Spondilitis Tuberkulosis pada Pasien dengan Keganasan Tiroid: Laporan Kasus
Dilaporkan kasus spondilitis tuberkulosis dengan komplikasi. Pada anamnesis di dapatkan keluhan kesulitan berjalan sehingga pasien berjalan dengan posisi membungkuk, nyeri pada pinggang dan lutut kaki kiri, kedua kaki semakin mengecil dan terasa lemas. Selain itu pasien mengeluh napsu makan menurun, keringat dingin malam hari, demam hilang timbul, serta benjolan pada pinggang, punggung, dan punggung kaki kanan. Pada pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan gibbus, abses, dan kifosis. Range of motion spine pasien fleksi anterior terbatas, ekstensi terbatas, fleksi lateral terbatas, rotasi badan terbatas, dan pasien kehilangan kemampuan motorik secara parsial. Pemeriksaan MRI lumbal didapatkan spondilodisitis lumbal 2-3 dengan penekanan fragmen posterior pada kanalis spinalis yang menyebabkan stenosis disertai paravertebral abses. Pengobatan spondilitis yaitu obat anti-tuberkulosis dan pembedahan untuk mengatasi komplikasi.

A case of tuberculous spondylitis with complications was reported. Anamnesis found complaints of difficulty walking, so the patient walked in a bent position, pain in the waist and left knee, both legs getting smaller, and feeling weak. In addition, the patient complained of decreased appetite, cold sweats at night, intermittent fever, and lumps on the waist, back, and back of the right leg. A physical examination found gibbous, an abscess, and kyphosis. The patient\u27s range of motion in the in the spine was limited by limited anterior flexion, limited extension, limited lateral flexion, and limited body rotation, and the patient lost partial motor skills. Lumbar MRI examination found lumbar spondylodiscitis 2-3 with posterior fragment pressure on the spinal canal, causing stenosis accompanied by paravertebral abscess. Treatment for spondylitis includes anti-tuberculosis drugs and surgery to overcome complications.

Vulvovaginitis: Karakteristik Klinis, Diagnosis, dan Tatalaksana
Vulvovaginitis adalah infeksi pada vulva dan vagina yang sering terjadi. Diperkirakan 70% perempuan di dunia pernah mengalami vulvovaginitis. Vulvovaginitis sering ditemukan pada remaja dan perempuan usia produktif. Penyebab tersering adalah bakteri, jamur Candida, dan Trichomonas vaginalis. Vaginosis bakterial dialami oleh 22-50% perempuan, kandidiasis vagina 17-39%, dan trikomoniasis 4-35%, Pada vaginosis bakterial ditemukan sekret berwarna putih abu-abu, berbau, gatal, dan pH vagina meningkat. Diagnosis vaginosis bakterial ditegakkan berdasarkan kriteria klinis dan kriteria Amsal yang dibuat berdasarkan pewarnaan Gram. Pada kandidiasis trikomoniasis ditemukan sekret berwarna putih seperti yoghurt, gatal, nyeri, bengkak, sensasi terbakar, dan kemerahan vulva pada pemeriksaan fisik. Pemeriksaan laboratorium dilakukan dengan memeriksa pH vagina dan pemeriksaan mikroskopis sediaan KOH 10%. Pada trikomoniasis, keluhan pasien berupa keputihan berwarna kuning kehijauan, berbusa, berbau, gatal, disuria, dan rasa terbakar pada vulva. Diagnosis ditegakkan dengan memeriksa pH, pemeriksaan sediaan basah vagina, dan metode berbasis molekular NAAT.

Vulvovaginitis is a common infection of the vulva and vagina. It is estimated that 70% of women in the world have experienced vulvovaginitis. Vulvovaginitis is often found in teenagers and women of reproductive age. The most common causes are bacteria, Candida fungi, and Trichomonas vaginalis. Bacterial vaginosis is experienced by 22-50% of women, vaginal candidiasis 17-39%, and trichomoniasis 4-35%. In bacterial vaginosis, white-grey discharge is found, smelly, itchy, and the vaginal pH increases. The diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis is made based on clinical criteria and Proverbs criteria based on Gram staining. In vaginal candidiasis, white discharge like yoghurt is found, itching, pain, swelling, burning sensation, and redness of the vulva on physical examination. Laboratory examination is carried out by checking vaginal pH and microscopic examination of 10% KOH preparations. In trichomoniasis, patient complaints include greenish-yellow vaginal discharge, foamy, smelly, itchy, dysuria, and a burning sensation in the vulva. The diagnosis is made by checking the pH, vaginal wet preparation examination, and NAAT molecular-based methods.

Improving Mathematical Understanding Ability Using Tournament Learning with the Help of Panta Media
Students\u27 understanding of mathematical concepts is still relatively low, especially in data material. One of them is caused by the learning process which is still student-centered. So this research aims to find out how to increase student\u27s ability to understand mathematical concepts using tournament-based learning with the help of panta media. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group research design. The population used was class V students in North Sumedang District with research samples from class V at SDN Sindang II as the experimental class and SDN Jatihurip as the control class. The instrument used is a test of the ability to understand mathematical concepts with description questions. The analysis technique in this research is the mean difference test (paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test) which has been tested for normality and homogeneity. To determine the increase in students\u27 mathematical abilities, the N-Gain test was carried out. The two classes were given different treatments, namely the experimental class with tournament-based learning assisted by panta media and the control class with conventional learning. The increase in students\u27 ability to understand mathematical concepts can be seen from the average N-Gain results in the experimental class of 0.6500 in the moderate improvement category and in the control class of 0.2591 which is classified as low improvement. The two classes have significant differences in their ability to understand mathematical concepts. It was concluded that tournament-based learning with the help of panta media can improve students\u27 understanding of mathematical concepts
Skills in Constructing and Implementing Learning Designs for Preservice Mathematics Teacher at Universitas Samudra
Many preservice mathematic teachers use a learning strategy (a model, method, or approach) that is connected to one or more mathematical abilities when preparing their final projects. This research project examines the use of this tactic through a (quasi) experimental learning approach. Upon selecting a learning approach, some final-year students investigate its impact on enhancing students\u27 mathematical proficiency. Aim of this research is to determine the suitability profile of the final assignment of preservice mathematic teachers at Universitas Samudra between the title and the learning design applied and to find solutions to improve the understanding of preservice mathematic teachers at Universitas Samudra in preparing their final assignments. The results of the praxiological analysis skills in constructing and implementing learning designs for preservice mathematic teachers at Universitas Samudra are: 18,18% hhe learning implementation plan is in accordance with the learning model and is explained in the final assignment discussion, 42,42% the learning implementation plan is in accordance with the learning model but is not explained in the final assignment discussion, and 23,33% The learning implementation plan is not in accordance with the chosen learning model.
 
Peran PPAH Tani Makmur dalam Pemberdayaan Petani Cabai Rawit di Desa Kedungasri Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi
This study aims to determine research on the application of social media in agricultural extension activities by analyzing research themes/topics, research methods, and research results. The research method uses qualitative descriptive by processing data including data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the role of PPAH Tani Makmur only played a role in three 3 tasks, namely tasks in the organization, resource tasks and service tasks. Tasks in the organization focus on planning to achieve a goal and mediating between farmers and agricultural extension workers in conveying aspirations and needs in farming. The resource task focuses on mobilizing or directing local resources to solve problems experienced by farmers through training activities. Komposisi Vegetasi Lantai Di Kawasan Hutan Produksi Terbatas Fatunisuan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara
The purpose of this study was to analyze the composition of floor vegetation in the Fatunisuan Limited Production Forest Area (HPT), North Central Timor Regency. The study was conducted in July – September 2022. The method used is the plot method of 20 plots with sizes of 5 m x 5 m (bush), 2 m x 2 m (herbs), and 1 m x 1 m (shrubs). The results showed that the composition of the vegetation obtained was 22 species consisting of 7 species of shrubs, 9 species of herbs, and 6 species of shrubs. The Important Value Index (INP) was dominated by the shrub level of Chromolaena odorata L. (53.39%.), the herb Hedysarm triquetrum (50.52%), and shrub Mimosa pudica L. (61.72%). Environmental factors also play a role in the presence of floor vegetation such as soil pH with an average of 6.45, soil moisture with an average of 34.97%, air humidity with an average of 61.66%, and air temperature of 41.01ºC. The benefits of this study are to increase the knowledge of researchers about the composition, diversity and potential of floor plants, and obtain information about the diversity of plant species in the floor vegetation group
Scientific and Systematic Approaches to Modeling of EFL Peer Learning in Higher Education
The paper deals with EFL peer learning at a non-linguistic university. Lack of understanding of the mechanism of interactive learning as a system of relationships and interactions hinders creating the conditions for effective education. The aim of the study is to investigate theoretical and practical data on interactive learning, to design and describe the methodology for EFL peer learning in the form of educational models. The material includes basic postulates of constructivism, ecolinguistics, practice-oriented learning, peer learning and tutoring. Methods of modeling, experiment, observation and analysis are used. As a result, the structural components of interactive learning, their interconnections have been established and analyzed, the principles of interactive peer learning were formulated, including student activity; educational material selected in compliance with student’s knowledge; cyclical stages of a learning process; teacher’s preparatory work; classroom peer tutoring. Based on these principles, five models of peer learning have been designed each of which is centered around active interactions of students swapping the roles “tutor” - “tutee”. They are “Pair work”, “Group work”, “Peer assessment”, “Blended interactions”, “Extracurricular activities”. These models ensure maximum student involvement in EFL learning process, help increase motivation and level of language proficiency, develop students’ communication skills
The Effects of Reading Assistant Software on the Speech Fluency and Accuracy of EFL University Students
This study investigated the effects of a reading assistant software on the fluency and accuracy of speech production among EFL university students, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants included 50 Thai undergraduate English majors in their first and second years. Data were analyzed using paired-samples t-tests to measure L2 oral fluency, specifically pruned speech rate (PSR) and mean length of run (MLR). Accuracy rate was assessed by quantifying the proportion of error-free clauses within the participants’ speeches from the pretest and posttest and calculating the average number of error-free clauses per T-unit. Results indicated significant improvements in speech fluency, evidenced by longer uninterrupted speech segments, fewer disfluencies like filled pauses and repairs, and increased overall fluency. Additionally, the post-test showed a higher percentage of error-free clauses compared to the pre-test, reflecting a substantial enhancement in grammatical accuracy. This suggests that the intervention had a positive impact on the participants’ ability to produce grammatically accurate and error-free clauses. These outcomes suggest that the reading assistant software effectively enhances both the fluency and grammatical accuracy of speech production in EFL learners, underscoring its potential benefits in language education contexts
Bridging Language Learning and Cognitive Growth: The Power of Situated Learning and Task-Based Language Teaching in Modern Education
The study explores the effects of a hybrid instructional approach combining Situated Learning (SL) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) on the executive functions and cognitive abilities of fourth-grade students learning English as a second language (ESL). Method: An experimental design was employed, with students divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group participated in four weeks of SL and TBLT, while the control group received traditional instruction. Pre-test and post-test measures were taken using the Executive Function Assessment Scale (EFPS) and the Cognitive Abilities Scale (CAS). Results: Although the executive function (M=158.16, t=-14.224, p<0.05) and cognitive ability (M=133.28, t=-11.835, p<0.05) of the students in the control group were improved, the improvement was small. However, the executive function (M=161.88, t=-18.047, p<0.05) and cognitive ability (M=137.04, t=-19.591, p<0.05) of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved. Conclusions: The combination of SL and TBLT significantly enhances both executive functions and cognitive abilities in primary students, indicating the effectiveness of this instructional approach in promoting cognitive development through real-world, task-based activities

Technology, which is developing very rapidly in the 21st century, has an impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the world of education. Advances in computer and smartphone-based technology are a current trend. Technological developments in the world of education, for example, include the emergence of technology-based media or learning resources such as learning media with web-based Virtual Reality (VR). Web-based Virtual Reality (VR) is a new innovation in the world of education to be able to create innovations that will have an impact on increasing students\u27 interest in learning chemistry material. Virtual Reality is a media that combines text, animation, video, images and audio in one application. The research used wes a qualitative descriptive method by providing VR research products in class and then distributing a questionnaire regarding high school students’ perceptions of VR. Teknologi yang berkembang sangat cepat di abad ke 21 ini memberikan dampak dalam berbagai sisi kehidupan salah satunya adalah dalam dunia pendidikan. Kemajuan teknologi berbasis komputer dan smartphone merupakan trend saat ini. Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan misalnya adalah munculnya media atau sumber belajar yang berbasis pada teknologi seperti media pembelajaran dengan Virtual Reality berbasis web (VR). Virtual Reality berbasis web (VR) merupakan suatu terobosan baru di dunia pendidikan untuk dapat membuat suatu inovasi yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan minat siswa untuk belajar materi kimia. Virtual Reality merupakan suatu media yang menggabungkan antara text, animasi, video, gambar, serta audio dalam satu aplikasi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode dekriptif kualitatif dengan memberikan produk penelitian VR di kelas lalu disebarkan angket persepsi siswa SMA terhadap VR.
