEGEMONY IN MEDIA NARRATIVES ON THE JUST ENERGY TRANSITION PARTNERSHIP (JETP) – A SOUTH AFRICAN CASE STUDY
This study critically analyzes how media in South Africa construct and negotiate discourse surrounding the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) as a hegemonic battleground between the Global North and the Global South. Using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) and the Discursive Hegemonic Mediation (DHM) framework, the research examines seven national media outlets from the period 2022 to 2024, namely Daily Maverick, Mail & Guardian, GroundUp, Africa Energy Portal, eNCA, Eyewitness News, and Africa.com. The study traces how language, narrative framing, and ideological diction mediate power relations between donor countries and domestic actors. The findings show that media function simultaneously as reproducers and challengers of hegemonic discourse. At the textual level, lexical choices such as green colonialism, debt trap, and donor driven agenda represent symbolic resistance to the dominance of the Global North. At the discursive level, independent media construct counter hegemonic narratives grounded in justice and accountability, while corporate media maintain a technocratic tone. At the social level, media discourse transforms passive consent into conditional legitimacy that emphasizes transparency and justice as prerequisites for moral authority. These findings extend Hegemonic Stability Theory by demonstrating that global stability today depends not only on material dominance but also on symbolic and moral legitimacy constructed through public discourse. Keywords: Just Energy Transition Partnership, Critical Discourse Analysis, Discursive HegemonicMediation, Symbolic Power, Global Sout
